f2fs_write_begin() doesn't initialize the 'dn' variable if the inode has inline data. However it uses its contents to decide whether it should just zero out the page or load data to it. Thus if we are unlucky we can zero out page contents instead of loading inline data into a page. 2014-11-03usb: core: need to call usb_phy_notify_connect after device setupTony Zheng
Since we notify disconnecting based on the usb device is existed (port_dev->child, the child device at roothub is not NULL), we need to notify connect after device has been registered. This fixes a bug that do fast plug in/out test, and the notify_disconnect is not called due to roothub child is NULL and the enumeration has failed.
