merge conflict...

The sunvnet driver doesn't check whether or not a port is connected when
transmitting packets, which results in failures if a port fails to connect
(e.g., due to a version mismatch). The original code also assumes
unnecessarily that the first port is up and a switch, even though there is
a flag for switch ports.
This patch only matches a port if it is connected, and otherwise uses the
switch_port flag to send the packet to a switch port that is up.

When a memory bitmap is fully populated on a large memory
machine (several TB of RAM) it can take more than a minute
to walk through all bits. This causes the soft lockup
detector on these machine to report warnings.
Avoid this by touching the soft lockup watchdog in the
memory bitmap walking code.

The radix tree implementatio is proved to work the same as
the old implementation now. So the old implementation can be
removed to finish the switch to the radix tree for the
memory bitmaps.

The existing implementation of swsusp_free iterates over all
pfns in the system and checks every bit in the two memory
bitmaps.
This doesn't scale very well with large numbers of pfns,
especially when the bitmaps are not populated very densly.
Change the algorithm to iterate over the set bits in the
bitmaps instead to make it scale better in large memory
configurations.
Also add a memory_bm_clear_current() helper function that
clears the bit for the last position returned from the
memory bitmap.

Add code to remember the last position that was requested in
the radix tree. Use it as a cache for faster linear walking
of the bitmap in the memory_bm_rtree_next_pfn() function
which is also added with this patch.

Add a function to find a bit in the radix tree for a given
pfn. Also add code to the memory bitmap wrapper functions to
use the radix tree together with the existing memory bitmap
implementation.
On read accesses compare the results of both bitmaps to make
sure the radix tree behaves the same way.

This patch adds the code to allocate and build the radix
tree to store the memory bitmap. The old data structure is
left in place until the radix tree implementation is

but the driver to select it.

This moves the espfix64 logic into native_iret. To make this work,
it gets rid of the native patch for INTERRUPT_RETURN:
INTERRUPT_RETURN on native kernels is now 'jmp native_iret'.
This changes the 16-bit SS behavior on Xen from OOPSing to leaking
some bits of the Xen hypervisor's RSP (I think).
[ hpa: this is a nonzero cost on native, but probably not enough to
measure. Xen needs to fix this in their own code, probably doing
something equivalent to espfix64. ]

In commit f814f9ac5a81 ("spi/orion: add device tree binding"), Device
Tree support was added to the spi-orion driver. However, this commit
reads the "cell-index" property, without taking into account the fact
that DT properties are big-endian encoded.
Since most of the platforms using spi-orion with DT have apparently
not used anything but cell-index = <0>, the problem was not
visible. But as soon as one starts using cell-index = <1>, the problem
becomes clearly visible, as the master->bus_num gets a wrong value
(actually it gets the value 0, which conflicts with the first bus that
has cell-index = <0>).
This commit fixes that by using of_property_read_u32() to read the
property value, which does the appropriate endianness conversion when
needed.

This series contains updates to e1000e, ixgbe and ixgbevf.
Mark provides all the changes for ixgbe and ixgbevf. Converts some udelay()
calls to the preferred usleep_range(). Fixes a spurious release of the
semaphore in several functions when there was a failure to acquire the
semaphore in the first place. Fixes a X540 semaphore error where an
incorrect check was treating success as failure and vice-versa. Fixed
ixgbe_write_mbx() error when it was being called and there was no
mbx->ops.write method defined, so no error code was returned. The
corresponding read function would explicitly return an error in such a
case as do other functions. Cleans up unused (dead) code by removing it.
Finally make return values more direct, eliminating some gotos and
otherwise unneeded conditionals, which allows the removal of some local
variables.
David provides all the changes for e1000e. Fix CRC errors with jumbo
traffic for 82579, i217 and i218 client parts to increase the gap
between the read and write pointers in the transmit FIFO. Added code
to check and respond to previously ignored return values from NVM
access functions. Added support for EEE in Sx states and fixed EEE in
S5 with runtime PM enabled.

The wait_queue_head_t kthread_work->done is unused since
flush_kthread_work() has been re-implemented. Let's remove it
including the initialization code. This makes
DEFINE_KTHREAD_WORK_ONSTACK() unnecessary, removed.

If the worker is already executing a work item when another is queued,
we can safely skip wakeup without worrying about stalling queue thus
avoiding waking up the busy worker spuriously. Spurious wakeups
should be fine but still isn't nice and avoiding it is trivial here.

Before converting an inline directory to a regular directory, check
the directory entries to make sure they're not obviously broken.
This helps us to avoid a BUG_ON if one of the dirents is trashed.

Unfortunately, the commit in question caused problems with Bluetooth
devices, specifically it caused them to get caught in the newly
created BUG_ON() check. The AF_ALG problem still exists, but will be
addressed in a future patch.

cryptsetup fails on arm64 when using kernel encryption via AF_ALG socket.

The bug is caused by incorrect handling of unaligned data in
arch/arm64/crypto/aes-glue.c. Cryptsetup creates a buffer that is aligned
on 8 bytes, but not on 16 bytes. It opens AF_ALG socket and uses the
socket to encrypt data in the buffer. The arm64 crypto accelerator causes
data corruption or crashes in the scatterwalk_pagedone.
This patch fixes the bug by passing the residue bytes that were not
processed as the last parameter to blkcipher_walk_done.

That happens because the frontend was disabled by .config, but the
si2165_attach void stub require those structs, and also the
drivers that call it.
While here, remove the duplicated info about the possible I2C
addresses.

Regulator drivers should not be specifying constraints since the valid
configurations depend on how the device is used in a given system, there
is no way to know if a configuration is safe for a given board.

We hard assume that higher topology levels are supersets of lower
levels.
Detect, warn and try to fixup when we encounter this violated.
