doc: a3700: update build file to add ddr3 1cs 1GB support
This patch adds build option DDR_TOPOLOGY number to support DDR3
1cs 1GB build.
Example:
make DEBUG=1 USE_COHERENT_MEM=0 DDR_TOPOLOGY=4 PLAT=a3700 all fip
