Currently the reserved bits of the Processor Compatibility
Register (PCR) are cleared as per the Programming Note in Section
1.3.3 of version 3.0B of the Power ISA. This causes all new
architecture features to be made available when running on newer
processors with new architecture features added to the PCR as bits
must be set to disable a given feature.
For example to disable new features added as part of Version 2.07 of
the ISA the corresponding bit in the PCR needs to be set.
As new processor features generally require explicit kernel support
they should be disabled until such support is implemented. Therefore
kernels should set all unknown/reserved bits in the PCR such that any
new architecture features which the kernel does not currently know
about get disabled.
An update is planned to the ISA to clarify that the PCR is an
exception to the Programming Note on reserved bits in Section 1.3.3.

Commit 388cc6e133132 ("KVM: PPC: Book3S HV: Support POWER6
compatibility mode on POWER7") introduced new macros defining the PCR
bits. When used from assembly files these definitions lead to build
errors using older versions of binutils that don't support the 'ul'
suffix. This fixes the build errors by updating the definitions to use
the __MASK() macro which selects the appropriate suffix.

On failed task initialization due to memory allocation failures, we can
call into destroy_context() with process_tb entry already populated.
This patch forces the process_tb entry to zero in destroy_context().
With this patch, we lose the ability to track if we are destroying a
context without flushing the process table entry.

2 recent commits have fixed issues where _PFN_SHIFT grew too large due
to the introduction of too many pgprot bits in our PTEs for some MIPS32
kernel configurations. Tracking down such issues can be tricky, so add a
BUILD_BUG_ON() to help.

Commit 61cbfff4b1a7 ("MIPS: pte_special()/pte_mkspecial() support")
added a _PAGE_SPECIAL bit to the pgprot bits of our PTEs. Unfortunately
for MIPS32 configurations with RiXi support this pushed the number of
pgprot bits to 13. Since the PFN field in EntryLo begins at bit 12 this
results in us shifting the most significant bit of the physical address
beyond the end of the PTE, leading any mapped access to a physical
address above 2GB to incorrectly access an address 2GB lower than
intended.
For now, disable the pte_special() support for MIPS32 configurations
that support RiXi.

Add support to get regulator information of 3.3V and 12V supplies of a PCIe
slot from the respective controller's device-tree node and enable those
supplies. This is required in platforms like p2972-0000 where the supplies
to x16 slot owned by C5 controller need to be enabled before attempting to
enumerate the devices.

IF the server rejected our layout return with a state error such as
NFS4ERR_BAD_STATEID, or even a stale inode error, then we do want
to clear out all the remaining layout segments and mark that stateid
as invalid.

Since commit b0c6108ecf64 ("nfs_instantiate(): prevent multiple aliases for
directory inode"), nfs_instantiate() may succeed without actually
instantiating the dentry that was passed in. That can be problematic for
some callers in NFSv3, so this patch breaks things up so we can get the
actual dentry obtained.

If the congestion window closes just as the transport disconnects,
a reconnect is never driven because:
1. The XPRT_CONG_WAIT flag prevents tasks from taking the write lock
2. There's no wake-up of the first task on the xprt->sending queue
To address this, clear the congestion wait flag as part of
completing a disconnect.

we could end up with a truncated message. In that case, just resend

The GSS Message Integrity Check data for krb5i may lie partially in the XDR
reply buffer's pages and tail. If so, we try to copy the entire MIC into
free space in the tail. But as the estimations of the slack space required
for authentication and verification have improved there may be less free
space in the tail to complete this copy -- see commit 2c94b8eca1a2
("SUNRPC: Use au_rslack when computing reply buffer size"). In fact, there
may only be room in the tail for a single copy of the MIC, and not part of
the MIC and then another complete copy.
The real world failure reported is that `ls` of a directory on NFS may
sometimes return -EIO, which can be traced back to xdr_buf_read_netobj()
failing to find available free space in the tail to copy the MIC.
Fix this by checking for the case of the MIC crossing the boundaries of
head, pages, and tail. If so, shift the buffer until the MIC is contained
completely within the pages or tail. This allows the remainder of the
function to create a sub buffer that directly address the complete MIC.

Fix 'perf tests topology' case, where we use that TEST_ASSERT_VAL(...,
session), i.e. we need to pass zero in case of failure, which was the
case before when NULL was returned by perf_session__new() for failure,
but now we need to negate the result of IS_ERR(session) to respect that
TEST_ASSERT_VAL) expectation of zero meaning failure.

Since add_probe_trace_event() can reuse tf->tevs[i] after calling
clear_probe_trace_event(), this can make perf-probe crash if the 1st
attempt of probe event finding fails to find an event argument, and the
2nd attempt fails to find probe point.
E.g.

Fix to skip making a same probe address on given line.
Since a DWARF line info contains several entries for one line with
different column, perf probe will make a different probe on same address
if user specifies a probe point by "function:line" or "file:line".
e.g.
$ perf probe -D kernel_read:8

p:probe/kernel_read_L8_1 kernel_read+39
This skips such duplicated probe addresses.

This original code in nfsd4_get_drc_mem() would hand out 30
slots (approximately NFSD_MAX_MEM_PER_SESSION bytes at slightly
over 2K per slot) to each requesting client until it ran out
of space, then it would possibly give one last client a reduced
allocation, then fail the allocation.
Since commit de766e570413 ("nfsd: give out fewer session slots as
limit approaches") the last 90 slots to be given to about 12
clients with quickly reducing slot counts (better than just 3
clients). This still seems unnecessarily hasty.
A subsequent patch allows over-allocation so every client gets
at least one slot, but that might be a bit restrictive.
The requested number of nfsd threads is the best guide we have to the
expected number of clients, so use that - if it is at least 8.
256 threads on a 256Meg machine - which is a lot for a tiny machine -
would result in nfsd_drc_max_mem being 2Meg, so 8K (3 slots) would be
available for the first client, and over 200 clients would get more
than 1 slot. So I don't think this change will be too debilitating on
poorly configured machines, though it does mean that a sensible
configuration is a little more important.

Currently, if there are more clients than allowed for by the
space allocation in set_max_drc(), we fail a SESSION_CREATE
request with NFS4ERR_DELAY.
This means that the client retries indefinitely, which isn't
a user-friendly response.
The RFC requires NFS4ERR_NOSPC, but that would at best result in a
clean failure on the client, which is not much more friendly.
The current space allocation is a best-guess and doesn't provide any
guarantees, we could still run out of space when trying to allocate
drc space.
So fail more gracefully - always give out at least one slot.
If all clients used all the space in all slots, we might start getting
memory pressure, but that is possible anyway.
So ensure 'num' is always at least 1, and remove the test for it
being zero.

When the handle_exception function addresses an exception, the interrupts
will be unconditionally enabled after finishing the context save. However,
It may erroneously enable the interrupts if the interrupts are disabled
before entering the handle_exception.
For example, one of the WARN_ON() condition is satisfied in the scheduling
where the interrupt is disabled and rq.lock is locked. The WARN_ON will
trigger a break exception and the handle_exception function will enable the
interrupts before entering do_trap_break function. During the procedure, if
a timer interrupt is pending, it will be taken when interrupts are enabled.
In this case, it may cause a deadlock problem if the rq.lock is locked
again in the timer ISR.
Hence, the handle_exception() can only enable interrupts when the state of
sstatus.SPIE is 1.
This patch is tested on HiFive Unleashed board.
