Alignment was the last user of the ENABLE_INTS macro, which we can
now remove. All non-syscall exceptions now disable interrupts on
entry, they get re-enabled conditionally from C code. Don't
unconditionally re-enable in program check either, check the
original context.

We had a case where we could turn on hard interrupts while
leaving the PACA_IRQ_HARD_DIS bit set in the PACA. This can
in turn cause a BUG_ON() to hit in __check_irq_replay() due
to interrupt state getting out of sync.
The assembly code was also way too convoluted. Instead, we
now leave it to the C code to do the right thing which ends
up being smaller and more readable.

The r8169 may get stuck or show bad behaviour after activating TSO :
the net_device is not stopped when it has no more TX descriptors.
This problem comes from TX_BUFS_AVAIL which may reach -1 when all
transmit descriptors are in use. The patch simply tries to keep positive
values.
Tested with 8111d(onboard) on a D510MO, and with 8111e(onboard) on a

A call to request_mem_region() has been introduced in the omap-gpio
driver recently (commit 96751fcbe5438e95514b025e9cee7a6d38038f40,
"gpio/omap: Use devm_ API and add request_mem_region"). This change
prevented the Amstrad Delta NAND driver, which was doing the same in
order to take control over OMAP MPU I/O lines that the NAND device hangs
off, from loading successfully.
The I/O lines and corresponding registers used by the NAND driver are a
subset of those used for the GPIO function. Then, to avoid run time
collisions, all MPUIO GPIO lines should be marked as requested while
initializing the NAND driver, and vice versa, a single MPUIO GPIO line
already requested before the NAND driver initialization is attempted
should prevent the NAND device from being started successfully.
There is another driver, omap-keypad, which also manipulates MPUIO
registers, but has never been calling request_mem_region() on startup,
so it's not affected by the change in the gpio-omap and works correctly.
It uses the depreciated omap_read/write functions for accessing MPUIO
registers. Unlike the NAND driver, these I/O lines and registers are
separate from those used by the GPIO driver. However, both register sets
are non-contiguous and overlapping, so it would be impractical to
request the two sets separately, one from the gpio-omap, the other form
the omap-keypad driver.
In order to solve all these issues correctly, a solution first suggested
by Artem Bityutskiy, then closer specified by Tony Lindgren while they
commented the initial version of this fix, should be implemented. The
gpio-omap driver should export a few functions which would allow the
other two drivers to access MPUIO registers in a safe manner instead of
trying to manage them in parallel to the GPIO driver. However, such a
big change, affecting 3 drivers all together, is not suitable for the rc
cycle, and should be prepared for the merge window. Then, an
alternative solution is proposed as a regression fix.
For the ams-delta NAND driver to initialize correctly in coexistence
with the changed GPIO driver, drop the request_mem_region() call from
the former, especially as this call is going to be removed while the
long-term solution is implemented.
Tested on Amstrad Delta.

Commit 554cdaefd1cf7bb54b209c4e68c7cec87ce442a9 ('ARM: orion5x: Refactor
mpp code to use common orion platform mpp.') seems to have accidentally
inverted the GPIO valid bits for MPP9 (only). For the mv2120 platform
which uses MPP9 as a GPIO LED device, this results in the error:

This patch adds a 64-bit flags2 features member to struct mlx4_dev to
export further features of the hardware. The original flags field
tracks features whose support bits are advertised by the firmware in
offsets 0x40 and 0x44 of the query device capabilities command.
flags2 will track features whose support bits are scattered at various
offsets.
RSS support is the first feature to be exported through flags2. RSS
capabilities are located at offset 0x2e. The size of the RSS
indirection table is also given in this offset.

This patch removes ip_queue support which was marked as obsolete
years ago. The nfnetlink_queue modules provides more advanced
user-space packet queueing mechanism.
This patch also removes capability code included in SELinux that
refers to ip_queue. Otherwise, we break compilation.
Several warning has been sent regarding this to the mailing list
in the past month without anyone rising the hand to stop this
with some strong argument.

IB_QPT_RAW_PACKET allows applications to build a complete packet,
including L2 headers, when sending; on the receive side, the HW will
not strip any headers.
This QP type is designed for userspace direct access to Ethernet; for
example by applications that do TCP/IP themselves. Only processes
with the NET_RAW capability are allowed to create raw packet QPs (the
name "raw packet QP" is supposed to suggest an analogy to AF_PACKET /
SOL_RAW sockets).

ERROR: "unregister_inet6addr_notifier" [drivers/infiniband/hw/ocrdma/ocrdma.ko] undefined!
Fix this by wrapping the inet6 calls in #ifdef IPV6. Also make the

Events sent to ocrdma_inet6addr_event() are sent from an atomic context,
therefore we can't try to lock a mutex within the notifier callback.
We could just switch the mutex to a spinlock since all it does it
protect a list, but I've gone ahead and switched the list to use RCU
instead. I couldn't fully test it since I don't have IB hardware, so
if it doesn't fully work for some reason let me know and I'll switch
it back to using a spinlock.

The actual locking is fine, since we're dealing with different locks,
but from the same lock class. cma_disable_callback() acquires the
listening id mutex, whereas rdma_destroy_id() acquires the mutex for
the new connection id. To fix this, delay the call to
rdma_destroy_id() until we've released the listening id mutex.

Since XRC support was added, the uverbs code has locked SRQ, CQ and PD
objects needed during QP and SRQ creation in different orders
depending on the the code path. This leads to the (at least
theoretical) possibility of deadlock, and triggers the lockdep splat
below.
Fix this by making sure we always lock the SRQ first, then CQs and
finally the PD.

Just as we don't allow PDs, CQs, etc. to be destroyed if there are QPs
that are attached to them, don't let a QP be destroyed if there are
multicast group(s) attached to it. Use the existing usecnt field of
struct ib_qp which was added by commit 0e0ec7e ("RDMA/core: Export
ib_open_qp() to share XRC TGT QPs") to track this.

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tj/percpu
Pull two percpu fixes from Tejun Heo:
"One adds missing KERN_CONT on split printk()s and the other makes
the percpu allocator avoid using PMD_SIZE as atom_size on x86_32.
Using PMD_SIZE led to vmalloc area exhaustion on certain
configurations (x86_32 android) and the only cost of using PAGE_SIZE
instead is static percpu area not being aligned to large page
mapping."
* 'for-3.4-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tj/percpu:

Explicit helper attachment via the CT target is broken with NAT
if non-standard ports are used. This problem was hidden behind
the automatic helper assignment routine. Thus, it becomes more
noticeable now that we can disable the automatic helper assignment
with Eric Leblond's:
9e8ac5a netfilter: nf_ct_helper: allow to disable automatic helper assignment
Basically, nf_conntrack_alter_reply asks for looking up the helper
up if NAT is enabled. Unfortunately, we don't have the conntrack
template at that point anymore.
Since we don't want to rely on the automatic helper assignment,
we can skip the second look-up and stick to the helper that was
attached by iptables. With the CT target, the user is in full
control of helper attachment, thus, the policy is to trust what
the user explicitly configures via iptables (no automatic magic
anymore).
Interestingly, this bug was hidden by the automatic helper look-up
code. But it can be easily trigger if you attach the helper in
a non-standard port, eg.
iptables -I PREROUTING -t raw -p tcp --dport 8888 \
-j CT --helper ftp
And you disabled the automatic helper assignment.
I added the IPS_HELPER_BIT that allows us to differenciate between
a helper that has been explicitly attached and those that have been
automatically assigned. I didn't come up with a better solution
(having backward compatibility in mind).

This refreshes the "timeout" attribute in existing expectations if one is
given.
The use case for this would be for userspace helpers to extend the lifetime
of the expectation when requested, as this is not possible right now
without deleting/recreating the expectation.
I use this specifically for forwarding DCERPC traffic through:
DCERPC has a port mapper daemon that chooses a (seemingly) random port for
future traffic to go to. We expect this traffic (with a reasonable
timeout), but sometimes the port mapper will tell the client to continue
using the same port. This allows us to extend the expectation accordingly.

Allow master and backup servers to use many threads
for sync traffic. Add sysctl var "sync_ports" to define the
number of threads. Every thread will use single UDP port,
thread 0 will use the default port 8848 while last thread
will use port 8848+sync_ports-1.
The sync traffic for connections is scheduled to many
master threads based on the cp address but one connection is
always assigned to same thread to avoid reordering of the
sync messages.
Remove ip_vs_sync_switch_mode because this check
for sync mode change is still risky. Instead, check for mode
change under sync_buff_lock.
Make sure the backup socks do not block on reading.
