We 'allocate' 'count' bytes here. In fact, 'dev_alloc_skb' already add some
extra space for padding, so a bit more is allocated.
However, we use 1 byte for the KISS command, then copy 'count' bytes, so
count+1 bytes.
Explicitly allocate and use 1 more byte to be safe.

This series contains updates to ice driver.
Brett fixes the setting of num_q_vectors by using the maximum number
between the allocated transmit and receive queues.
Anirudh simplifies the code to use a helper function to return the main
VSI, which is the first element in the pf->vsi array. Adds a pointer
check to prevent a NULL pointer dereference. Adds a check to ensure we
do not initialize DCB on devices that are not DCB capable. Does some
housekeeping on the code to remove unnecessary indirection and reduce
the PF structure by removing elements that are not needed since the
values they were storing can be readily gotten from
ice_get_avail_*_count()'s. Updates the printed strings to make it
easier to search the logs for driver capabilities.
Jesse cleans up unnecessary function arguments. Updated the code to use
prefetch() to add some efficiency to the driver to avoid a cache miss.
Did some housekeeping on the code to remove the configurable transmit
work limit via ethtool which ended up creating performance overhead.
Made additional performance enhancements by updating the driver to start
out with a reasonable number of descriptors by changing the default to
2048.
Mitch fixes the reset logic for VFs by clearing VF_MBX_ARQLEN register
when the source of the reset is not PFR.
Lukasz updates the driver to include a similar fix for the i40e driver
by reporting link down for VF's when the PF queues are not enabled.
Akeem updates the driver to report the VF link status once we get VF
resources so that we can reflect the link status similarly to how the PF
reports link speed.
Ashish updates the transmit context structure based on recent changes to
the hardware specification.
Dave updates the DCB logic to allow a delayed registration for MIB
change events so that the driver is not accepting events before it is
ready for them.

The destructor of AMDTP domain has WARN_ON() for the list of associated
AMDTP stream. Although this reminds a case that developers forget to
program consumer drivers to stop AMDTP domain, it hits when AMDTP domain
is not initialized yet. This occurs when initialization of sound card
fails as well and it's superfluous.
This commit removes the WARN_ON. Although the API to AMDTP domain does
nothing, it's left for future usage.

Looks like the Bios of the Lenovo Legion Y7000 is using ELAN061B
when the actual device is supposed to be used with hid-multitouch.
Remove it from the list of the supported device, hoping that
no one will complain about the loss in functionality.

The powerpc version only supported 64 bit. Add some
code to switch decoding of fields during runtime so
we can kexec a 32 bit kernel from a 64 bit kernel and
vice versa.

Right now powerpc provides an implementation to read elf files
with the kexec_file_load() syscall. Make that available as a public
kexec interface so it can be re-used on other architectures.

This adds to BFQ the missing per-device weight interfaces:
blkio.bfq.weight_device on legacy and io.bfq.weight on unified. The
implementation pretty closely resembles what we had in CFQ and the parsing code
is basically reused.

As Vincent noticed, the y2038 conversion of semtimedop in linux-5.1
broke when commit 00bf25d693e7 ("y2038: use time32 syscall names on
32-bit") changed all system calls on all architectures that take
a 32-bit time_t to point to the _time32 implementation, but left out
semtimedop in the asm-generic header.
This affects all 32-bit architectures using asm-generic/unistd.h:
h8300, unicore32, openrisc, nios2, hexagon, c6x, arc, nds32 and csky.
The notable exception is riscv32, which has dropped support for the
time32 system calls entirely.

a helper to create and join a cgroup first (test__join_cgroup).
Since we already hijack stdout/stderr that shouldn't be

and do the required small adjustments.

test__join_cgroup() combines the following operations that usually
go hand in hand and returns cgroup fd:
* setup cgroup environment (make sure cgroupfs is mounted)
* mkdir cgroup
* join cgroup
It also marks a test as a "cgroup cleanup needed" and removes cgroup
state after the test is done.

After commit 75b28affdd6a we can get by with just a single mmap to
map both the sq and cq ring. However, userspace doesn't know that.
Add a features variable to io_uring_params, and notify userspace
that the kernel has this ability. This can then be used in liburing
(or in applications directly) to avoid the second mmap.

The variable n is being assigned a value that is never read inside
an if statement block, the assignment is redundant and can be removed.
With this removed, n is only being used for a constant loop bounds
check, so replace n with that value instead and remove n completely.

time_t suffers from overflow problems and should not be used.
In exfat, it is currently used in two open-coded time64_to_tm()
implementations. Changes those to use the existing function instead.

The commit 3764137906a5 ("drm/modes: Introduce a whitelist for the named
modes") introduced a whitelist in the named modes lookup code in order to
be a bit more robust.
However, even though the char pointers were made const, the array itself
was not. Let's fix that.

The runtime_pm functions are unused when CONFIG_PM is disabled:

Mark them as __maybe_unused to let gcc silently drop them

The reference driver no longer exists since commit 50f1242c6742 ("mtd:
fsl-quadspi: Remove the driver as it was replaced by spi-fsl-qspi.c").
Update reference to spi-fsl-qspi.c driver.
