When the NFSv4.0 server tells us that it can no-longer talk to us on the callback channel, we should attempt a new SETCLIENTID in order to re-transmit the callback channel information. Note that as long as we do not change the boot verifier, this is a safe procedure; the server is required to keep our state. 2012-03-10firewire: ohci: move runtime debug facility out of #ifdefStefan Richter

The "skipped bus generations" message was added together with the respective fw_device retaining/ reviving code in order to see how it all works out. It did well, so don't spam the log anymore. The "register access failure" situation still needs an actual handler. But at this point it makes less sense to ask folks to send mails about it. sbp2_send_management_orb() is called by sbp2_login, sbp2_reconnect, and sbp2_remove, all which are able to sleep during memory allocations. Actually, sbp2_send_management_orb() itself is a sleeping function. Login and remove could allocate with GFP_KERNEL but reconnect needs GFP_NOIO to ensure progress in low memory situations. EXYNOS SOC series use MCT for kernel timer and MCT has two types of clock event timers, which are mct-comp and mct-tick. Because the clock rate of each event timer is diffent from the other, this patch fixes cycles_per_jiffy for each timer's periodic mode.
