struct blk_issue_stat is going away, and bio->bi_issue_stat doesn't even
use the blk-stats interface, so we can provide a separate implementation
specific for bios. The helpers work the same way as the blk-stats
helpers.

issue_stat is going to go away, so first make writeback throttling take
the containing request, update the internal wbt helpers accordingly, and
change rwb->sync_cookie to be the request pointer instead of the
issue_stat pointer. No functional change.

A few helpers are only used from blk-wbt.c, so move them there, and put
wbt_track() behind the CONFIG_BLK_WBT typedef. This is in preparation
for changing how the wbt flags are tracked.

INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS depends on INFINIBAND. So there's no need for
options which depend INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS to also depend on INFINIBAND.

USB controller ASM1042 stops working after commit de3ef1eb1cd0 (PM /
core: Drop run_wake flag from struct dev_pm_info).
The device in question is not power managed by platform firmware,
furthermore, it only supports PME# from D3cold:
Capabilities: [78] Power Management version 3
Flags: PMEClk- DSI- D1- D2- AuxCurrent=55mA PME(D0-,D1-,D2-,D3hot-,D3cold+)

Before commit de3ef1eb1cd0, the device never gets runtime suspended.
After that commit, the device gets runtime suspended to D3hot, which can
not generate any PME#.
usb_hcd_pci_probe() unconditionally calls device_wakeup_enable(), hence
device_can_wakeup() in pci_dev_run_wake() always returns true.
So pci_dev_run_wake() needs to check PME wakeup capability as its first
condition.
In addition, change wakeup flag passed to pci_target_state() from false
to true, because we want to find the deepest state different from D3cold
that the device can still generate PME#. In this case, it's D0 for the
device in question.

If the next_freq field of struct sugov_policy is set to UINT_MAX,
it shouldn't be used for updating the CPU frequency (this is a
special "invalid" value), but after commit b7eaf1aab9f8 (cpufreq:
schedutil: Avoid reducing frequency of busy CPUs prematurely) it
may be passed as the new frequency to sugov_update_commit() in
sugov_update_single().
Fix that by adding an extra check for the special UINT_MAX value
of next_freq to sugov_update_single().

After commit 794a56ebd9a57 (sched/cpufreq: Change the worker kthread to
SCHED_DEADLINE) schedutil kthreads are "ignored" for a clock frequency
selection point of view, so the potential corner case for RT tasks is not
possible at all now.
Remove the stale comment mentioning it.

P-state selection algorithm (powersave or performance) is selected by
echoing the desired choice to scaling_governor sysfs attribute and not
to scaling_cur_freq (as currently stated).

This driver was added by commit 0fc6a323e1917 ("spi: bcm53xx: driver for
SPI controller on Broadcom bcma SoC") back in 2014. It was needed to
provide a minimal support for SPI controller on BCM5301X (AKA Northstar)
devices.
An alternative driver was added by Kamal in commit fa236a7ef2404 ("spi:
bcm-qspi: Add Broadcom MSPI driver") 2 years later. It supports the same
hardware but for some reason a new driver has been developed for it.
At this point the new driver supports: more modes, setting a speed,
setting bits per word and uses IRQs instead of polling. DTS file for
BCM5301X has also been updated in the commit 1c8f406507238 ("ARM: dts:
BCM5301X: convert to iProc QSPI") - over a year ago.
That explained I see no reason to keep the old driver alive.

When removing a rule that jumps to chain and such chain in the same
batch, this bogusly hits EBUSY. Add activate and deactivate operations
to expression that can be called from the preparation and the
commit/abort phases.

currently matchinfo gets stored in the expression, but some xt matches
are very large.
To handle those we either need to switch nft core to kvmalloc and increase
size limit, or allocate the info blob of large matches separately.
This does the latter, this limits the scope of the changes to
nft_compat.
I picked a threshold of 192, this allows most matches to work as before and
handle only few ones via separate alloation (cgroup, u32, sctp, rt).

a separate allocation instead of the expr private area.
This removes the 'expr priv area is info blob' assumption

This way we have one central definition of it, and user can select it as
needed. The new option is not user visible, which is the behavior
it had in most architectures, with a few notable exceptions:
- On x86_64 and mips/loongson3 it used to be user selectable, but
defaulted to y. It now is unconditional, which seems like the right
thing for 64-bit architectures without guaranteed availablity of
IOMMUs.
- on powerpc the symbol is user selectable and defaults to n, but
many boards select it. This change assumes no working setup
required a manual selection, but if that turned out to be wrong
we'll have to add another select statement or two for the respective
boards.

Only mips and unicore32 select CONFIG_NEED_SG_DMA_LENGTH when building
swiotlb. swiotlb itself never merges segements and doesn't accesses the
dma_length field directly, so drop the dependency.

Define this symbol if the architecture either uses 64-bit pointers or the
PHYS_ADDR_T_64BIT is set. This covers 95% of the old arch magic. We only
need an additional select for Xen on ARM (why anyway?), and we now always
set ARCH_DMA_ADDR_T_64BIT on mips boards with 64-bit physical addressing
instead of only doing it when highmem is set.

This implements of_genpd_opp_to_performance_state() which can be used
from the device drivers or the OPP core to find the performance state
encoded in the "required-opps" property of a node. Normally this would
be called only once for each OPP of the device for which the OPP table
of the device is getting generated.
Different platforms may encode the performance state differently using
the OPP table (they may simply return value of opp-hz or opp-microvolt,
or apply some algorithm on top of those values) and so a new callback
->opp_to_performance_state() is implemented to allow platform specific
drivers to convert the power domain OPP to a performance state value.

The generic power domains can have an OPP table for themselves now, and
phandle of their OPP nodes can be used by the devices powered by the
domain. In order for the OPP core to translate requirements between the
devices and their power domains, both need to have an OPP table in
kernel.
Parse the OPP table for power domains
if they have their
set_performance_state() callback set.
With this patch, an OPP table would be created for the genpd in kernel
based on the OPP table present in DT, if the genpd have its
set_performance_state() callback set.

The power-domain core would be using the OPP core going forward and the
OPP core has the basic requirement of a device structure for its working.
Add a struct device to the genpd structure. This doesn't register the
device with device core as the "dev" pointer is mostly used by the OPP
core as a cookie for now and registering the device is not mandatory.

A device's DT node or its OPP nodes can contain a phandle to other
device's OPP node, in the "required-opps" property.
This patch implements a routine to find that required OPP from the node
that contains the "required-opps" property.

"opp-hz" property is optional for power domains now and we shouldn't
error out if it is missing for power domains.
This patch creates two new routines, _get_opp_count() and
_opp_is_duplicate(), by separating existing code from their parent
functions. Also skip duplicate OPP check for power domain OPPs as they
may not have any the "opp-hz" field, but a platform specific performance
state binding to uniquely identify OPP nodes.
By default the debugfs OPP nodes are named using the "rate" value, but
that isn't possible for the power domain OPP nodes and hence they use
the index of the OPP node in the OPP node list instead.

The "opp-hz" property is not relevant across all the devices that use
the OPP tables now. For example, for a power domain a frequency value
wouldn't mean anything. Though they must have another property, which
may be implementation defined, which uniquely identifies the OPP nodes.
Make "opp-hz" optional for such devices.

Since commit a92a08499b1f "r8169: improve runtime pm in general and
suspend unused ports" interfaces w/o link are runtime-suspended after
10s. On systems where drivers take longer to load this can lead to the
situation that the interface is runtime-suspended already when it's
initially brought up.
This shouldn't be a problem because rtl_open() resumes MAC/PHY.
However with at least one chip version the interface doesn't properly
come up, as reported here:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199549
The vendor driver uses a delay to give certain chip versions some
time to resume before starting the PHY configuration. So let's do
the same. I don't know which chip versions may be affected,
therefore apply this delay always.
This patch was reported to fix the issue for RTL8168h.
I was able to reproduce the issue on an Asus H310I-Plus which also
uses a RTL8168h. Also in my case the patch fixed the issue.
