TPS80031 driver was upstreamed back in 2013 and never got a user. I noticed
that driver is abandoned while was about to write a patch to switch it to a
new power-off API (that I'm working on). Driver requires platform data that
nobody provides. Instead of changing the dead code, let's remove it.

For the upcoming AMX support it's necessary to do a proper integration with
KVM. Currently KVM allocates two FPU structs which are used for saving the user
state of the vCPU thread and restoring the guest state when entering
vcpu_run() and doing the reverse operation before leaving vcpu_run().
With the new fpstate mechanism this can be reduced to one extra buffer by
swapping the fpstate pointer in current::thread::fpu. This makes the
upcoming support for AMX and XFD simpler because then fpstate information
(features, sizes, xfd) are always consistent and it does not require any
nasty workarounds.
Convert the KVM FPU code over to this new scheme.

Fixed regulator can't change voltage and regulator_sync_voltage()
returns -EINVAL in this case. Make regulator_sync_voltage() to succeed
for regulators that are incapable to change voltage.
On NVIDIA Tegra power management driver needs to sync voltage and we have
one device (Trimslice) that uses fixed regulator which is getting synced.
The syncing error isn't treated as fatal, but produces a noisy error
message. This patch silences that error.

Provide:
- An allocator which initializes the state properly
- A replacement for the existing FPU swap mechanim
Aside of the reduced memory footprint, this also makes state switching
more efficient when TIF_FPU_NEED_LOAD is set. It does not require a
memcpy as the state is already correct in the to be swapped out fpstate.
The existing interfaces will be removed once KVM is converted over.

When the EEPROM data is stored on a MTD partition print an error message
when reading this MTD partition failed. This is currently happening
often in OpenWrt because the initial data was written with using a flash
driver which ignores the error detection data and now OpenWrt uses a
driver which checks it.
With this patch a better error message is shown:

Band0 and band1 share the same hardware, so band0 will stop Tx/Rx when
band1 performs Rx calibration. cal_cache is introduced to solve such
corner cases by moving necessary datas from channel_switch to bootup.

struct fpu and fpstate so the fpstate switching can be consolidated and
simplified.
Currently KVM allocates two FPU structs which are used for saving the user
state of the vCPU thread and restoring the guest state when entering
vcpu_run() and doing the reverse operation before leaving vcpu_run().
With the new fpstate mechanism this can be reduced to one extra buffer by
swapping the fpstate pointer in current::thread::fpu. This makes the
upcoming support for AMX and XFD simpler because then fpstate information
(features, sizes, xfd) are always consistent and it does not require any
nasty workarounds.
Add fpu::__task_fpstate to save the regular fpstate pointer while the task
is inside vcpu_run(). Add some state fields to fpstate to indicate the
nature of the state.

commit 7f4b7920318b ("mt76: mt7615: add ibss support") introduced IBSS
and commit f4ec7fdf7f83 ("mt76: mt7615: enable support for mesh")
meshpoint support.
Both used in the "get_omac_idx"-function:

With commit d8d59f66d136 ("mt76: mt7615: support 16 interfaces") the
ibss and meshpoint mode should "prefer hw bssid slot 1-3". However,
with that change the ibss or meshpoint mode will not send any beacon on
the mt7622 wifi anymore. Devices were still able to exchange data but
only if a bssid already existed. Two mt7622 devices will never be able
to communicate.
This commits reverts the preferation of slot 1-3 for ibss and
meshpoint. Only NL80211_IFTYPE_STATION will still prefer slot 1-3.
Tested on Banana Pi R64.

The current logic of requests with IOSQE_ASYNC is first queueing it to
io-worker, then execute it in a synchronous way. For unbound works like
pollable requests(e.g. read/write a socketfd), the io-worker may stuck
there waiting for events for a long time. And thus other works wait in
the list for a long time too.
Let's introduce a new way for unbound works (currently pollable
requests), with this a request will first be queued to io-worker, then
executed in a nonblock try rather than a synchronous way. Failure of
that leads it to arm poll stuff and then the worker can begin to handle
other works.
The detail process of this kind of requests is:
step1: original context:
queue it to io-worker
step2: io-worker context:
nonblock try(the old logic is a synchronous try here)

This works much better than the old IOSQE_ASYNC logic in cases where
unbound max_worker is relatively small. In this case, number of
io-worker eazily increments to max_worker, new worker cannot be created
and running workers stuck there handling old works in IOSQE_ASYNC mode.
In my 64-core machine, set unbound max_worker to 20, run echo-server,
turns out:
(arguments: register_file, connetion number is 1000, message size is 12
Byte)
original IOSQE_ASYNC: 76664.151 tps
after this patch: 166934.985 tps

Original code assumed fixed and correct BTF header length. That's not
always the case, though, so fix this bug with a proper additional check.
And use actual header length instead of sizeof(struct btf_header) in
sanity checks.

btf_header's str_off+str_len or type_off+type_len can overflow as they
are u32s. This will lead to bypassing the sanity checks during BTF
parsing, resulting in crashes afterwards. Fix by using 64-bit signed
integers for comparison.

This is because that since the commit 2b0d3d3e4fcf ("percpu_ref: reduce
memory footprint of percpu_ref in fast path") root_cgrp->bpf.refcnt.data
is allocated by the function percpu_ref_init in cgroup_bpf_inherit which
is called by cgroup_setup_root when mounting, but not freed along with
root_cgrp when umounting. Adding cgroup_bpf_offline which calls
percpu_ref_kill to cgroup_kill_sb can free root_cgrp->bpf.refcnt.data in
umount path.
This patch also fixes the commit 4bfc0bb2c60e ("bpf: decouple the lifetime
of cgroup_bpf from cgroup itself"). A cgroup_bpf_offline is needed to do a
cleanup that frees the resources which are allocated by cgroup_bpf_inherit
in cgroup_setup_root.
And inside cgroup_bpf_offline, cgroup_get() is at the beginning and
cgroup_put is at the end of cgroup_bpf_release which is called by
cgroup_bpf_offline. So cgroup_bpf_offline can keep the balance of
cgroup's refcount.

Change value type in progs/tag.c to a typedef with a btf_decl_tag.
With `bpftool btf dump file tag.o`, we have

Add unit tests for deduplication of BTF_KIND_DECL_TAG to typedef types.
Also changed a few comments from "tag" to "decl_tag" to match
BTF_KIND_DECL_TAG enum value name.

attributes to typedef declarations. This patch added
support in kernel.

We can't use section name anymore because they are not unique
and pinning objects with multiple programs with the same
progtype/secname will fail.

Bpftool creates a new JSON object for writing program metadata in plain
text mode, regardless of metadata being present or not. Then this writer
is freed if any metadata has been found and printed, but it leaks
otherwise. We cannot destroy the object unconditionally, because the
destructor prints an undesirable line break. Instead, make sure the
writer is created only after we have found program metadata to print.
Found with valgrind.

I removed the impossible notifications together with attempt to annotate
various calls in order to mark them as pre/post devlink_register().
Other notifications are called before and after delvink_register() so

The parameters are registered before devlink_register() and all the
notifications are delayed. This patch removes not-possible parameters
notifications along with addition of code annotation logic.
