The ENABLE_DEV_COREDUMP option is misleading as it implies that
it gets the framework enabled, this isn't true it just allows it
to get enabled if a driver needs it.
Rename it to ALLOW_DEV_COREDUMP to better capture its semantics.

It's desirable for allnconfig and tinyconfig targets to result in the
least amount of code possible. DISABLE_DEV_COREDUMP exists as a way to
switch off DEV_COREDUMP regardless if any drivers select
WANT_DEV_COREDUMP.
This patch renames the option to ENABLE_DEV_COREDUMP and setting it to
'n' (as in allnconfig or tinyconfig) will effectively disable device
coredump.

In exynos5260_tmu_registers tmu_ctrl entry is erroneously
assigned twice. The second assignment (to EXYNOS_TMU_REG_CONTROL1
define which represents 0x24 value) overrides the first one
(to EXYNOS_TMU_REG_CONTROL define which represents 0x20 value)
which results in the wrong (according to the Exynos5260 SoC
documentation that I have) offset being used for TMU_CONTROL
register. Fix it by removing the wrong assignment and then
remove no longer used EXYNOS_TMU_REG_CONTROL1 define.

thermal driver should be regisetered after cpufreq driver has
been registered and probed. Doing so is to make sure that thermal
driver can get the max cpu cooling states correctly when calling
get_property.

Add a i8042 filter to hp_accel to remove accelerometer's data with acpi
id HPQ6000 from keyboard bus stream. The codes sent by accelerometer are
e0 25, e0 26, e0 27 and e0 28. The relevant information is already
passed through /dev/freefall so no need to send these undocumented weird
signals through the keyboard bus. Also, unclogs `dmesg` because atkbd
complained about weird scan codes, saves processing power and disk
space.

commit 1b7bde6d659d ("net: fec: implement rx_copybreak to improve rx performance")
introduced a regression for i.MX28. The swap_buffer() function doing
the endian conversion of the received data on i.MX28 may access memory
beyond the actual packet size in the DMA buffer. fec_enet_copybreak()
does not copy those bytes, so that the last bytes of a packet may be
filled with invalid data after swapping.
This will likely lead to checksum errors on received packets.
E.g. when trying to mount an NFS rootfs:
UDP: bad checksum. From 192.168.1.225:111 to 192.168.100.73:44662 ulen 36
Do the byte swapping and copying to the new skb in one go if
necessary.

Back in 2010 the default usb-storage delay_use time was reduced from 5 to 1
second (commit a4a47bc03fe520e95e0c4212bf97c86545fb14f9), but
kernel-parameters.txt wasn't updated to reflect that.

There is a race condition when removing glue directory.
It can be reproduced in following test:

If path2 has been called cleanup_glue_dir(), but not
call kobject_put(glue_dir), the glue dir is still
in parent's kset list. Meanwhile, path1 find the glue
dir from the glue_dirs.list. Path2 may release glue dir
before path1 call kobject_get(). So kernel will report
the warning and bug_on.
This is a "classic" problem we have of a kref in a list
that can be found while the last instance could be removed
at the same time.
This patch reuse gdp_mutex to fix this race condition.
The following calltrace is captured in kernel 3.4, but
the latest kernel still has this bug.

Starting with version 2.24.51.20140728 MIPS binutils complain loudly
about mixing soft-float and hard-float object files, leading to this
build failure since GCC is invoked with "-msoft-float" on MIPS:

To fix this, we detect if GAS is new enough to support "-msoft-float" command
option, and if it does, we can let GCC pass it to GAS; but then we also need
to sprinkle the files which make use of floating point registers with the
necessary ".set hardfloat" directives.

The config is used for multiple regulators within a for loop. The config
field is not cleared before it is used for the next item. To avoid any
issues this patch adds a proper initialization for the config->ena_gpio
field in case no gpio is available.

This patch sets ena_gpio_initialized for all drivers which set a
ena_gpio from parsed DT properties. Drivers using pdata may get zero
initialized pdata and therefore copy a 0 into the regulator_config
ena_gpio field.

An IOCTL call that calls spi_setup() and then dw_spi_setup() will
overwrite the persisted last transfer speed. On each transfer, the
SPI speed is compared to the last transfer speed to determine if the
clock divider registers need to be updated (did the speed change?).
This bug was observed with the spidev driver using spi-config to
update the max transfer speed.
This fix: Don't overwrite the persisted last transaction clock speed
when updating the SPI parameters in dw_spi_setup(). On the next
transaction, the new speed won't match the persisted last speed
and the hardware registers will be updated.
On initialization, the persisted last transaction clock
speed will be 0 but will be updated after the first SPI
transaction.
Move zeroed clock divider check into clock change test because
chip->clk_div is zero on startup and would cause a divide-by-zero
error. The calculation was wrong as well (can't support odd #).

The current GPL only licensing on the DTSI makes it very impractical for other
software components licensed under another license.
In order to make it easier for them to reuse our device trees, relicense our
device trees under a GPL/X11 dual-license.

The 370 rd has a 7 port, mv88E6182 switch, connected to eth1. Add a
fixed-link subnode to the ethernet device tree node, to force
gigabit/full duplex. Add a dsa node, with describing the four used
ports. This requires adding an alias to the mdio node, so it can be
referenced as a phandle.

Now that the Armada 370 DB audio complex is represented fully in
Device Tree using the simple-card DT binding, this commit updates
mvebu_v7_defconfig to no longer select the Armada 370 DB audio machine
driver, and instead select the appropriate audio controller and codec
drivers.

This commit modifies the Armada 370 and Armada 370 DB Device Tree
descriptions to use the simple-card DT binding to describe the audio
complex of the Armada 370 DB instead of a custom audio machine driver.
To do so, it:
- Adds the sound-dai-cells properties to the CS42L51 node, the audio
controller node and the SPDIF in/out nodes.
- Completely changes the description of the sound complex to use the
"simple-audio-card" DT binding instead of the
"marvell,a370db-audio" DT binding.
- Fixes the indentation to properly use tabs instead of spaces.

Back when audio was enabled, the muxing of some MPP pins was causing
problems. However, since commit fea038ed55ae ("ARM: mvebu: Add proper
pin muxing on the Armada 370 DB board"), those problematic MPP pins
have been assigned a proper muxing for the Ethernet interfaces. This
proper muxing is now conflicting with the hog pins muxing that had
been added as part of 249f3822509b ("ARM: mvebu: add audio support to
Armada 370 DB").
Therefore, this commit simply removes the hog pins muxing, which
solves a warning a boot time due to the conflicting muxing
requirements.

This patch fixes a typo in struct named as "exynos5_list_diable_wfi_wfe"
by making it "exynos5_list_disable_wfi_wfe" which is more meaningful.

Add SDHCI node for supporting the micro SD card. On Trats2 board the
SDHCI does not use sd2_cd pins (gpk2-2) for card detect but gpx3-4
instead.
Power is supplied from LDO21 regulator which in off state is controlled
by external GPIO pin.
