This commit creates the drivers/fmc directory and puts the necessary
hooks for kbuild and kconfig. The code is currently a placeholder
that only registers an empty bus.

Anderson Lizardo fixes a Bluetooth memory corruption bug when an MTU
value is set to too small of a value.
Arend van Spriel sends a revised brcmsmac bug that fixes a regression
caused by a bad return value in an earlier patch. He also sends a
brcmfmac fix to avoid an oops when loading the driver at boot.
Daniel Drake fixes a race condition in btmrvl that causes hangs on
suspend for OLPC hardware.
Johan Hedberg adds a check to avoid sending a
HCI_Delete_Stored_Link_Key command to devices that don't support them,
avoiding some scary looking log spam.
Stanislaw Gruszka gives us a fix for iwlegacy to be able to use rates
higher than 1Mb/s on older wireless networks. He also sends an rt2x00
fix to reinstate older tx power handling behavior for some devices
that didn't work well with the current code.

This is a very simple driver, based on the original vendor
driver that Qualcomm/Atheros published/submitted previously,
but reworked to make the code saner. However, it also lost
a number of features (TSO/GSO, VLAN acceleration and multi-
queue support) in the process, as well as debugging support
features I didn't have any use for. The only thing I left
is checksum offload.
More features can obviously be added, but this seemed like
a good start for having a driver in mainline at all.
Johannes Stezenbach has verified that the driver works on
AR8161, I have a AR8171 myself. The E2200 device ID I found
on github in somebody's repository.

The specific process in the user-space couldn't change the state

We should call __vlan_hwaccel_put_tag() only if the packet
comes from vlan, otherwise VLAN_TAG_PRESENT will always be
added.

Only migrate dynamic forwarding table entries, don't modify
static entries. If packet received from incorrect source IP address
assume it is an imposter and drop it.
This patch applies only to -net, a different patch would be needed for earlier
kernels since the NTF_SELF flag was introduced with 3.10.

This patch fixes the brace position and the whitespace
around braces.
That corrects the following checkpatch errors:
ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
ERROR: else should follow close brace '}'
ERROR: space required after that close brace '}'
Also, it removes completely an if(0) statement,
instead of correcting its braces.

Texas Instruments Keystone family of multi-core devices are
based on ARM Cortex A15. Patch adds basic definitions for a
new Keystone sub-architecture in ARM.
The TCI66xxK2H Communications Infrastructure Keystone SoCs
are member of the C66x family based on TI's new KeyStone 2
multi-core SoC Architecture designed specifically for high
performance wireless and networking infrastructure applications.
The SOCs contains many subsystems like Cortex A15 ARM CorePacs,
C66XX DSP CorePacs, MSMC memory controller, Tera Net bus,
IP Network, Navigator, Hyperlink, 1G/10G Ethernet, Radio layers
and queue based communication systems.

In uf_process_ma_packet_req() (staging/csr/unifi_pdu_processing.c), the
test for
(staInfo->timSet != CSR_WIFI_TIM_RESET) || (staInfo->timSet !=
CSR_WIFI_TIM_RESETTING)
obviously makes no sense and causes GCC to emit a warning if
-Wlogical-op is enabled.
As suggested in the referenced bug report, || was replaced by &&.

By default the exynos RTC is disabled. Enable it for snow. There's
also an external RTC on the max77686 PMIC but we haven't yet enabled
that.

The issues reported in commit 522ccdb6fd0e ("ARM: dts: Disable the RTC
by default on exynos5") are no longer reproduced on EXYNOS5250 based
Arndale board. Hence re-enabling RTC support for Arndale board.
This is helpful for testing S2R on Arndale board.

Since the pdma works only in secure mode, accessing the same
in hypervisor mode gives an abort. As we are not using pdma
anywhere, removing the same.

The number of subdevices needed by a given board supported by this
driver can cary from 2 (for the apci3500) to a maximum of 5. Currently
this driver always allocates 7 subdevices and sets the subdevice type
to COMEDI_SUBD_UNUSED for the ones that are not needed.
Calculate the actual number of needed subdevices from the boardinfo
and only allocate and setup the ones that are used.

The analog input subdevice support functions in hwdrv_apci3xxx.c
do not follow the comedi API.
The (*insn_config) function overrides the INSN_CONFIG_DIO_INPUT
instruction as an internal APCI3XXX_CONFIGURATION instruction. The
APCI3XXX_CONFIGURATION instruction requires 4 data parameters but
the comedi core sanity checks the INSN_CONFIG_DIO_INPUT instruction
which only has 1 data parameter. Because of this the (*insn_config)
function can never be called.
The (*insn_read) function is supposed to do "one-shot" or "software-
triggered" reads and return the data. The function in hwdrv_apci3xxx.c
does do this but it also is used to optionally start a "hardware-
triggered" conversion. Hardware-triggered conversions should be done
with the comedi_async command functions.
Delete the hwrdv_apci3xxx.c file and fix the analog input subdevice
in the driver by:
1) add a new (*insn_read) function for "one-shot" reads
2) implement the (*do_cmdtest) and (*do_cmd) functions for
"hardware-triggered" asyncronous reads
3) fix the interrupt handler to return the read data via the
comedi_async buffer
