Pull pinctrl changes from Linus Walleij:
"Some of this stuff is hitting arch/arm/* and have been ACKed by the
ARM SoC folks, or it's device tree bindings pertaining to the specific
driver.
These are the bulk pinctrl changes for kernel v3.7:
- Add subdrivers for the DB8540 and NHK8815 Nomadik-type ASICs,
provide platform config for the Nomadik.
- Add a driver for the i.MX35.
- Add a driver for the BCM2835, an advanced GPIO expander.
- Various fixes and clean-ups and minor improvements for the core,
Nomadik, pinctr-single, sirf drivers.
- Some platform config for the ux500."

- refactoring from Thierry Redding at Arnd Bergmann's request to use
the seq_file iterator interface in gpiolib.
- A new driver for Avionic Design's N-bit GPIO expander.
- Two instances of mutexes replaced by spinlocks from Axel Lin to
code that is supposed to be fastpath compliant.
- IRQ demuxer and gpio_to_irq() support for pcf857x by Kuninori
Morimoto.
- Dynamic GPIO numbers, device tree support, daisy chaining and some
other fixes for the 74x164 driver by Maxime Ripard.
- IRQ domain and device tree support for the tc3589x driver by Lee
Jones.
- Some conversion to use managed resources devm_* code.
- Some instances of clk_prepare() or clk_prepare_enable() added to
support the new, stricter common clock framework.
- Some for_each_set_bit() simplifications.
- Then a lot of fixes as we fixed up all of the above tripping over
our own shoelaces and that kind of thing."

The network merge brought in a few users of functions that got
deprecated by the workqueue cleanups: the 'system_nrt_wq' is now the
same as the regular system_wq, since all workqueues are now non-
reentrant.
Similarly, remove one use of flush_work_sync() - the regular
flush_work() has become synchronous, and the "_sync()" version is thus
deprecated as being superfluous.

Don't put an ACCESS op in OPEN compound if O_EXCL, because ACCESS
will return permission denied for all bits until close.
Fixes a regression due to commit 6168f62c (NFSv4: Add ACCESS operation to
OPEN compound)

Don't check MAY_WRITE as a newly created file may not have write mode bits,
but POSIX allows the creating process to write regardless.
This is ok because NFSv4 OPEN ops handle write permissions correctly -
the ACCESS in the OPEN compound is to differentiate READ v EXEC permissions.
Fixes a regression due to commit 6168f62c (NFSv4: Add ACCESS operation to
OPEN compound)

Select POWER_SUPPLY from POWER_AVS_OMAP entry in Kconfig.

For building perf without stack backtrace debug, we can set
NO_BACKTRACE=1 as a argument of make. It then defines NO_BACKTRACE
macro for C code to do the proper handling. However it usually used in
a negative semantics - e.g. #ifndef - so we saw double negations which
can be misleading. Convert it to a positive form to make it more
readable and add _SUPPORT suffix for consistency.

The '_get_comp_words_by_ref' function is available from the bash
completion v1.2 so that earlier version emits following warning:
$ perf re<TAB>_get_comp_words_by_ref: command not found
Use older '_get_cword' method when the above function doesn't exist.

We want to reduce the impact that each of the builtins has on perf as a
whole, so use the superclassing of perf_tool mechanizm to move its
config knobs to the stack, so that only if we use that tool, its impact
will be felt.
In this case is more about consistency, as the impact of this tool is
minimal.

I.e. we don't need to resolve the evsel via the id and then check if it
is this or that event, just stash the right handler at evsel creation
time, then use evsel->handler.func() straight away.

make. It then defines NO_NEWT_SUPPORT macro for C code to do the proper

This patch converts tcm_vhost to use target_submit_cmd_map_sgls() for
I/O submission and mapping of pre-allocated SGL memory from incoming
virtio-scsi SGL memory -> se_cmd descriptors.
This includes removing the original open-coded fabric uses of target
core callers to support transport_generic_map_mem_to_cmd() between
target_setup_cmd_from_cdb() and transport_handle_cdb_direct() logic.
It also includes adding a handful of new tcm_vhost_cmnd member +
assignments in vhost_scsi_allocate_cmd() used from cmwq process
context I/O submission within tcm_vhost_submission_work()

This patch carries forward a work-around from tcm_loop to target
core code to explicitly clear control CDB READ paylods in order to
avoid bugs in scsi-generic user-space code for INQUIRY that do not
explicitly zero CDB payload memory.

of READ memory for all target_submit_cmd_map_sgls users)

This patch adds a new target_submit_cmd_map_sgls() to pass pre-allocated
SGL memory using transport_generic_map_mem_to_cmd() logic into the generic
target submit I/O codepath.
It also adds a target_submit_cmd() wrapper around target_submit_cmd_map_sgls()
for existing fabric code that already assumes internal target-core SGL memory
allocation.

We've had reports in the past about this specific case, so it's time to
go ahead and explicitly set cache_dynamic_acls=1 for generate_node_acls=1
(TPG demo-mode) operation.
During normal generate_node_acls=0 operation with explicit NodeACLs ->
se_node_acl memory is persistent to the configfs group located at
/sys/kernel/config/target/$TARGETNAME/$TPGT/acls/$INITIATORNAME, so in
the generate_node_acls=1 case we want the reservation logic to reference
existing per initiator IQN se_node_acl memory (not to generate a new
se_node_acl), so go ahead and always set cache_dynamic_acls=1 when
TPG demo-mode is enabled.
