2022-07-08drivers/usb/host/ehci-fsl: Fix interrupt setup in host mode.Darren Stevens
In patch a1a2b7125e10 (Drop static setup of IRQ resource from DT core) we stopped platform_get_resource() from returning the IRQ, as all drivers were supposed to have switched to platform_get_irq() Unfortunately the Freescale EHCI driver in host mode got missed. Fix it. 2022-07-08usb: typec: add missing uevent when partner support PDLinyu Yuan
System like Android allow user control power role from UI, it is possible to implement application base on typec uevent to refresh UI, but found there is chance that UI show different state from typec attribute file. In typec_set_pwr_opmode(), when partner support PD, there is no uevent send to user space which cause the problem. Fix it by sending uevent notification when change power mode to PD. 2022-07-08net: sock: tracing: Fix sock_exceed_buf_limit not to dereference stale pointerSteven Rostedt (Google)
The trace event sock_exceed_buf_limit saves the prot->sysctl_mem pointer and then dereferences it in the TP_printk() portion. This is unsafe as the TP_printk() portion is executed at the time the buffer is read. That is, it can be seconds, minutes, days, months, even years later. If the proto is freed, then this dereference will can also lead to a kernel crash. Instead, save the sysctl_mem array into the ring buffer and have the TP_printk() reference that instead. This is the proper and safe way to read pointers in trace events. 2022-07-08regmap: add WARN_ONCE when invalid mask is provided to regmap_field_init()Matt Ranostay
In regmap_field_init() when a invalid mask is provided it still initializes with any warnings. An example of this is when the LSB is greater than MSB a mask of zero is produced. 2022-07-08bpf: Add flags arg to bpf_dynptr_read and bpf_dynptr_write APIsJoanne Koong
Commit 13bbbfbea759 ("bpf: Add bpf_dynptr_read and bpf_dynptr_write") added the bpf_dynptr_write() and bpf_dynptr_read() APIs. However, it will be needed for some dynptr types to pass in flags as well (e.g. when writing to a skb, the user may like to invalidate the hash or recompute the checksum). This patch adds a "u64 flags" arg to the bpf_dynptr_read() and bpf_dynptr_write() APIs before their UAPI signature freezes where we then cannot change them anymore with a 5.19.x released kernel.
