Merge branch 'thermal-intel'
Merge updates of Intel thermal drivers for 6.14:
- Add support for Panther Lake processors in multiple places (Zhang
Rui, Srinivas Pandruvada).
- Remove explicit user_space governor selection from Intel thermal
drivers (Srinivas Pandruvada).
