As evidenced by the Qualcomm TLMM Linux driver, the TLMM IP block in
Qualcomm SoCs has a bit to enable/disable the output for a pin that's
configured as a GPIO but _not_ a bit to enable/disable an input
buffer. Current device trees that are specifying "input-enable" for
pins managed by TLMM are either doing so needlessly or are using it to
mean "output-disable".
Presumably the current convention of using "input-enable" to mean
"output-disable" stems from the fact that "output-disable" is a "new"
property from 2017. It was introduced in commit 425562429d4f
("pinctrl: generic: Add output-enable property"). The "input-enable"
handling in Qualcomm drivers is from 2015 introduced in commit
407f5e392f9c ("pinctrl: qcom: handle input-enable pinconf property").
Given that there's no other use for "input-enable" for TLMM, we can
still handle old device trees in code, but let's encourage people to
move to the proper / documented property by updating the bindings.

The pmk8280 PMIC PON peripheral is gen3 and uses two sets of registers;
hlos and pbs.
This specifically fixes the following error message during boot when the
pbs registers are not defined:
PON_PBS address missing, can't read HW debounce time
Note that this also enables the spurious interrupt workaround introduced
by commit 0b65118e6ba3 ("Input: pm8941-pwrkey - add software key press
debouncing support") (which may or may not be needed).

Enable both touchpad nodes in the devictree and let the HID driver
determine which one is actually populated (by attempting to read from
each i2c address).
Ideally this would not be needed and the boot firmware should instead
enable only the node for the populated touchpad, but this is unlikely to
ever be realised for the X13s.
Note that the pin configuration must currently be moved to the parent
i2c-bus node even though only one of these nodes will ever be
successfully probed on a specific device (e.g. to allow them to be
probed in parallel).

The s11b, s12b, s1c and bob supplies are used by several pmic
regulators. Add the missing description to the devicetree.
Note that there are still some consumers that are not (fully) described
in the devicetree so the supplies must remain marked as always-on for
now.

wlan/bluetooth radio which are not yet fully described in the
devicetree.

The s10b supply is used by several components that are not (yet)
described in devicetree (e.g. ram, charger, ec) and must not be
disabled.
Mark the regulator as always-on.

The s11b supply is used by the wlan module (as well as some of the
pmics) which are not yet fully described in the devicetree.
Mark the regulator as always-on for now.

Downstream DTS uses 16 mA drive strength for the WCD9385 audio codec
RESET_N reset pin. It also pulls the pin down in shutdown mode, thus it
is more like a shutdown pin, not a reset. Use the same settings here
for HDK8450 and keep the WCD9385 by default in powered off (so pin as
low). Align the name of pin configuration node with other pins in the
DTS.

The HDK8450 uses WCD9385 audio codec, so use precise compatible, even
though WCD9380 and WCD9385 are both compatible.

Downstream DTS (and sc8280xp-lenovo-thinkpad-x13s with the same
speakers) uses 16 mA drive strength for the WSA8835 speaker SD_N
reset/shutdown pin. Use the same for HDK8450, as it is seem the
recommended value.
