Now that we actually expose the right number of planes we get
problems with modifier aware libva if we use an unsupported modifier.
So this ensures that we as much as possible use a modifier that
radeonsi can actually render to without going to extreme difficulty
to synchronize an extra DCC metadata plane with implicit sync.
Looking into the opaque metadata isn't ideal but this converts to
something mainly for the purpose of the userspace driver and falls
back properly if it isn't what we expect.

If we use DCC modifiers this can increase the number of planes from
the initial 1 plane with metadata, so that we get a valid modifier
from getfb2.
Since the code didn't update the format_info getfb2 would only ever
return 1 plane with a modifier for which userspace expects > 1.
This moves the format lookup to amdgpu_display.c so we do not have
issues when DC is not compiled.

Also do the proper validation which was missed.
Besides the missing validation, not storing the objects in the
framebuffer led to wrong results in the getfb2 ioctl.
Note that this should really have been done for multi-plane
formats like NV12 already before modifiers landed.

The table describes how each bit in the u64 value is used. Explicitly
state which values a field can take if we have defines for them. Also
add a note when a field isn't always populated.
Forcing people to update the table when changing the bit layout should
make it more obvious when there's a mistake, I hope.
If we get to the point where the bit layout gets more complicated, it
might be worth it to split the table into multiple tables (e.g. one for
GFX8, one for GFX9+, and so on).

The DCC_MAX_COMPRESSED_BLOCK has to contain one of
AMD_FMT_MOD_DCC_BLOCK_* and with 3 values this doesn't
fit in 1 bit.
Fix this cleanly while it is only in drm-next.

This patch fixes nearly 400 warnings!
These structures are too widely used in too many varying
configurations to be split-up into different headers or moved into
source files.
Instead, we'll mark them as __maybe_unused which tells the compiler
that we're aware they're being included into source files which do not
make use of them - but we've looked into it, and it's okay.

The acpi_get_table() should be coupled with acpi_put_table() if
the mapped table is not used at runtime to release the table
mapping which can prevent the memory leak.
In kfd_create_crat_image_acpi(), crat_table is copied to pcrat_image,
and in kfd_create_vcrat_image_cpu(), the acpi_table is only used to
get the OEM information, so those two table mappings need to be released
after using it.

- Need skip the RLC/CP/GFX disable for let GFXOFF enter during suspend period.
- For s0i3 suspend only need suspend DCE and each IP interrupt.
- Before VBIOS POSTed check and atom HW INT need set the GPU power status change
to D0 in the resume period, otherwise the HW will be mess up and see the SDMA hang.
- Need handle the GPU reset path during amdgpu device suspend.

Commit 58956317c8de ("neighbor: Improve garbage collection")
guarantees neighbour table entries a five-second lifetime. Processes
which make heavy use of multicast can fill the neighour table with
multicast addresses in five seconds. At that point, neighbour entries
can't be GC-ed because they aren't five seconds old yet, the kernel
log starts to fill up with "neighbor table overflow!" messages, and
sends start to fail.
This patch allows multicast addresses to be thrown out before they've
lived out their five seconds. This makes room for non-multicast
addresses and makes messages to all addresses more reliable in these
circumstances.

Depending on the SoC/platform the CPSW can completely lose context after a
suspend/resume cycle, including CPSW wrapper (WR) which will cause reset of
WR_C0_MISC_EN register, so CPTS IRQ will became disabled.
Fix it by moving CPTS IRQ enabling in cpsw_ndo_open() where CPTS is
actually started.

For avoiding use-after-free on flush request, we call its .end_io() from
both timeout code path and __blk_mq_end_request().
When flush request's ref doesn't drop to zero, it is still used, we
can't mark it as IDLE, so fix it by marking IDLE when its refcount drops
to zero really.

[CAUSE]
In try_flush_qgroup(), we assume we don't hold a transaction handle at
all. This is true for data reservation and mostly true for metadata.
Since data space reservation always happens before we start a
transaction, and for most metadata operation we reserve space in
start_transaction().
But there is an exception, btrfs_delayed_inode_reserve_metadata().
It holds a transaction handle, while still trying to reserve extra
metadata space.
When we hit EDQUOT inside btrfs_delayed_inode_reserve_metadata(), we
will join current transaction and commit, while we still have
transaction handle from qgroup code.
[FIX]
Let's check current->journal before we join the transaction.
If current->journal is unset or BTRFS_SEND_TRANS_STUB, it means
we are not holding a transaction, thus are able to join and then commit
transaction.
If current->journal is a valid transaction handle, we avoid committing
transaction and just end it
This is less effective than committing current transaction, as it won't
free metadata reserved space, but we may still free some data space
before new data writes.

When doing a buffered write, through one of the write family syscalls, we
look for ranges which currently don't have allocated extents and set the
'delalloc new' bit on them, so that we can report a correct number of used
blocks to the stat(2) syscall until delalloc is flushed and ordered extents
complete.
However there are a few other places where we can do a buffered write
against a range that is mapped to a hole (no extent allocated) and where
we do not set the 'new delalloc' bit. Those places are:
- Doing a memory mapped write against a hole;
- Cloning an inline extent into a hole starting at file offset 0;
- Calling btrfs_cont_expand() when the i_size of the file is not aligned
to the sector size and is located in a hole. For example when cloning
to a destination offset beyond EOF.
So after such cases, until the corresponding delalloc range is flushed and
the respective ordered extents complete, we can report an incorrect number
of blocks used through the stat(2) syscall.
In some cases we can end up reporting 0 used blocks to stat(2), which is a
particular bad value to report as it may mislead tools to think a file is
completely sparse when its i_size is not zero, making them skip reading
any data, an undesired consequence for tools such as archivers and other
backup tools, as reported a long time ago in the following thread (and
other past threads):

So move the logic that decides to set the 'delalloc bit' bit into the
function btrfs_set_extent_delalloc(), since that is what we use for all
those missing cases as well as for the cases that currently work well.
This change is also preparatory work for an upcoming patch that fixes
other problems related to tracking and reporting the number of bytes used
by an inode.

The original patch for commit 3d2e7aec7013 ("drm/tegra: output: Don't
leak OF node on error") contained this hunk, but it was accidentally
dropped during conflict resolution. This causes use-after-free errors
on devices that use an I2C controller for HDMI DDC/CI on Tegra210 and
later.

Given that smp_call_function_single() can deadlock when interrupts are
disabled, abort the SMP call if irqs_disabled(). This scenario is
currently not possible given the function's uses, but safeguard this for
potential future uses.

If Activity Monitors (AMUs) are present, two of the counters can be used
to implement support for CPPC's (Collaborative Processor Performance
Control) delivered and reference performance monitoring functionality
using FFH (Functional Fixed Hardware).
Given that counters for a certain CPU can only be read from that CPU,
while FFH operations can be called from any CPU for any of the CPUs, use
smp_call_function_single() to provide the requested values.
Therefore, depending on the register addresses, the following values
are returned:
- 0x0 (DeliveredPerformanceCounterRegister): AMU core counter
- 0x1 (ReferencePerformanceCounterRegister): AMU constant counter
The use of Activity Monitors is hidden behind the generic
cpu_read_{corecnt,constcnt}() functions.
Read functionality for these two registers represents the only current
FFH support for CPPC. Read operations for other register values or write
operation for all registers are unsupported. Therefore, keep CPPC's FFH
unsupported if no CPUs have valid AMU frequency counters. For this
purpose, the get_cpu_with_amu_feat() is introduced.

In order for the counter validation function to be reused, split
validate_cpu_freq_invariance_counters() into:
- freq_counters_valid(cpu) - check cpu for valid cycle counters
- freq_inv_set_max_ratio(int cpu, u64 max_rate, u64 ref_rate) -
generic function that sets the normalization ratio used by
topology_scale_freq_tick()

In preparation for other uses of Activity Monitors (AMU) cycle counters,
place counter read functionality in generic functions that can reused:
read_corecnt() and read_constcnt().
As a result, implement update_freq_counters_refs() to replace
init_cpu_freq_invariance_counters() and both initialise and update
the per-cpu reference variables.
