Each link instance has a periodic job checking if there is a stale
ongoing message reassembly associated to the link. If no new
fragment has been received during the last 4*[link_tolerance] period,
it is assumed the missing fragment will never arrive. As a consequence,
the reassembly buffer is discarded, and a gap in the message sequence
occurs.
This assumption is wrong. After we abandoned our ambition to develop
packet routing for multi-cluster networks, only single-hop packet
transfer remains as an option. For those, all packets are guaranteed
to be delivered in sequence to the defragmentation layer. Any failure
to achieve sequenced delivery will eventually lead to link reset, and
the reassembly buffer will be flushed anyway.
So we just remove this periodic check, which is now obsolete.

New transports may handle it internally for better performance.
Also move the tracing inside PRPH access which will make the
output more readable:
iwlwifi_dev_ioread_prph32: Read 0x0 from SCD_AGGR_SEL (32-bit)
instead of the corresponding accesses to HBUS_TARG_PRPH_*.

Since we will have several forms of NVM (EEPROM, OTP, etc.)
and they will have different layouts, make the parsed data
more generic. This allows functional code to be independent
of a specific layout.
Also change some variables and function names from having
"eeprom" to "nvm" in their name.

Register the watchdog driver to the system if it is a SoC. Using the
watchdog on a non SoC device, like a PCI card, will make the PCI
card die when the timeout expired, but starting it again is not
supported by ssb.

ticks, add a method converting ms to ticks before setting the watchdog
register. Return the ticks or millisecond the timer was set to in case
the provided value was bigger than the max allowed value.

ticks, which is depending on the SoC type and the clock.
Calculate the number of ticks per millisecond and provide two functions
for the watchdog driver. Also return the ticks or millisecond the timer
was set to in case the provided value was bigger than the max allowed
value.

Some ssb based devices have a PMU and the PMU watchdog register should
be used instead of the register in the chip common part, if the device
has a PMU. This patch also calculates the maximal number the watchdog
could be set to.

Mostly all bcma based devices have a PMU and the PMU watchdog should be
used and not the old one in chip common. This patch also calculates the
maximal number the watchdog could be set to.

This adds a common header for watchdog functions, so a watchdog driver
just needs to use this and could provide watchdog functionality for ssb
and bcma based SoCs. Patches for a watchdog driver using this interface
will be send later.

This fixes a regression in 3.7-rc, which has since gone into stable.
Commit 00442ad04a5e ("mempolicy: fix a memory corruption by refcount
imbalance in alloc_pages_vma()") changed get_vma_policy() to raise the
refcount on a shmem shared mempolicy; whereas shmem_alloc_page() went
on expecting alloc_page_vma() to drop the refcount it had acquired.
This deserves a rework: but for now fix the leak in shmem_alloc_page().
Hugh: shmem_swapin() did not need a fix, but surely it's clearer to use
the same refcounting there as in shmem_alloc_page(), delete its onstack
mempolicy, and the strange mpol_cond_copy() and __mpol_cond_copy() -
those were invented to let swapin_readahead() make an unknown number of
calls to alloc_pages_vma() with one mempolicy; but since 00442ad04a5e,
alloc_pages_vma() has kept refcount in balance, so now no problem.

This is an NFC LLCP fix for 3.7 and contains only one patch.
It fixes a potential crash when receiving an LLCP HDLC frame acking a frame
that is not the last sent one. In that case we may dereference an already
freed pointer.

uncompactable zones
When a zone meets its high watermark and is compactable in case of
higher order allocations, it contributes to the percentage of the node's
memory that is considered balanced.
This requirement, that a node be only partially balanced, came about
when kswapd was desparately trying to balance tiny zones when all bigger
zones in the node had plenty of free memory. Arguably, the same should
apply to compaction: if a significant part of the node is balanced
enough to run compaction, do not get hung up on that tiny zone that
might never get in shape.
When the compaction logic in kswapd is reached, we know that at least
25% of the node's memory is balanced properly for compaction (see
zone_balanced and pgdat_balanced). Remove the individual zone checks
that restart the kswapd cycle.
Otherwise, we may observe more endless looping in kswapd where the
compaction code loops back to reclaim because of a single zone and
reclaim does nothing because the node is considered balanced overall.

Commit 0bf380bc70ec ("mm: compaction: check pfn_valid when entering a
new MAX_ORDER_NR_PAGES block during isolation for migration") added a
check for pfn_valid() when isolating pages for migration as the scanner
does not necessarily start pageblock-aligned.
Since commit c89511ab2f8f ("mm: compaction: Restart compaction from near
where it left off"), the free scanner has the same problem. This patch
makes sure that the pfn range passed to isolate_freepages_block() is
within the same block so that pfn_valid() checks are unnecessary.
In answer to Henrik's wondering why others have not reported this:
reproducing this requires a large enough hole with the right aligment to
have compaction walk into a PFN range with no memmap. Size and
alignment depends in the memory model - 4M for FLATMEM and 128M for
SPARSEMEM on x86. It needs a "lucky" machine.

The Ricoh SDHCI controllers support Highspeed clocks as evident from
the ricoh_mmc_probe_slot() settings. Hence, SDHCI_CAN_DO_HISPD needs
to be set to enable SDIO client drivers to set/enable high speed clock
settings

Some Cuboxes require a GPIO for card detection; this implements the
optional GPIO support for card detection. This GPIO is logic 0 for
card inserted.
