2012-05-20m68knommu: move the 54xx platform code into the common ColdFire code directoryGreg Ungerer
All these separate directories for each ColdFire CPU SoC varient seems like overkill. The majority of them only contain a single small config file. Move these into the common ColdFire code directory. Signed-off-by: Greg Ungerer <gerg@uclinux.org>

2012-05-20m68knommu: make duplicated ColdFire GPIO init code common for allGreg Ungerer

2012-05-20m68knommu: introduce macros to simplify ColdFire GPIO table initializationGreg Ungerer
We have very large tables in the ColdFire CPU GPIO setup code that essentially boil down to 2 distinct types of GPIO pin initiaization. Using 2 macros we can reduce these large tables to at most a dozen lines of setup code, and in quite a few cases a single table entry. Introduce these 2 macros into the existing mcfgpio.h header. 2012-05-20m68k: merge the MMU and non-MMU signal.c codeGreg Ungerer
The MMU (signal_mm.c) and non-MMU (signal_no.c) versions of the m68k architecture signal handling code are very similar. Most of their code is the same. Merge the two back into a single signal.c, and move some of the code around inside the file to minimize the number of #ifdefs required. Specificially we can group out the CONFIG_FPU and the CONFIG_MMU code. We end up needing a few other "#ifdef CONFIG_MMU" as well, but not too many. 2012-05-19spi: By default setup spi_masters with 1 chipselect and dynamics bus numberGrant Likely
Trivial simplification. Instead of requiring spi master drivers to always set the bus number (even when a dynamic number is desired), this patch modifies spi_alloc_master() to initialize num_chipselect to 1 (because there will always be at least one CS) and bus_num to -1 for dynamic allocation. This simplifies the code needed to be written for drivers. Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca>

2012-05-19spi/spi-fsl-spi: reference correct pdata in fsl_spi_cs_controlHerton Ronaldo Krzesinski
Commit 178db7d3, "spi: Fix device unregistration when unregistering the bus master", changed spi device initialization of dev.parent pointer to be the master's device pointer instead of his parent. This introduced a bug in spi-fsl-spi, since its usage of spi device pointer was not updated accordingly. This was later fixed by commit 5039a86, "spi/mpc83xx: fix NULL pdata dereference bug", but it missed another spot on fsl_spi_cs_control function where we also need to update usage of spi device pointer. This change address that.
