We don't need to share PVH GDT layout with other GDTs, especially
since we now have a PVH-speciific entry (for stack canary segment).
Define PVH's own selectors.
(As a side effect of this change we are also fixing improper
reference to __KERNEL_CS)

If the feature query fails during this driver's probe, we memset the
features bits to 0, but then we continue to overwrite that with whatever
junk we read back when the feature probing failed. In the case of a SPI
device, it may be complete junk, causing the caller of this function to
think certain features are present when they aren't. Don't copy over the
bad message on failure so we can fail more gracefully.

Intel Cannon Lake PCH has much higher 216 MHz input clock to LPSS I2C
than Sunrisepoint which uses 120 MHz. Preliminary information was that
both share the same clock rate but actual silicon implements elevated
rate for better support for 3.4 MHz high-speed I2C.
This incorrect input clock rate results too high I2C bus clock in case
ACPI doesn't provide tuned I2C timing parameters since I2C host
controller driver calculates them from input clock rate.
Fix this by using the correct rate. We still share the same 230 ns SDA
hold time value than Sunrisepoint.

The MMC framework requires the ocr_mask to be provided. Without it, the
SD card is not detected, especially on the hx4700 platform.

As Google/Intel will fix the BIOS/Coreboot issues with hardcoding
virtual interrupt numbers for keyboard/touchpad/touchscreen controllers
in ACPI tables, they will also update BOARD version number from 1.0
to 1.1. Let's limit the DMI quirks that try to preserve virtual IRQ
numbers on Strago boards to those that still carry older BIOSes.
Note that ideally not BOARD but BIOS version should have been updated.
However the BIOS version used by Chrome devices has format of
Google_BUILD.BRANCH.PATCH which is not well suited for DMI matching as
we do not have "less than" match mode for DMI data.

Add device tree bindings for the Dialog DA9063L. This is a
variant of the DA9063 chip with smaller package, with less
LDO regulators and without RTC block. The other properties
of the chip are the same, including the content of the chip
ID register.

According to documentation the function has 2 bits for reset
while iDMA 64-bit has only one.
Rename it accordingly. Note, there is no functional change since
we always handle them together.

Syscall name_to_handle_at() can be used to get cgroup id
for a particular cgroup path in user space. The selftest
got cgroup id from both user and kernel, and compare to
ensure they are equal to each other.

With the addition of "private_objs" in drm_atomic_state, we no longer
need to subclass drm_atomic_state to store state of share resources
that don't perfectly fit within planes/crtc/connector state information.
We can now save this state within drm_atomic_state itself using
the private objects.
Remove the infrastructure that allowed subclassing of drm_atomic_state
in the driver.

This replaces the usage of the subclassed atomic state (mdp5_state)
with a private_obj state embedded within drm_atomic_state. The latter
method is the preferred approach, since it's simpler to implement
and less prone to errors.
The new API replaces the older and equivalent mdp5_state usage in the
following pattern:
- References to "mdp5_kms->state" (i.e, the old/existing state) is
replaced with mdp5_get_existing_global_state(). In the atomic_check
path, this should be called with the glob_state_lock drm_modeset_lock
alredy taken.
- References to "mdp5_get_state()" are replaced with
mdp5_get_global_state(). This acquires glob_state_lock and uses
drm_atomic_get_private_obj_state() to create a new duplicated state.

Global shared resources (hwpipes, hwmixers and SMP) for MDP5 are
implemented as a part of atomic state by subclassing drm_atomic_state.
The preferred approach is to use the drm_private_obj infrastructure
available in the atomic core.
mdp5_global_state is introduced as a drm atomic private object. The two
funcs mdp5_get_global_state() and mdp5_get_existing_global_state() are
the two variants that will be used to access mdp5_global_state.
This will replace the existing mdp5_state struct (which subclasses
drm_atomic_state) and the funcs around it. These will be removed later
once we mdp5_global_state is put to use everywhere.

Even though msm_gem_put_iova() is currently a NOP function, the caller
should pass in the address space pointer it used to obtain the object.
Other call sites were changed in 8bdcd949bbe7e ("drm/msm: pass
address-space to _get_iova() and friends"), but this one seems to have
been forgotten.

Currently the error pointer returned by msm_alloc_stolen_fb gets passed
to drm_framebuffer_remove. The latter handles only NULL pointers, thus
a nasty crash will occur.
Drop the unnecessary fail label and the associated checks - both err and
fb will be set at this stage.

Commit 62e3a3e342af changed get_pages() to initialise
msm_gem_object::pages before trying to initialise msm_gem_object::sgt,
so that put_pages() would properly clean up pages in the failure
case.
However, this means that put_pages() now needs to check that
msm_gem_object::sgt is not null before trying to clean it up, and
this check was only applied to part of the cleanup code. Move
it all into the conditional block. (Strictly speaking we don't
need to make the kfree() conditional, but since we can't avoid
checking for null ourselves we may as well do so.)

Don't leave the event != NULL once it's consumed, this is used a signal
to the atomic helpers that the event will be handled by the driver.
