When handling a PIO bulk transfer with highmem buffer, a temporary
mapping is assigned to urb->transfer_buffer. After the transfer is
complete, an invalid address is left behind in this pointer. This is
not ordinarily a problem since nothing touches that buffer before the
urb is released. However, when usbmon is active, usbmon_urb_complete()
calls (indirectly) mon_bin_get_data() which does access the transfer
buffer if it is set. To prevent an invalid memory access here, reset
urb->transfer_buffer to NULL when finished (musb_host_rx()), or do not
set it at all (musb_host_tx()).

Add support for probing the jz4740-musb driver on the JZ4770 SoC.
The USB IP in the JZ4770 works the same Inventra IP as for the JZ4740,
but it features more endpoints, and officially supports OTG.

The jz4740-musb driver is unconditionally probed from devicetree, so we
can add a hard dependency on devicetree. This makes the code a bit
cleaner, and is more future-proof as the platform data is now retrieved
using of_device_get_match_data().

When running the kernel with init_on_alloc=1, calling the default
implementation of __alloc_zeroed_user_highpage() from include/linux/highmem.h
leads to double-initialization of the allocated page (first by the page
allocator, then by clear_user_page().
Calling alloc_page_vma() with __GFP_ZERO, similarly to e.g. x86, seems
to be enough to ensure the user page is zeroed only once.

Some tests and sub-tests are setting "custom" thread/process affinity and
don't reset it back. Instead of requiring each test to undo all this, ensure
that thread affinity is restored by test_progs test runner itself.

The function __cpu_up() is invoked to bring up the target CPU through
the backend, PSCI for example. The nested if statements won't be needed
if we bail out early on the following two conditions where the status
won't be checked. The code looks simplified in that case.
* Error returned from the backend (e.g. PSCI)
* The target CPU has been marked as onlined

When specifying disjoint set of tests, test_progs doesn't set skipped test's
array elements to false. This leads to spurious execution of tests that should
have been skipped. Fix it by explicitly initializing them to false.

Previous attempt to make tcp_rtt more robust introduced a new race, in which
server_done might be set to true before server can actually accept any
connection. Fix this by unconditionally waiting for accept(). Given socket is
non-blocking, if there are any problems with client side, it should eventually
close listening FD and let server thread exit with failure.

Amazingly, some libc implementations don't call __NR_nanosleep syscall from
their nanosleep() APIs. Hammer it down with explicit syscall() call and never
get back to it again. Also simplify code for timespec initialization.
I verified that nanosleep is called w/ printk and in exactly same Linux image
that is used in Travis CI. So it should both sleep and call correct syscall.

- math is too hard, fix usec -> nsec convertion (Martin);
- test_vmlinux has explicit nanosleep() call, convert that one as well.

If we call fiemap on a truncated file with none blocks allocated,
it makes sense we get nothing from this call. No output means
no blocks have been counted, but the call succeeded. It's a valid
response.
Simple example reproducer:

smb2_query_dir_first
The num_remote_opens counter keeps track of the number of open files which must be
maintained by the server at any point. This is a per-tree-connect counter, and the value
of this counter gets displayed in the /proc/fs/cifs/Stats output as a following...
Open files: 0 total (local), 1 open on server
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
As a thumb-rule, we want to increment this counter for each open/create that we
successfully execute on the server. Similarly, we should decrement the counter when
we successfully execute a close.
In this case, an increment was being missed in case of smb2_query_dir_first,
in case of successful open. As a result, we would underflow the counter and we
could even see the counter go to negative after sufficient smb2_query_dir_first calls.
I tested the stats counter for a bunch of filesystem operations with the fix.
And it looks like the counter looks correct to me.
I also check if we missed the increments and decrements elsewhere. It does not
seem so. Few other cases where an open is done and we don't increment the counter are
the compound calls where the corresponding close is also sent in the request.

In commit
f70029bbaacb ("mm, memory_hotplug: drop CONFIG_MOVABLE_NODE")
the dependency on CONFIG_MOVABLE_NODE was removed for N_MEMORY.
Before, CONFIG_HIGHMEM && !CONFIG_MOVABLE_NODE could make (N_MEMORY ==
N_NORMAL_MEMORY) be true.
After that commit, N_MEMORY cannot be equal to N_NORMAL_MEMORY. So the
conditional check in paging_init() is not needed anymore, remove it.

The function name mentioned in the documentational comments mismatches
the actual one. The mismatch may make trouble for automatic documentation
generation. One of the erronous name has seen to be misused
and fixed in commit bc5ab2d29b8a ("drm/amdgpu: fix typo in function
sdma_v4_0_page_resume").
There is apparently no functional change in the patch.

Field bdi->io_pages added in commit 9491ae4aade6 ("mm: don't cap request
size based on read-ahead setting") removes unneeded split of read requests.
Stacked drivers do not call blk_queue_max_hw_sectors(). Instead they set
limits of their devices by blk_set_stacking_limits() + disk_stack_limits().
Field bio->io_pages stays zero until user set max_sectors_kb via sysfs.
This patch updates io_pages after merging limits in disk_stack_limits().
Commit c6d6e9b0f6b4 ("dm: do not allow readahead to limit IO size") fixed
the same problem for device-mapper devices, this one fixes MD RAIDs.

Don't call quiesce(1) and quiesce(0) if array is already suspended,
otherwise in level_store, the array is writable after mddev_detach
in below part though the intention is to make array writable after
resume.

The L3 interconnect's memory map is from 0x0 to
0xffffffff. Out of this, System memory (SDRAM) can be
accessed from 0x80000000 to 0xffffffff (2GB)
OMAP5 does support 4GB of SDRAM but upper 2GB can only be
accessed by the MPU subsystem.
Add the dma-ranges property to reflect the physical address limit
of the L3 bus.

Looks like we can have the maxtouch touchscreen stop producing interrupts
if an edge interrupt is lost. This can happen easily when the SoC idles as
the gpio controller may not see any state for an edge interrupt if it
is briefly triggered when the system is idle.
Also it looks like maxtouch stops sending any further interrupts if the
interrupt is not handled. And we do have several cases of maxtouch already
configured with a level interrupt, so let's do that.
With level interrupt the gpio controller has the interrupt state visible
after idle. Note that eventually we will probably also be using the
Linux generic wakeirq configured for the controller, but that cannot be
done until the maxtouch driver supports runtime PM.

Introduce mcu uni command type. Uni commands rely on a stripped verions
of mt7615_mcu_txd data strutture. Split mt7615_mcu_txd_common and
mt7615_mcu_txd. Uni commands will be use by mt7663e driver
