On multi-platform kernels, the Amiga joystick driver may be initialized
when running on Amiga only. Else it may crash later.
Fortunately this driver is almost always compiled as a module (to avoid
conflicts with the mouse driver), so it needs an explicit insmod to
trigger a crash.

When a tablet connect or disconnect is detected, schedule
work queue to register or unregister related input devices.
When a wireless tablet connects, it reports same USB PID
used if tablet is connected with USB cable. Use this to
update features values, set input capabilities, and then
register device. From there, the Pen and Touch interfaces
will reuse the existing tablet's IRQ routines.
Its possible that 1 receiver is shared with 2 tablets with
different PID (small and medium Bamboo for example) so the
input is unregister at disconnect to better support this case.

The 3rd gen Bamboo Pen & Touch and Intuos5 tablets support an
optional wireless module. When its receiver is plugged into USB,
it presents 3 interfaces: 0) Monitor 1) Pen and 2) Touch.
The exact capabilities of the Pen and Touch interfaces can
not be determined until a tablet connection is established
and reported over the Monitor interface.
This patch detects this wireless receiver and enables interrupt
packets to be processed for the Monitor interface. Processing
the data in packets will be left to another patch.
Since it doesn't make sense to create an input device for the
Monitor interface, it is not created. Creation of Pen and Touch
input device is also delayed until monitor packets can be processed.

Big differences to other contenders in the field (like ion) is
that this also supports highmem, so we have to split up the cpu
access from the kernel side into a prepare and a kmap step.
Prepare is allowed to fail and should do everything required so that
the kmap calls can succeed (like swapin/backing storage allocation,
flushing, ...).
More in-depth explanations will follow in the follow-up documentation
patch.
Changes in v2:
- Clear up begin_cpu_access confusion noticed by Sumit Semwal.
- Don't automatically fallback from the _atomic variants to the
non-atomic variants. The _atomic callbacks are not allowed to
sleep, so we want exporters to make this decision explicit. The
function signatures are explicit, so simpler exporters can still
use the same function for both.
- Make the unmap functions optional. Simpler exporters with permanent
mappings don't need to do anything at unmap time.

The mutex protects the attachment list and hence needs to be held
around the callbakc to the exporters (optional) attach/detach
functions.
Holding the mutex around the map/unmap calls doesn't protect any
dma_buf state. Exporters need to properly protect any of their own
state anyway (to protect against calls from their own interfaces).
So this only makes the locking messier (and lockdep easier to anger).
Therefore let's just drop this.

Works in a similar way to get_file(), and is needed in cases such as
when the exporter needs to also keep a reference to the dmabuf (that
is later released with a dma_buf_put()), and possibly other similar
cases.

Some exporters may use DMA map/unmap APIs in dma-buf ops, which require
enum dma_data_direction for both map and unmap operations.
Thus, the unmap dma_buf_op also needs to have enum dma_data_direction as
a parameter.

When merging DMA cookie changes a small chunk

i.MX2 and i.MX1 chips have the possibility to do
interleaved transfers with two constraints:
- Only one chunk can be used (i.e. only 2D transfers are allowed).
- Only 2 interleaved configurations can be applied at the same time
for all channels.
Since this patch adds a new resource 'slots_2d' which is shared
by all the DMA channels and to avoid disgustin locking BUGs, the
'lock' member has been moved to the global 'imxdma_engine' structure.

dmaengine now provides 'enum dma_transfer_direction' to properly
specify DMA transfer direction. For this reason, DMA_MODE_* defines
are replaced by this new type and therefore dma_mode member becomes
redundant.

Module size was limited to 64MB, this was legacy limitation due to vmalloc()
which was removed a while ago.
Limiting module size to 64MB is both pointless and affects real world use
cases.

This patch adds a set of macros that can be used to declare
kernel parameters to be parsed _before_ initcalls at a chosen
level are executed. We rename the now-unused "flags" field of
struct kernel_param as the level. It's signed, for when we
use this for early params as well, in future.
Linker macro collating init calls had to be modified in order
to add additional symbols between levels that are later used
by the init code to split the calls into blocks.

module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.
This eliminates that code (though leaves the flags field in the struct,
for impending use).

Sometimes we need to test a kernel of same version with code or config
option changes.
We already have sysctl to disable module load, but add a kernel
parameter will be more convenient.
Since modules_disabled is int, so here use bint type in core_param.
TODO: make sysctl accept bool and change modules_disabled to bool

Both functions are mostly identical.
The differences are:
- x86_32's cpu_idle() makes use of check_pgt_cache(), which is a
nop on both x86_32 and x86_64.
- x86_64's cpu_idle() uses enter/__exit_idle/(), on x86_32 these
function are a nop.
- In contrast to x86_32, x86_64 calls rcu_idle_enter/exit() in
the innermost loop because idle notifications need RCU.
Calling these function on x86_32 also in the innermost loop
does not hurt.
So we can merge both functions.

- Hooking multi-finger coordinates output with kernel multitouch library;
- Enabling absolute coordinates output for Cx+ hardware. The older hardware
performs much better in relative mode; thus relative mode related code
are preserved.
Part of the code is based on the work done by Oskari Saarenmaa <os@ohmu.fi>,
which was used to support the clickpad found on ASUS UX21/31 Ultrabook.
On the other hand, the FSP found on UX21/31 doesn't have hardware capability
register other than PnP ID, which means that we'll have to figure out an
alternative approach to identify such pad correctly; otherwise, blindly
adding INPUT_PROP_BUTTONPAD property may compatability issues amongst
existing FSPs.

- Move event bits setup code into a separate function,
fsp_set_input_params(), so that we can perform hardware-specific settings
in the future;
- Take hardware version information into account when activating
protocol;
- Remove button information from boot message as it's somewhat confusing
and is only for internal processing. While there, also move button
retrieval code to be a part of protocol activation process.

SD card read was failing (data crc error) on some cards at
maximum possible frequency on P1010 (CCB frequency set to 400MHz).
Some clock deviations are also observed at this frequency.
Hence reduced the mmc clock freq.

Tegra30 differs from Tegra20 in a number of ways. This patch implements a
minimal set of differences in order to get the Cardhu board's SD slot and
eMMC working. Given the diffs between the mainline sdhci-tegra.c and our
downstream versions, I expect we'll eventually need to add many more
differences, hence the seemingly heavy-weight addition of the soc_data
structure.
* Tegra30 doesn't need to override register access to SDHCI_HOST_VERSION or
SDHCI_INT_ENABLE.
* Tegra30 needs quirk SDHCI_QUIRK_DATA_TIMEOUT_USES_SDCLK.

For FSL ESDHC controllers, when entering sleep the controller will power off,
therefore the registers will lose their values, and the driver should save
the value of registers during suspend and write them back during resume.

When use the IDMAC, we can also want to use the pdata->blk-setting.
So if pdata->blk-setting is unset, use the default value.
if not, use the pdata->blk-setting.

Support of PCI mode for the dw_mmc driver. This Patch adds the
support for the scenario where the Synopsys Designware IP
is present on the PCI bus. The patch adds the minimal modifications
necessary for the driver to work on PCI platform. Also added separate
files for PCI and PLATFORM modes of operation.
