On newer models, support has been included for upto 4 DCT's, however,
only DCT0 and DCT3 are currently configured (cf BKDG Section 2.10).
Also, the routing DRAM Requests algorithm is different for F15h M30h.
Thus it is cleaner to use a brand new function rather than adding quirks
to the more generic f1x_match_to_this_node(). Refer to "2.10.5 DRAM
Routing Requests" in the BKDG for further info.
Tested on Fam15h M30h with ECC turned on using mce_amd_inj facility and
verified to be functionally correct.
While at it, verify if erratum workarounds for E505 and E637 still hold.
From email conversations within AMD, the current status of the errata
is:
* Erratum 505: fixed in model 0x1, stepping 0x1 and later.
* Erratum 637: not fixed.

When jbd2_journal_dirty_metadata() returns error,
__ext4_handle_dirty_metadata() stops the handle. However callers of this
function do not count with that fact and still happily used now freed
handle. This use after free can result in various issues but very likely
we oops soon.
The motivation of adding __ext4_journal_stop() into
__ext4_handle_dirty_metadata() in commit 9ea7a0df seems to be only to
improve error reporting. So replace __ext4_journal_stop() with
ext4_journal_abort_handle() which was there before that commit and add
WARN_ON_ONCE() to dump stack to provide useful information.

The symbol filter needs to be applied machine-wide, so add it to struct
machine.
Currently tools pass the symbol filter as a parameter to various
map-related functions. However a need to load a map can occur anywhere
in the code, at which point the filter is needed.

SMPS10 has two outputs OUT1 and OUT2 and have one input IN1.
SMPS10-OUT2 is connected to SMPS10-IN1 and can be configured either
in BOOST mode or BYPASS mode. regulator_enable of SMPS10-OUT2 configures
it in BOOST mode. For BYPASS mode regulator_allow_bypass() API can be
used. SMPS10-OUT1 is connected to SMPS10-OUT2 and can be enabled using

We've added a fake mute control (setting the amp volume to zero) for
CX5051 at commit [3868137e: ALSA: hda - Add a fake mute feature], but
this feature was overlooked in the generic parser implementation. Now
the driver lacks of mute controls on these codecs.
The fix is just to check both AC_AMPCAP_MUTE and AC_AMPCAP_MIN_MUTE
bits in each place checking the amp capabilities.

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/acme/linux into perf/core
Pull perf/core improvements and fixes from Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo:
* Do annotation using /proc/kcore and /proc/kallsyms, removing the
need for a vmlinux file kernel assembly annotation. This also improves
this use case because vmlinux has just the initial kernel image, not
what is actually in use after various code patchings by things like
alternatives, etc. From Adrian Hunter.
* Add various improvements and fixes to the "vmlinux matches kallsyms"
'perf test' entry, related to the /proc/kcore annotation feature.
* Add --initial-delay option to 'perf stat' to skip measuring for
the startup phase, from Andi Kleen.
* Add perf kvm stat live mode that combines aspects of 'perf kvm stat' record
and report, from David Ahern.
* Add option to analyze specific VM in perf kvm stat report, from David Ahern.
* Do not require /lib/modules/* on a guest, fix from Jason Wessel.
* Group leader sampling, that allows just one event in a group to sample while
the other events have just its values read, from Jiri Olsa.
* Add support for a new modifier "D", which requests that the event, or group
of events, be pinned to the PMU, from Michael Ellerman.
* Fix segmentation fault on the gtk browser, from Namhyung Kim.

* remove superfluous pr_debug() call from exynos_cpufreq_init()

* EXYNOS per-SoC type cpufreq support (i.e. exynos4210-cpufreq.c) being
always built if given SoC support was enabled (i.e. CPU_EXYNOS4210),
even if common EXYNOS cpufreq support was disabled
* inability to select cpufreq for each SoC type separately (it could
be only enabled/disabled for all SoCs for which support was enabled)
* EXYNOS5440 cpufreq support was always enabled when EXYNOS5440
support was enabled and couldn't be disabled

Hibernation uses its own set of callback functions, even if the code
is the same as the code used for suspend/restore.

Use the wrapper function for retrieving the platform data instead of
accessing dev->platform_data directly.

Smatch complains that we have a array overflow:
drivers/hwmon/nct6775.c:1456 nct6775_update_device()
error: buffer overflow 'data->temp' 4 <= 4
Guenter Roeck says that the array should have been made larger in
7cbbd6aee6 (Add support for critical low/high temperature limits on
NCT6106). This patch does that.

Plan going forward is to attach all device attributes to the hwmon device and no
longer to the platform device. With that change, accessing platform data outside
the probe function will be more difficult. To avoid the problem, change code
to no longer rely on it.
