2018-06-11ntb: ntb_transport: Replace GFP_ATOMIC with GFP_KERNEL in ↵Jia-Ju Bai
ntb_transport_setup_qp_mw ntb_transport_setup_qp_mw() is never called in atomic context. ntb_transport_setup_qp_mw() is only called by ntb_transport_link_work(), which is set as a parameter of INIT_DELAYED_WORK() in ntb_transport_probe(). Despite never getting called from atomic context, ntb_transport_setup_qp_mw() calls kzalloc_node() with GFP_ATOMIC, which does not sleep for allocation. GFP_ATOMIC is not necessary and can be replaced with GFP_KERNEL, which can sleep and improve the possibility of sucessful allocation. This is found by a static analysis tool named DCNS written by myself. And I also manually check it. Signed-off-by: Jia-Ju Bai <baijiaju1990@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Jon Mason <jdmason@kudzu.us>

2018-06-11IB/mlx4: Fix an error handling path in 'mlx4_ib_rereg_user_mr()'Christophe Jaillet

2018-06-11RDMA/qedr: Fix NULL pointer dereference when running over iWARP without RDMA-CMKalderon, Michal
Some RoCE specific code in qedr_modify_qp was run over an iWARP device when running perftest benchmarks without the -R option. The commit 3e44e0ee0893 ("IB/providers: Avoid null netdev check for RoCE") exposed this. Dropping the check for NULL pointer on ndev in qedr_modify_qp lead to a null pointer dereference when running over iWARP. Before the code would identify ndev as being NULL and return an error. 2018-06-11IB/rxe: avoid double kfree skbZhu Yanjun
In rxe_send, when network_type is not RDMA_NETWORK_IPV4 or RDMA_NETWORK_IPV6, skb is freed and -EINVAL is returned. Then rxe_xmit_packet will return -EINVAL, too. In rxe_requester, this skb is double freed. In rxe_requester, kfree_skb is needed only after fill_packet fails. So kfree_skb is moved from label err to test fill_packet. 2018-06-11ixgbe: Fix bit definitions and add support for testing for ipsec supportAlexander Duyck
This patch addresses two issues. First it adds the correct bit definitions for the SECTXSTAT and SECRXSTAT registers. Then it makes use of those definitions to test for if IPsec has been disabled on the part and if so we do not enable it. Signed-off-by: Alexander Duyck <alexander.h.duyck@intel.com> Reported-by: Andre Tomt <andre@tomt.net> Acked-by: Shannon Nelson <shannon.nelson@oracle.com> Tested-by: Andrew Bowers <andrewx.bowers@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Kirsher <jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com>
2018-06-11ixgbe: Avoid loopback and fix boolean logic in ipsec_stop_dataAlexander Duyck
This patch fixes two issues. First we add an early test for the Tx and Rx security block ready bits. By doing this we can avoid the need for waits or loopback in the event that the security block is already flushed out. Secondly we fix the boolean logic that was testing for the Tx OR Rx ready bits being set and change it so that we only exit if the Tx AND Rx ready bits are both set. 2018-06-11ixgbe: Move ipsec init function to before reset callAlexander Duyck
This patch moves the IPsec init function in ixgbe_sw_init. This way it is a bit more consistent with the placement of similar initialization functions and is placed before the reset_hw call which should allow us to clean up any link issues that may be introduced by the fact that we force the link up if somehow the device had IPsec still enabled before the driver was loaded. In addition to the function move it is necessary to change the assignment of netdev->features. The easiest way to do this is to just test for the existence of adapter->ipsec and if it is present we set the feature bits. Fixes: 49a94d74d948 ("ixgbe: add ipsec engine start and stop routines") Reported-by: Andre Tomt <andre@tomt.net> Signed-off-by: Alexander Duyck <alexander.h.duyck@intel.com> Acked-by: Shannon Nelson <shannon.nelson@oracle.com> Tested-by: Andrew Bowers <andrewx.bowers@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Kirsher <jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com>
2018-06-11ixgbe: Use CONFIG_XFRM_OFFLOAD instead of CONFIG_XFRMAlexander Duyck
There is no point in adding code if CONFIG_XFRM is defined that we won't use unless CONFIG_XFRM_OFFLOAD is defined. So instead of leaving this code floating around I am replacing the ifdef with what I believe is the correct one so that we only include the code and variables if they will actually be used. 2018-06-11ixgbe: Fix setting of TC configuration for macvlan caseAlexander Duyck
When we were enabling macvlan interfaces we weren't correctly configuring things until ixgbe_setup_tc was called a second time either by tweaking the number of queues or increasing the macvlan count past 15. The issue came down to the fact that num_rx_pools is not populated until after the queues and interrupts are reinitialized. Instead of trying to set it sooner we can just move the call to setup at least 1 traffic class to the SR-IOV/VMDq setup function so that we just set it for this one case. We already had a spot that was configuring the queues for TC 0 in the code here anyway so it makes sense to also set the number of TCs here as well. Drop the unused framebuffer name along with a likewise unused device pointer from the driver data, and update the platform data to pass in booleans instead of the framebuffer strings. This allows us do drop the node references acquired during probe, which would otherwise leak. Note that there are no other in-kernel users of the modified platform-data fields. 2018-06-11mfd: wm97xx-core: Platform data can be NULLRobert Jarzmik
It is not mandatory that platform data is passed along the ac97 codec. Actually there are configuration without a battery connected to the ADC of the codec. This is for example the case for the PXA zylonite platform, so fix the NULL dereferencing by adding a test.
