Btrfs send/receive uses the aux field to store inode numbers. On
32 bit machines this may become a problem.
Also fix all users of ulist_add and ulist_add_merged.

We can't easily use the index of the radix tree for inums as the
radix tree uses 32bit indexes on 32bit kernels. For 32bit kernels,
we now use the lower 32bit of the inum as index and an additional
list to store multiple entries per radix tree entry.

When the current inodes inum is smaller then the inum of the
parent directory strange things were happending due to wrong
path resolution and other bugs. Fix this with a new approach
for the problem.

"Here is the big staging tree update for the 3.7-rc1 merge window.
There are a few patches in here that are outside of the staging area,
namely HID and IIO patches, but all of them have been acked by the
relevant subsystem maintainers. The IIO stuff is still coming in
through this tree as it hasn't entirely moved out of the staging tree,
but is almost there.
Other than that, there wa a ton of work on the comedi drivers to make
them more readable and the correct style. Doing that removed a lot of
code, but we added a new driver to the staging tree, so we didn't end
up with a net reduction this time around:
662 files changed, 51649 insertions(+), 26582 deletions(-)
All of these patches have been in the linux-next tree already.

The vidioc_overlay op needs an unsigned int, not an unsigned int pointer.
So we need a small function that dereferences the unsigned int pointer.

Without this patch, building rand-0y2jSKT results in:

The function __devinit musb_init_controller() references

This patch fixes regression introduced in commit
4af813108b880e96a4b8b01e162f950a4aaa2475. Missing pointers
to the sensor subdevs are restored along with subdev callback
notifications to a corresponding FIMC instance driver.

There is no need to to dynamically allocate struct video_device
for the M2M devices, so embed it instead in driver's private
data structure as it is done in case of fimc-capture and fimc-lite,
where it solves some bugs on cleanup paths.

make menuconfig for cifs shows multiple entries toward
the end of the list with the incorrect indentation
(probably a bug in Kconfig parsing of items
that are dependant on the module (cifs=m instead of
just CONFIG_CIFS). This patch fixes the indentation
of all but the last entry (CIFS_ACL) which I don't
know how to fix. It also clarifies wording in
two places
