The structure represents a context associated with a particular process
that has opened the Tegra DRM device and requested a channel. This is a
very DRM-specific notion and has nothing to do with host1x. Rename the
structure to more clearly mark the boundaries between the two.

The num_relocs count are passed to the kernel per job, not per gather.
For multi-gather jobs, we would previously fail if there were relocs in
other gathers aside from the first one.
Fix this by simply moving the check until all gathers have been
consumed.

When userspace removes the active framebuffer using DRM_IOCTL_MODE_RMFB,
or explicitly disables the CRTC (by calling drmModeSetCrtc(..., NULL)
for example), a NULL framebuffer will be passed to the .set_config()
implementation of a CRTC. The drm_crtc_helper_set_config() helper will
decide to disable a CRTC when that happens.
To do so, it calls drm_crtc_helper_disable(), which in turn will iterate
over all encoders and decouple them from their connectors and finally
call drm_helper_disable_unused_functions() to clean up and call the
.disable() or .dpms() implementation for each encoder. However, at no
point during this sequence does it track the DPMS mode of a connector,
so it will usually remain on after this.
When a connector is enabled again, drm_helper_connector_dpms() will not
notice that the DPMS mode actually changed and won't do anything, which
causes the connector to stay disabled indefinitely.
To prevent this from happening, explicitly set the connector's DPMS mode
to off when the CRTC is disabled. That way it reflects the correct state
and can be enabled again.
This solves an issue observed when terminating an X server running on
the xf86-video-modesetting driver. Without this patch, the connector
would not be enabled properly and the screen would stay dark.

Small changes in order to support tuner version R828D @ 16 MHz clock.
There was 'vco_fine_tune' check, which seems to adjust synthesizer
output divider (mixer dix / LO div / Rout) by one. R828D seems to
return vco_fine_tune=1 every time and that condition causes tuning
fail as output divider was increased by one.
Resolve problem by skipping whole condition in case of R828D tuner.
Just to mention, other tuner, R820T, seems to return 2 here.
Synthesizer maximum frequency check was hard coded to check synthesizer N
and thus worked correctly only for clock frequencies around 30 MHz.
As whole test is quite useless in any case, I removed it totally.

This patch adds support for the UB435-Q V2. You might need to
use the device once with the Windows driver provided by KWorld
in order to permanently reprogram the device descriptors. Thanks
to Jarod Wilson for the initial attempt at adding support for this
device.

Previously, f2fs_sync_file() waits for all the node blocks to be written.
But, we don't need to do that, but wait only the inode-related node blocks.
This patch adds wait_on_node_pages_writeback() in which waits inode-related
node blocks that are on writeback.

The em28xx driver only calls subdevices' .s_power() method to power them
down, relying on the hardware to wake up automatically, which is usually
the case with tuners. This was acceptable with the old .standby() method,
but is wrong with .s_power(). Fixing the driver would be difficult due to
a broad supported hardware base. Instead this patch makes use of the
unbalanced_power soc-camera subdevice flag to tell the ov2640 driver to
balance calls to v4l2_clk_enable() and v4l2_clk_disable() internally.

Some non soc-camera drivers, e.g. em28xx, use subdevice drivers, originally
written for soc-camera, which use soc_camera_power_on() and
soc_camera_power_off() helpers to implement their .s_power() methods. Those
helpers in turn can enable and disable a clock, if it is supplied to them
as a parameter. This works well when camera host drivers balance their
calls to subdevices' .s_power() methods. However, some such drivers fail to
do that, which leads to unbalanced calls to v4l2_clk_enable() /
v4l2_clk_disable(), which then in turn produce kernel warnings. Such
behaviour is wrong and should be fixed, however, sometimes it is difficult,
because some of those drivers are rather old and use lots of subdevices,
which all should be tested after such a fix. To support such drivers this
patch adds a work-around, allowing host drivers or platforms to set a flag,
in which case soc-camera helpers will only enable the clock, if it is
disabled, and disable it only once on the first call to .s_power(0).

Camera sensors usually require a master clock for data sampling. This patch
registers such a clock source for em28xx cameras. This fixes the currently
broken em28xx ov2640 camera support and can also be used by other camera
sensors.

To obtain a clock reference consumers supply their device object to the
V4L2 clock framework. The latter then uses the consumer device name to
find a matching clock. For that to work V4L2 clock providers have to
provide the same device name, when registering clocks. This patch adds
a helper macro to generate a suitable device name for I2C devices.

This struct shall be used by subdevice drivers to pass per-subdevice data,
e.g. power supplies, to generic V4L2 methods, at the same time allowing
optional host-specific extensions via the host_priv pointer. To avoid
having to pass two pointers to those methods, add a pointer to this new
struct to struct v4l2_subdev.

Currently big endianness of the device tree data is assumed in
of_find_next_cache_node for 'handle' when calling of_find_node_by_phandle.
In preparation to move this function to common code, this patch fixes

We currently turn IRQs off in __switch_to(0 but this is unnecessary as it's
already disabled in the caller.
This removes the IRQ disable but adds a check to make sure it is really off
in case this changes in future.

This is an optimization for the PowerPC in 64-bit
little-endian. Bit counting is used in find_zero(), instead
of the multiply and shift.
It is modelled after Alan Modra's PowerPC LE strlen patch

Before commit 026cee0086fe1df4cf74691cf273062cc769617d
("params: <level>_initcall-like kernel parameters") the __setup
parameter parsing code could modify parameter in the
static_command_line buffer and such modifications were kept. After
that commit such modifications are destroyed during per-initcall level
parameter parsing because the same static_command_line buffer is used
and only parameters for appropriate initcall level are parsed.
That change broke at least parsing "ubd" parameter in the ubd driver
when the COW file is used.
Now the separate buffer is used for per-initcall parameter parsing.

Currently, when not in hypervisor mode the kernel
Oopses during suspend or hibernation when accessing
the SDR1 register, because it is only available
in hypervisor mode. Access to it needs to be
protected in BEGIN/END_FW_FTR_SECTION.

When reading partitions, the length has to be translated from
big endian to the endian order of the host. Similarly, when writing
partitions, the length needs to be in big endian order.
The userspace tool 'nvram' needs a similar fix as it is reading
and writing partitions through /dev/nram :

nvram_scan_partitions() is called twice when initializing the "lnx,oops-log"
partition and the "ibm,rtas-log" partition. This fills the partition list
with duplicate entries. This patch moves the partition scan in the init
routine pseries_nvram_init_log_partitions() which is called only once.

The IOMMU node's reg property contains completely bogus values! Somehow,
this had no practical effect, despite the fact the IOMMU driver appears
to be writing to those registers. I suppose that since no HW modules is
actually at that address, the writes simply had no effect.
Note that I'm not CCing stable here, even though the problem exists as
far back as v3.9, simply because this patch doesn't fix any observed
issue, and I don't want to run the risk of suddenly writing to some
registers and causing a regression.

In some environments it is to prefer to postpone the resume of the card
device until runtime_resume is being carried out, since it will mean a
signficant decrease of the total system resume time.
The reason of the decreased resume time is simply because of the actual
re-initalization of the card, which typically takes hundreds of
milliseconds, is performed outside the resume sequence and wont thus
affect it.
For removable card, the detect work tries to re-detect the card to make
sure it is still present, as a part of that sequence the card will also
be runtime_resumed and thus also fully resumed.
For a non-removable card, typically a mmc blk request will trigger a
runtime_resume and thus fully resume the card. This also means the
first request will likely suffer from an inital latency since the
re-initialization of the card needs to be performed.
