When the github scripts see ".litmus.out", they assume that there must be
a corresponding C-language ".litmus" file. Won't they be disappointed
when they instead see nothing, or, worse yet, the corresponding
assembly-language litmus test? This commit therefore swaps the hardware
tag with the "litmus" to avoid this sort of disappointment.
This commit also adjusts the .gitignore file so as to avoid adding these
new ".out" files to git.

In the absence of "Result:" comments, the runlitmus.sh script relies on
litmus.out files from prior LKMM runs. This can be a bit user-hostile,
so this commit makes runlitmus.sh generate any needed .litmus.out files
that don't already exist.

The judgelitmus.sh script currently relies solely on the "Result:"
comment in the .litmus file. This is problematic when using the --hw
argument, because it is necessary to check the hardware model against
LKMM even in the absence of "Result:" comments.
This commit therefore modifies judgelitmus.sh to check the observation
in a .litmus.out file, in case one was generated by a previous LKMM run.

This commit makes checklitmus.sh and checkalllitmus.sh check to see
if a hardware verification was specified (via the --hw command-line
argument, which sets the LKMM_HW_MAP_FILE environment variable).
If so, the C-language litmus test is converted to the specified type
of assembly-language litmus test and herd is run on it. Hardware is
permitted to be stronger than LKMM requires, so "Always" and "Never"
verifications of "Sometimes" C-language litmus tests are forgiven.

This commit makes the judgelitmus.sh script check the --hw argument
(AKA the LKMM_HW_MAP_FILE environment variable) and to adjust its
judgment for a run where a C-language litmus test has been translated to
assembly and the assembly version verified. In this case, the assembly
verification output is checked against the C-language script's "Result:"
comment. However, because hardware can be stronger than LKMM requires,
the judgelitmus.sh script forgives verification mismatches featuring
a "Sometimes" in the C-language script and an "Always" or "Never"
assembly-language verification.
Note that deadlock is not forgiven, however, this should not normally be
an issue given that C-language tests containing locking, RCU, or SRCU
cannot be translated to assembly. However, this issue can crop up in
litmus tests that mimic deadlock by using the "filter" clause to ignore
all executions. It can also crop up when certain herd arguments are
used to autofilter everything that does not match the "exists" clause
in cases where the "exists" clause cannot be satisfied.

This commit adds a --hw argument to parseargs.sh to specify the CPU
family for a hardware verification. For example, "--hw AArch64" will
specify that a C-language litmus test is to be translated to ARMv8 and
the result verified. This will set the LKMM_HW_MAP_FILE environment
variable accordingly. If there is no --hw argument, this environment
variable will be set to the empty string.

If a litmus test specifies "Result: Never" and if it contains an
unconditional ("hard") deadlock, then running checklitmus.sh on it will
not flag any errors, despite the fact that there are no executions.
This commit therefore updates judgelitmus.sh to complain about tests
with no executions that are marked, but not as "Result: DEADLOCK".

Currently, judgelitmus.sh treats use of unknown primitives (such as
srcu_read_lock() prior to SRCU support) as "!!! Verification error".
This can be misleading because it fails to call out typos and running
a version LKMM on a litmus test requiring a feature not provided by
that version. This commit therefore changes judgelitmus.sh to check
for unknown primitives and to report them, for example, with:
'!!! Current LKMM version does not know "rcu_write_lock"'.

argument) as "Missing Observation line". This can be misleading because
it is quite possible that running the test longer would have produced
a verification. This commit therefore changes cmplitmushist.sh to check
for timeouts and to report them with "Timed out".

Most Linux-kernel uses of locking are straightforward, but there are
corner-case uses that rely on less well-known aspects of the lock and
unlock primitives. This commit therefore adds a locking.txt and litmus
tests in Documentation/litmus-tests/locking to explain these corner-case
uses.

Qualcomm driver fixes for v6.3
Support for the secure world interrupting the SCM driver drive the wait
queue mechanism was recently introduced, but most platforms doesn't have
this mechanism and an error should not be printed in the log.
The rmtfs_mem driver recently gained support for assigning the region to
multiple VMIDs, but accidentally removed the support for running without
assignment. A couple of changes are introducd to correct this.
The SC8280XP LLCC slice configuration is wrong, reslting in incorrect
configuration of the hardware. The table is corrected, based on the
datasheet.

Qualcomm ARM64 Devicetree fixes for v6.3
This correct SIM card selection on the two newly introduced
MSM8916-based USB modems.
The firmware-name for the first CDSP is corrected on the SA8540P Ride
board.
The PCIe controller in SC7280 is marked cache-coherent, which resolves
seen data corruption issues.
Labels are added to the vadc channel nodes on SC8280XP, as the Linux
driver was updated to not include the unit address when generating
device names and collisions thereby prevented registration of the
channels. Audio clocks and routing is corrected and a few regulators are
marked always-on for the Lenovo Thinkpad X13s, as their clients are not
fully described at this point.
SPI5 was accidentally enabled by default on SM6115, and is disabled
again.
CDSP on SM6375 is provided its power-domains, to appropriately vote for
during power up for the DSP.
The iommu mask for the PCIe controllers in SM8150 is updated, to match
what the hypervisor expects.
Th Venus firmware path is corrected on Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro.
The UFS controller is marked cache coherent on SM8350 and SM8450.
The clocks for the second WSA macro on SM8450 is corrected, and given
its own clocks.
The bias-pull-up value for I2C pins are corrected on SM8550, to trigger
the selection of the strong pull. CPU compatibles and the base address
of the LPASS TLMM block are corrected.

Prior to commit 7ac2ff8bb371, when we loaded the incore perag structure
with information from the AGF header, we would set or clear the
pagf_agfl_reset field based on whether or not the AGFL list was
misaligned within the block. IOWs, it's an incore state bit that's
supposed to cache something in the ondisk metadata. Therefore, the code
still needs to support clearing the incore bit if (somehow) the AGFL
were to correct itself.
It turns out that xfs_repair does exactly this -- phase 4 loads the AGF
to scan the rmapbt for corrupt records, which can set NEEDS_AGFL_RESET.
The scan unsets AGF_INIT but doesn't unset NEEDS_AGFL_RESET. Phase 5
totally rewrites the AGFL and fixes the alignment problem, didn't clear
NEEDS_AGFL_RESET historically, and reloads the perag state to fix the
freelist. This results in the AGFL being reset based on stale data,
which then causes the new AGFL blocks to be leaked. A subsequent
xfs_repair -n then complains about the leaks.
One could argue that phase 5 ought to clear this bit directly when it
reloads the perag AGF data after rewriting the AGFL, but libxfs used to
handle this for us, so it should go back to doing that.
Found by fuzzing flfirst = ones in xfs/352.

In xfs_buffered_write_iomap_begin, @icur is the iext cursor for the data
fork and @ccur is the cursor for the cow fork. Pass in whichever cursor
corresponds to allocfork, because otherwise the xfs_iext_prev_extent
call can use the data fork cursor to walk off the end of the cow fork
structure. Best case it returns the wrong results, worst case it does
this:

When multiple processes/channels do reconnects in parallel
we used to return success immediately
negotiate/session-setup/tree-connect, causing race conditions
between processes that enter the function in parallel.
This caused several errors related to session not found to
show up during parallel reconnects.

We do not dump the file path for smb3_open_enter ftrace
calls, which is a severe handicap while debugging
using ftrace evens. This change adds that info.
Unfortunately, we're not updating the path in open params
in many places; which I had to do as a part of this change.
SMB2_open gets path in utf16 format, but it's easier of
path is supplied as char pointer in oparms.

On some platforms there are some platform devices created with
invalid names. For example: "HID-SENSOR-INT-020b?.39.auto" instead
of "HID-SENSOR-INT-020b.39.auto"
This string include some invalid characters, hence it will fail to
properly load the driver which will handle this custom sensor. Also
it is a problem for some user space tools, which parses the device
names from ftrace and dmesg.
This is because the string, real_usage, is not NULL terminated and
printed with %s to form device name.
To address this, initialize the real_usage string with 0s.

PHY device nodes. QMP nodes have 'status = "disabled"' property in the
ipq8074.dtsi, while PHY nodes do not correspond to the actual device and
do not have the status property.

Enable both touchpad nodes in the devictree and let the HID driver
determine which one is actually populated (by attempting to read from
each i2c address).
Ideally this would not be needed and the boot firmware should instead
enable only the node for the populated touchpad, but this is unlikely to
ever be realised for the X13s.
Note that the pin configuration must currently be moved to the parent
i2c-bus node even though only one of these nodes will ever be
successfully probed on a specific device (e.g. to allow them to be
probed in parallel).

GPU Nodes will use a different method to determine the chip select
and channel of an error. A function pointer should be used rather than
introduce another branching condition.
Prepare for this by adding get_err_info() to pvt->ops. This function is
only called from the modern code path, so a legacy function is not
defined.
Make sure to call this after MCA_STATUS[SyndV] is checked, since the
csrow value is found in MCA_SYND.

Call them using a function pointer in pvt->ops. The "ECC enabled"
check is done outside of the hardware information gathering done in
hw_info_get(). So a high-level function pointer is needed to separate
the legacy and modern paths.

ECC symbol size is not needed on UMC systems, so determine_ecc_sym_sz()
is left out of the UMC path. Do not save TOP_MEM* values on modern
controllers because they're not needed there (read: they were used only
for debugging, if anything).

Call the new functions after the setting the chip select base and mask
counts, since those are need to read the correct number of chip select
base and mask registers. And call the new functions before the remaining
set up, because the base and mask register values will be needed later.
