Fix:
arch/arm/common/built-in.o: undefined reference to `edma_filter_fn'
seen with "make ARCH=arm allmodconfig"
Commit 6cba4355 (ARM: edma: Add DT and runtime PM support to the private EDMA
API) adds a dependency on edma_filter_fn() into arch/arm/common/edma.c. Since
this file is always built into the kernel, edma_filter_fn() must be built into
the kernel as well.

The signatures of v3 and v4 packets change depending on the value of a
hardware flag called 'crc_enabled'. The packet type detection must change
accordingly.
This patch also restores a consistency check for v4 packets inadvertently
removed by commit:
9eebed7de660c0b5ab129a9de4f89d20b60de68c
Input: elantech - fix for newer hardware versions (v7)
A note about the naming convention: v3 hardware is associated with IC body
v5 while v4 hardware is associated with IC body v6 and v7. The above commit
refers to IC body v7, not to v7 hardware.
Tested on Samsung NP730U3E (fw = 0x675f05, ICv7, crc_enabled = 1)

The sysfs file for the driver was being created _after_ the device was
announced to userspace, causing a race with any tools looking for sysfs
files.
Fix the race by using the default attribute group for the class.

The sysfs file in this driver is showing a raft of debugging values,
none of which belong in sysfs, let alone in a single sysfs file. If
these really need to be described somewhere, they should go into
debugfs.
For now, just delete the sysfs file, which removes a bunch of files from
the tree.

This should actually be returning an ERR_PTR on error instead of NULL.
That was how it was designed and all the callers expect it.
[AV: actually, that's what "VFS: Make clone_mnt()/copy_tree()/collect_mounts()
return errors" missed - originally collect_mounts() was expected to return
NULL on failure]

dynamic_dname() is both too much and too little for those - the
output may be well in excess of 64 bytes dynamic_dname() assumes
to be enough (thanks to ashmem feeding really long names to
shmem_file_setup()) and vsnprintf() is an overkill for those
guys.

This patch addresses a potential NULL pointer dereference regression in
iscsit_setup_nop_out() code, specifically for two cases when a solicited
NOPOUT triggers a ISCSI_REASON_PROTOCOL_ERROR reject to be generated.
This is because iscsi_cmd is expected to be NULL for solicited NOPOUT
case before iscsit_process_nop_out() locates the descriptor via TTT
using iscsit_find_cmd_from_ttt().
This regression was originally introduced in:

This patch fixes a bug in __iscsi_target_login_thread() where an explicit
network portal thread reset ends up leaking the iscsit_transport module
reference, along with the associated iscsi_conn allocation.
This manifests itself with iser-target where a NP reset causes the extra
iscsit_transport reference to be taken in iscsit_conn_set_transport()
during the reset, which prevents the ib_isert module from being unloaded
after the NP thread shutdown has finished.

__verify_pcpu_ptr() will cause a compilation failure if the type of the
pointer is a pointer to a fixed array of objects. Adding zero to the
pointer converts the type of pointer to that pointing to a single
object of the array.

After successful initialization hub->descriptor->bNbrPorts and
hub->hdev->maxchild are equal, but using hub->hdev->maxchild is
preferred because that value is explicitly used for initialization
of hub->ports[].

If the hub_configure() fails after setting the hdev->maxchild
the hub->ports might be NULL or point to uninitialized kzallocated
memory causing NULL pointer dereference in hub_quiesce() during cleanup.
Now after such error the hdev->maxchild is set to 0 to avoid cleanup
of uninitialized ports.

Commit 7e8d5cd93fac ("USB: Add EHCI support for MX27 and MX31 based
boards") introduced code that could potentially lead to a NULL pointer
dereference on driver removal.
Fix this by checking for the value of pdata before dereferencing it.

Commit 94ae9843 (usb: phy: rename all phy drivers to phy-$name-usb.c)
renamed drivers/usb/phy/otg_fsm.h to drivers/usb/phy/phy-fsm-usb.h
but changed drivers/usb/phy/phy-fsm-usb.c to include not existing
"phy-otg-fsm.h" instead of new "phy-fsm-usb.h". This breaks building:

compilation terminated.

Commit c1117afb8589 (USB: OHCI: make ohci-pci a separate driver)
neglected to preserve the entries for the pci_suspend and pci_resume
driver callbacks. As a result, OHCI controllers don't work properly
during suspend and after hibernation.
This patch adds the missing callbacks to the driver.
