Pull PCI updates from Bjorn Helgaas:
"I'll be on vacation until Aug 11, and I suspect the merge window will
open before then, so I'm sending this to you early. There are more
things I'd like to get into v3.17, so I hope to send another pull
request soon after I return.
The most notable pieces here are:
- Support BARs up to 128GB (up from 8GB)
- Fix SR-IOV resource assignment when we fail to expand a resource
- Rework pciehp to handle a common hardware erratum
- Cleanup MSI
- Fix NIC renaming issue
- Fix VGA default device issue on EFI systems
- Fix ASPM configuration (previously we didn't enable it as expected)
Alex Williamson has graciously agreed to take care of any major issues

The usage of pid_ns->child_reaper->nsproxy->net_ns in
nfs_server_list_open and nfs_client_list_open is not safe.
/proc for a pid namespace can remain mounted after the all of the
process in that pid namespace have exited. There are also times
before the initial process in a pid namespace has started or after the
initial process in a pid namespace has exited where
pid_ns->child_reaper can be NULL or stale. Making the idiom
pid_ns->child_reaper->nsproxy a double whammy of problems.
Luckily all that needs to happen is to move /proc/fs/nfsfs/servers and
/proc/fs/nfsfs/volumes under /proc/net to /proc/net/nfsfs/servers and
/proc/net/nfsfs/volumes and add a symlink from the original location,
and to use seq_open_net as it has been designed.

ASoC: Updates for v3.17
This has been a pretty exciting release in terms of the framework, we've
finally got support for multiple CODECs attached to a single DAI link
which has been something there's been interest in as long as I've been
working on ASoC. A big thanks to Benoit and Misael for their work on
this.
Otherwise it's been a fairly standard release for development, including
more componentisation work from Lars-Peter and a good selection of both
CODEC and CPU drivers.
- Support for multiple CODECs attached to a single DAI, enabling
systems with for example multiple DAC/speaker drivers on a single
link, contributed by Benoit Cousson based on work from Misael Lopez
Cruz.
- Support for byte controls larger than 256 bytes based on the use of
TLVs contributed by Omair Mohammed Abdullah.
- More componentisation work from Lars-Peter Clausen.
- The remainder of the conversions of CODEC drivers to params_width()
- Drivers for Cirrus Logic CS4265, Freescale i.MX ASRC blocks, Realtek
RT286 and RT5670, Rockchip RK3xxx I2S controllers and Texas Instruments
TAS2552.
- Lots of updates and fixes, especially to the DaVinci, Intel,
Freescale, Realtek, and rcar drivers.

On platforms with sizeof(int) < sizeof(long), writing a temperature
limit larger than MAXINT will result in unpredictable limit values
written to the chip. Avoid auto-conversion from long to int to fix
the problem.

should be printed (HDMI_MUX_EN) instead of HDMI_MUX_SEL (typo).

MDP5 has several functional blocks (ie: VIG/RGB pipes, LMs, ...).
From one revision to another, these blocks' base addresses might
change due to the number of instances present in the MDP5 hw.
A way of dealing with these offset changes is to introduce
dynamic offsets 'per block'.
This change adds support for the new revision of MDP5: v1.3.
The idea is to define one hw config per MDP version and select
either one of them at runtime, after reading the MDP5 version.
Once the MDP version is known, 'per block' dynamic offsets
are initialized through a global pointer, which is then used for
read/write register access.

Somewhere along the way, the firmware loader sprouted another lock
dependency, resulting in possible deadlock scenario:
&dev->struct_mutex --> &sb->s_type->i_mutex_key#2 --> &mm->mmap_sem
which is problematic vs things like gem mmap.
So introduce a separate mutex to synchronize gpu init.

Downstream kernel IOMMU had a non-standard way of dealing with multiple
devices and multiple ports/contexts. We don't need that on upstream
kernel, so rip out the crazy.
Note that we have to move the pinning of the ringbuffer to after the
IOMMU is attached. No idea how that managed to work properly on the
downstream kernel.
For now, I am leaving the IOMMU port name stuff in place, to simplify
things for folks trying to backport latest drm/msm to device kernels.
Once we no longer have to care about pre-DT kernels, we can drop this
and instead backport upstream IOMMU driver.

On downstream kernel the clk driver directly bangs hdmi phy registers.
For upstream kernel, we need to model this as a clock and register with
the clock framework.

ASoC: Fixes for v3.16
A bigger batch of changes than I would like as I didn't send any for a
few weeks without noticing how many had built up. They are almost all
driver specific though, larger changes are:
- Fixes to the newly added Baytrail/MAX98090 which look like some QA
was missed on the microphone detection.
- Deletion of some erroniously listed audio formats for Haswell.
- Fix debugfs creation in the core so that we don't try to generate
multiple directories with the same name, relatively large textually
but simple to inspect by eye and test.
- A couple of bugfixes for the rcar driver one of which which involves
a bit of code motion to move initailisation of some hardware out of
common paths into device specific ones.
- Ensure both channels are powered up for mono outputs on Arizona
devices, involving some simple data tables listing the outputs and a
loop over them.
- A couple of fixes to save and restore information on suspended and
idle Samsung I2S controllers.

ASoC: Fixes for v3.16
Quite a few build coverage fixes in here among the usual small driver
fixes includling the sigmadsp change from Lars - moving the driver to
separate modules per bus (which is basically just code motion) avoids
issues with some combinations of buses being enabled.

Since we pass the port number through file private data for debugfs we cast
it to and from a pointer so use uintptr_t in order to ensure that the
types are compatible, avoiding warnings on 64 bit platforms where pointers
are 64 bit and unsigned integers 32 bit.
