doc: a3700: update build file for adding ddr4 2cs 4GB support
- This patch adds build option DDR_TOPOLOGY number to support DDR4
2cs 4GB build.
- Example:
make DEBUG=1 USE_COHERENT_MEM=0 DDR_TOPOLOGY=3 PLAT=a3700 all fip
