* no need to restore everything from switch_stack when we only need $26
* no need to pass current_pt_regs() manually, we can just as easily
calculate it in alpha_clone/alpha_vfork ($8 + constant)
* interpretation of zero usp as "use the parent's" is simpler in copy_thread();
let fork and vfork just pass 0.

incidentally, declaring a local variable as __user (!) to make
sparse STFU is really sick. Especially since sparse had been
100% right - it *is* a bug.

In loaded_vmcs_clear, loaded_vmcs->cpu is the fist parameter passed to
smp_call_function_single, if the target cpu is downing (doing cpu hot remove),
loaded_vmcs->cpu can become -1 then -1 is passed to smp_call_function_single
It can be triggered when vcpu is being destroyed, loaded_vmcs_clear is called
in the preemptionable context

As Frederic pointed idle_cpu() may return false even if async fault
happened in the idle task if wake up is pending. In this case the code
will try to put idle task to sleep. Fix this by using is_idle_task() to
check for idle task.

On Bluetooth, Gustavo says:

towards a full Bluetooth High Speed support and Johan Hedberg improve the
single mode support for Bluetooth dongles. Apart from that we have small fixes
and improvements."

"A few patches to 3.8. The majority of the work here is from Andrei on the High
Speed support. Other than that Johan added support for setting LE advertising
data. The rest are fixes and clean ups and small improvements like support for
a new broadcom hardware."
On mac80211, Johannes says:
"This is for mac80211, for -next (3.8). Plenty of changes, as you can see
below. Some fixes for previous changes like the export.h include, the
beacon listener fix from Ben Greear, etc. Overall, no exciting new
features, though hwsim does gain channel context support for people to
try it out and look at."

"This one contains the mac80211-next material. Apart from a few small new
features and cleanups I have two fixes for the channel context code. The
RX_END timestamp support will probably be reworked again as Simon Barber

- A few HCI improvements in preparation for an upcoming HCI chipset support.

- An LLCP improvement for notifying user space when one peer stops ACKing I

On ath6kl, Kalle says:
"Major changes this time are firmware recover support to gracefully
handle if firmware crashes, support for changing regulatory domain and
support for new ar6004 hardware revision 1.4. Otherwise there are just
smaller fixes or cleanups from different people."

Currently, each time a device is detached from an OVS datapath
we call synchronize RCU before freeing associated data structures.
However, if a bridge is deleted (which detaches all ports) when
many devices are connected then there can be a long delay. This
switches to use call_rcu() to group the cost together.

The cgroup_event_wake() function is called with the wait queue head
locked and it takes cgrp->event_list_lock. However, in cgroup_rmdir()
remove_wait_queue() was being called after taking
cgrp->event_list_lock. Correct the lock ordering by using a temporary
list to obtain the event list to remove from the wait queue.

As reported https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51031, the UAS
driver causes problems and has been asked to be not built into any of
the major distributions. To prevent users from running into problems
with it, and for distros that were not notified, just mark the whole
thing as broken.

With the demise of CONFIG_HOTPLUG as an option, the pci_uevent
function located in hotplug.c will now always be used and doesn't need
special treatment in the Makefile. Move pci_uevent into pci-driver.c
and remove hotplug.c
