2018-07-06Staging: Gasket: shift wrapping bug in gasket_read_modify_write_64()Dan Carpenter
This function only has one caller so mask_width is 1 and mask_shift is 32. Shifting an int by 32 bits is undefined, but I guess on GCC it wraps to 0x1? Anyway it's supposed to be 0x100000000. 2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: replace core_initcall_sync with builtin_platform_driverSergio Paracuellos

2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: remove 'rt2880_pinctrl_pin_dbg_show' callbackSergio Paracuellos

2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: use ternary operator return in rt2880_get_group_nameSergio Paracuellos
Trivial change to have only one return in 'rt2880_get_group_name' function using a ternary operator instead of an if statement and two returns. Signed-off-by: Sergio Paracuellos <sergio.paracuellos@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: refactor rt2880_pinctrl_dt_node_to_map functionSergio Paracuellos
Using 'function' and 'group' bindings in the device tree give the posibility of refactor 'rt2880_pinctrl_dt_node_to_map' and simplify it a lot. Make use of 'for_each_node_with_property' function to count number of groups for the node and iterate over the groups using 'of_property_for_each_string' calling 'pinctrl_utils_add_map_mux' function which is the same of the custom function in this driver code 'rt2880_pinctrl_dt_subnode_to_map' which is not needed anymore. 2018-07-06staging: mt7621-dts: use 'function' and 'group' for pinctrl bindingsSergio Paracuellos
According to documentation 'pinctrl-bindings.txt' bindings 'group' and 'function' can be used directly. So replace all of them. Signed-off-by: Sergio Paracuellos <sergio.paracuellos@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: make use of pinctrl_utils_reserve_mapSergio Paracuellos
Function rt2880_pinctrl_dt_node_to_map was using 'kzalloc' to reserve map memory. There is a 'pinctrl_utils_reserve_map' to do this function. Just use it. Signed-off-by: Sergio Paracuellos <sergio.paracuellos@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: replace uint8_t type with u8 for 'gpio' fieldSergio Paracuellos
Struct 'rt2880_priv' contains a field 'gpio' which is defined as uint8_t and should be defined with 'u8' which is preferred. Update some cast along the code related with this new change. 2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: make use of pinctrl_utils_free_mapSergio Paracuellos
There was a custom 'rt2880_pinctrl_dt_free_map' function which it was doing the same as pinctrl_utils_free_map defined in 'pinctrl-utils.h' header file. Use it instead avoiding code duplications. 2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: replace seq_printf with seq_putsSergio Paracuellos
For a constant format without additional arguments, use seq_puts() instead of seq_printf() fixing also the following checkpatch.pl warning: 'Prefer seq_puts to seq_printf' Signed-off-by: Sergio Paracuellos <sergio.paracuellos@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>

2018-07-06staging: mt7621-pinctrl: avoid space after if conditionSergio Paracuellos
Adding spaces between if condition and parenthesis are not needed at all and checkpatch script complains about them. Fix one in driver code. Signed-off-by: Sergio Paracuellos <sergio.paracuellos@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>

2018-07-06staging: mt7621-gpio: use custom xlate functionSergio Paracuellos
The default gpio.of_xlate function assumes there is one gpio chip for each devicetree node. Device tree had changed to only use one node, which corresponds to 3 different gpio chips now. For that approach to work we need a custom xlate function. 2018-07-06USB: yurex: fix out-of-bounds uaccess in read handlerJann Horn
In general, accessing userspace memory beyond the length of the supplied buffer in VFS read/write handlers can lead to both kernel memory corruption (via kernel_read()/kernel_write(), which can e.g. be triggered via sys_splice()) and privilege escalation inside userspace. Fix it by using simple_read_from_buffer() instead of custom logic. 2018-07-06ARM: dts: armada-38x: use the new thermal bindingBaruch Siach
Commit 2f28e4c24b10e (thermal: armada: Clarify control registers accesses) introduced the new thermal binding. The new binding extends the second registers field size to 8. Switch to the new binding to fix thermal reading values. Without this change the fix for errata #132698 introduced in commit 8c0b888f661 (thermal: armada: Change sensors trim default value) has no effect. Corsair Strafe appears to suffer from the same issues as the Corsair Strafe RGB. Apply the same quirks (control message delay and init delay) that the RGB version has to 1b1c:1b15.
