System calls with an unsigned long long argument can't be converted with the standard wrappers since that would include a cast to long, which in turn means that we would lose the upper 32 bit on 32 bit architectures. Also semctl can't use the standard wrapper since it has a 'union' parameter. So we handle them as special case and add some extra wrappers instead. 2009-01-14softlock: fix false panic which can occur if softlockup_thresh is reducedMandeep Singh Baines
At run-time, if softlockup_thresh is changed to a much lower value, touch_timestamp is likely to be much older than the new softlock_thresh. This will cause a false softlockup to be detected. If softlockup_panic is enabled, the system will panic. The fix is to touch all watchdogs before changing softlockup_thresh.
