sg_alloc_table gets unsigned int as parameter while the driver
returns it as size_t. Check npages isn't greater than maximum
unsigned int.

When calling rdma_resolve_ip inside rdma_addr_find_l2_eth_by_grh,
the return status of the request was ignored in the callback function
causing a successful return and an empty dmac.

When there is a CM id object that has port assigned to it, it means that
the cm-id asked for the specific port that it should go by it, but if
that port was removed (hot-unplug event) the cm-id was not updated.
In order to fix that the port keeps a list of all the cm-id's that are
planning to go by it, whenever the port is removed it marks all of them
as invalid.
This commit fixes a kernel panic which happens when running traffic between
guests and we force reboot a guest mid traffic, it triggers a kernel panic:

The real QP is destroyed in case of the ref count reaches zero, but
for XRC target QPs this call was missed and caused to QP leaks.
Let's call to destroy for all flows.

Commit 7619751f8c90 ("ARM: 8595/2: apply more __ro_after_init") caused
a regression with XIP kernels by moving the __ro_after_init data into
the read-only section. With XIP kernels, the read-only section is
located in read-only memory from the very beginning.
Work around this by moving the __ro_after_init data back into the .data
section, which will be in RAM, and hence will be writable.
It should be noted that in doing so, this remains writable after init.

Callers of netpoll_poll_lock() own NAPI_STATE_SCHED
Callers of netpoll_poll_unlock() have BH blocked between
the NAPI_STATE_SCHED being cleared and poll_lock is released.
We can avoid the spinlock which has no contention, and use cmpxchg()
on poll_owner which we need to set anyway.
This removes a possible lockdep violation after the cited commit,
since sk_busy_loop() re-enables BH before calling busy_poll_stop()

kernel-doc supports documenting struct members "inline" since
a4c6ebede2f9 ("scripts/kernel-doc Allow struct arguments documentation
in struct body"). This requires the inline kernel-doc comments to have
the opening and closing comment markers (/** and */ respectively) on
lines of their own, even for short comments. For example:
/**
* struct foo - struct documentation
*/
struct foo {
/**
* @bar: member documentation
*/
int bar;
};
Add support for one line inline comments:
/**
* struct foo - struct documentation
*/
struct foo {
/** @bar: member documentation */
int bar;
};
Note that mixing of the two in one doc comment is not allowed; either
both comment markers must be on lines of their own, or both must be on
the one line. This limitation keeps both the comments more uniform, and
kernel-doc less complicated.

While the {READ,WRITE}_ONCE() macros should be used in preference to
ACCESS_ONCE(), the circular buffer documentation uses the latter
exclusively.
To point people in the right direction, and as a step towards the
eventual removal of ACCESS_ONCE(), update the documentation to use
READ_ONCE(), as ACCESS_ONCE() is only used in a reader context in the
circular buffer documentation.

New Cadence GEM hardware support Large Segment Offload (LSO):
TCP segmentation offload (TSO) as well as UDP fragmentation
offload (UFO). Support for those features was added to the driver.

With RGMII, we need a 1.5 to 2ns skew between clock and data lines. The
VSC8601 can handle this internally. While the VSC8601 can set more
fine-grained delays, the standard skew settings work out of the box.
The same heuristic is used to determine when this skew should be enabled
as in vsc824x_config_init().
Tested on custom board with AM3352 SOC and VSC801 PHY.

This series address a series of errors during PDF generation from
media documentation.
The first patch fixes the late redefinition of a LaTeX command at the
Sphinx LaTeX style that causes build to break when some cross-references
are used.
The next two patches fix PDF output issues with subdev-formats.rst.
The next 3 patches fix image includes and their output for PDF.
It is aligned with Linus request of not having binary-generated images
from their SVG source codes.
I still intend to move the remaing PNG images to vectorial ones (SVG),
as image scale works better, but this will require some additional work.
When done, I'll submit as a separate patch series.
It should also be noticed that the last patch violates the output dir,
when make is used with "O=some_dir", as Sphinx doesn't accept
image files outside the source directory. We'll likely need some Sphinx
extension in order to fix it, but at least with this series (plus Jani Nikola's
PDF fix series), the PDF output should work fine again.

Recent Makefile changes added an rm command without the requisite "-f",
leading to warnings if the files do not exist. Make it be quiet again.

The PDF files that contain media images were actually generated
offline from their SVG or PNG source files.
Sphinx can handle PNG sources automatially. So, let's just
drop their PDF counterparts.
For SVG, however, Sphinx doesn't produce the right tags to
use the TexLive SVG support. Also, the SVG support is done via
shell execution, with is not nice.
So, while we don't have any support for SVG inside Sphinx
core or as an extension, move the logic to build them to Makefile,
producing the PDF images on runtime.
NOTE: due to the way Sphinx works, the PDF images should be
generated inside the Kernel source tree, as otherwise Sphinx
won't find it, not obeying what's specified by "O=" makefile
parameter.

Right now, media is using two different formats for bitmap
images: GIF and PNG. Let's use just one, to make it simpler when
building with Sphinx.
As PNG is usually better than GIF, let's use it.

adjustbox doesn't work on longtables. Also, this
causes an error on LaTeX in interactive mode.
So, use, instead, a tiny font.

PDF build on Kernel 4.9-rc? returns an error with Sphinx 1.3.x
and Sphinx 1.4.x, when trying to solve some cross-references.
The solution is to redefine the \DURole macro.
However, this is redefined too late. Move such redefinition to
LaTeX preamble and bind it to just the Sphinx versions where the
error is known to be present.
Tested by building the documentation on interactive mode:
make PDFLATEX=xelatex -C Documentation/output/./latex

The netdev->real_num_rx_queues setting is only available if CONFIG_SYSFS
is enabled, so we now get a build failure when that is turned off:

As far as I can tell, the check here is only used as an optimization that

This patch changes the lwtunnel_headroom() function which is called
in ipv4_mtu() and ip6_mtu(), to also return the correct headroom
value when the lwtunnel state is OUTPUT_REDIRECT.
This patch enables e.g. SR-IPv6 encapsulations to work without
manually setting the route mtu.

Avoid breaking cross-compiled ACPI tools builds by rearranging the

The recent merge commit bb598c1b8c9b ("Merge
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net") would cause
the FIB abort warning to fire whenever we flush the FIB tables - either
during module removal or actual abort.
Move it back to its rightful location in the FIB abort function.

The SPEED_UNFORCED indicates the MAC & PHY should perform
auto-negotiation to determine a speed which works. If this is called
for, don't set the force bit. If it is set, the MAC actually does
10Gbps, why the internal PHYs don't support.

When napi_hash_del() is used before netif_napi_del(), an RCU grace

Some devices on Fam17h can only be accessed through the System Management
Network (SMN). The SMN is accessed by a pair of index/data registers in PCI
config space. Add a pair of functions to read from and write to the SMN.
The Data Fabric on Fam17h allows multiple devices to use the same register
space. The registers of a specific device are accessed indirectly using the
device's DF InstanceId. Currently, we only need to read from these devices,
so only define a read function for now.

AMD Fam17h uses a Data Fabric component instead of a traditional
Northbridge. However, the DF is similar to a NB in that there is one per
die and it uses PCI config D18Fx registers. So let's reuse the existing
AMD_NB infrastructure for Data Fabrics.

This option was added in 6a89a314ab107a12af08c71420c19a37a30fc2d3 to
allow use of the devm_gpio_* functions without CONFIG_GPIOLIB.
However, only a few months later in
b69ac52449c658b7ac40034dc3c5f5f4a71a723d, CONFIG_GPIOLIB was added
as a dependency, defeating the original purpose of this option.
Instead of that patch, the original commit could have just been
reverted (and in fact was partially so in
403c1d0be5ccbd750d25c59d8358843a81e52e3b). Further, since this
option has a dependency on HAS_IOMEM, even though it does not
require it, it causes build failures when !HAS_IOMEM (e.g. in a
uml build).
Fix that by completely removing the option, in essence completing
the reversion of the original commit.

The nvme_remove function tears down all allocated resources in the correct
order, so no need to free queues on error during initialization. This
fixes possible use-after-free errors when queues are still associated
with a blk-mq hctx.
