The bo creation placement is where the bo will be. Instead of trying
to move bo at each command stream let this work to another worker
thread that will use more advance heuristic.

Add ability to specify destination MAC address for L3/L4 flow spec
in order to be able to specify action for different VM's under vSwitch
configuration. This change is transparent to older userspace.

This patch implents adding/deleting mdb entries via netlink.
Currently all entries are temp, we probably need a flag to distinguish
permanent entries too.

The current checksum calculation code does nothing except checking that
the first byte of nvram is 0 without actually checking the checksum.
Implement the correct checksum calculation by calculating the crc32 with
the checksum field set to 0.

The NFS DIO code will dirty pages that catch read responses in order to
handle the case where someone is doing DIO reads into an mmapped buffer.
The existing code doesn't really do the right thing though since it
doesn't take into account the case where we might be attempting to read
past the EOF.
Fix the logic in that code to only dirty pages that ended up receiving
data from the read. Note too that it really doesn't matter if
NFS_IOHDR_ERROR is set or not. All that matters is if the page was
altered by the read.

Eryu provided a test program that would segfault when attempting to read
past the EOF on file that was opened O_DIRECT. The buffer given to the
read() call was on the stack, and when he attempted to read past it it
would scribble over the rest of the stack page.
If we hit the end of the file on a DIO READ request, then we don't want
to zero out the rest of the buffer. These aren't pagecache pages after
all, and there's no guarantee that the buffers that were passed in
represent entire pages.

These symbols were exported for bonding device by commit 305d552a
("bonding: send IPv6 neighbor advertisement on failover").
It bacame obsolete by commit 7c899432 ("bonding, ipv4, ipv6, vlan: Handle
NETDEV_BONDING_FAILOVER like NETDEV_NOTIFY_PEERS") and removed by
commit 4f5762ec ("bonding: Remove obsolete source file 'bond_ipv6.c'").

We should not enter close function while someone else is in open.
This mutex prevents this race.
There is also no need to override the ret value with -EIO in case of
a failure of i2c_hid_set_power.

making cgroup hierarchy handling saner.
- cgroup_rmdir() had peculiar semantics - it allowed cgroup
destruction to be vetoed by individual controllers and tried to
drain refcnt synchronously. The vetoing never worked properly and
caused good deal of contortions in cgroup. memcg was the last
reamining user. Michal Hocko removed the usage and cgroup_rmdir()
path has been simplified significantly. This was done in a
separate branch so that the memcg people can base further memcg
changes on top.
- The above allowed cleaning up cgroup lifecycle management and
implementation of generic cgroup iterators which are used to
improve hierarchy support.
- cgroup_freezer updated to allow migration in and out of a frozen
cgroup and handle hierarchy. If a cgroup is frozen, all descendant
cgroups are frozen.
- netcls_cgroup and netprio_cgroup updated to handle hierarchy
properly.
- Various fixes and cleanups.

This allows the use of /sys/firmware/memmap for MIPS platforms.

The actual bug is a missing else statement - but really this should be
expressed using a switch() statement.
Found by Al Viro who writes "the funny thing is, it *does* work only
because r2 is syscall number and syscall number around 512 => return
value being ENOSYS and not one of ERESTART... so we really can't hit
the first if and emerge from it with ERESTART_RESTARTBLOCK. still
wrong to write it that way..."

It should not be necessary to add IDs for HID sensor hubs to lists in
hid-core.c and hid-sensor-hub.c. So instead of a whitelist, autodetect such USB
HID sensor hubs, based on a collection of type physical inside a useage page of
type sensor. If some sensor hubs stil must be usable as raw devices, a
blacklist might be created.

Drivers for EDAC on Cavium. Supported subsystems are:
o CPU primary caches. These are parity protected only, so only error
reporting.
o Second level cache - ECC protected, provides SECDED.
o Memory: ECC / SECDEC if used with suitable DRAM modules. The driver will
will only initialize if ECC is enabled on a system so is safe to run on
non-ECC memory.
o PCI: Parity error reporting
Since it is very hard to test this sort of code the implementation is very
conservative and uses polling where possible for now.

We need Huge TLBs for HUGETLB_PAGE, or the soon to follow
TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE. collect this information under a single Kconfig

The above commits introduced changes into the x86 pagefault handler
for making the page fault handler retryable as well as killable.
These changes reduce the mmap_sem hold time, which is crucial
during OOM killer invocation.
Port these changes to mn10300.

The debug polling interface for the SoC serial ports did not work in the case
where the serial ports were not also used as a console. In that case, the
uart driver startup function will not be called so tx and rx would not be
enabled in the hardware control register. Also, vdma interrupts would not be
enabled which the poll_get_char function relied on. This patch makes sure that
the rx and tx enables are set as a consequence of the uart set_termios call
which is the only initialization done for the debug polling interface. Also,
the poll_get_char now handles the case where vdma interrupts are not enabled.

The SoC serial port driver uses a high priority interrupt to handle tx of
characters in the tx ring buffer. The driver needs to disable/enable this IRQ
from outside of irq context. The original code to do this is not foolproof on
SMP machines because the IRQ running on one core could still access the serial
port for a short time after the driver running on another core disables the
interrupt. This patch adds a flag to tell the IRQ handler that the driver
wants to disable the interrupt. After seeing the flag, the IRQ handler will
immediately disable the interrupt and exit. After setting the flag, the driver
will wait for interrupt to be disabled by the IRQ handler.
