This tries to make them more like other remotes, and/or
the button labels.
Notably, the (>>) button is made KEY_FASTFORWARD, which is the
correct opposite of (<<)'s KEY_REVERSE. (It was KEY_FORWARD,
something else entirely.)
Likewise, KEY_STOP is the Sun keyboard "interrupt program" key;
the media key is KEY_STOPCD.
A restriction is that I try to avoid keycodes above 255, as the X11
client/server protocol is limited to 8-bit key codes. If not for
this, I would have used the KEY_NUMERIC_x codes for the numbers.

Make return values more direct, eliminating some gotos and
otherwise unneeded conditionals. This also eliminates some
local variables. Also a few minor cleanups in affected code
so checkpatch won't complain.

Rather than having special code cases for diagonal mouse
movements, extend the general purpose code used for the
cardinal directions to handle arbitrary (x,y) deltas.
The deltas themselves are stored in translation table's "code"
field; this is also progress toward the goal of eliminating
the "value" element entirely.

It's not necessary, and since both events happen "at the same time"
in response to a single input event, the input device framework prefers
not to have it there.
(It's not a big deal one way or the other, but deleting cruft
is generally a good thing.)

An input report is 4 bytes long, but there are only 12 bits
of actual payload. The 4 bytes are:
data[0] = 0x14
data[1] = data[2] + data[3] + 0xd5 (a checksum byte)
data[2] = the raw scancode (plus toggle bit in msbit)
data[3] = channel << 4 (the low 4 bits must be zero)
Ignore reports with a bad checksum.

The hole point of IR_dprintk() is that, once a level is
given at debug parameter, all enabled IR parsers will show their
debug messages.
While converting it to dynamic_printk might be a good idea,
right now it just makes very hard to debug the drivers, as
one needs to both pass debug=1 or debug=2 to rc-core and
to use the dynamic printk to enable all the desired lines.
That doesn't make sense!
So, revert to the old way, as a single line is changed,
and the debug parameter will now work as expected.

If ixgbe_write_mbx is called and no mbx->ops.write method
exists, no error code is returned. The corresponding read
function explicitly returns an error in such a case as do
other functions, so this appears to be a minor bug. Fix
it for consistency, and generate return values directly
to make things clearer.

In the function ixgbe_get_swfw_sync_semaphore, an incorrect
check was treating success as failure and vice-versa. This led
to manipulating the IXGBE_SWFW_SYNC register without holding
the software semaphore first, which is an error. In addition,
if getting the REGSMP bit in the IXGBE_SW_FW_SYNC register
timed out, no error code would be returned, making the caller
think that it had successfully acquired the lock. Fix both of
those issues and clean up the function a bit, such as make the
name in the comment match the function.

Failure to acquire the semaphore would lead to a spurious release
of the semaphore in several functions. Do not release a semaphore
that you did not get.

Do not split the PARPORT-related symbols with the new kconfig
symbol ARCH_MIGHT_HAVE_PC_PARPORT. The split was causing incorrect
display of these symbols -- they were not being displayed together
as they should be.

Register the PLL configuration data for APLL and KPLL on Exynos5420. This
configuration data table specifies PLL coefficients for supported PLL
clock speeds when a 24MHz clock is supplied as the input clock source
for these PLLs.

ARMCLK will be reduced upon entering idle mode (WFI or WFE).
The feature behaves like very fast cpufreq ondemand governor.
The patch uses simillar settings as Exynos5250 (clk-exynos5250.c),
except it disables clock up feature.

Enable ARMCLK down feature on all Exynos4 SoCs. The frequency of
ARMCLK will be reduced upon entering idle mode (WFI or WFE).
The feature behaves like very fast cpufreq ondemand governor. In idle
mode this reduces energy consumption on full frequency chosen by
cpufreq governor by approximately:
- Trats2: 6.5% (153 mA -> 143 mA)
- Trats: 33.0% (180 mA -> 120 mA)
- Gear1: 27.0% (180 mA -> 130 mA)
The patch uses simillar settings as Exynos5250 (clk-exynos5250.c),
except it disables clock up feature and on Exynos4412 ARMCLK down is
enabled for all 4 cores.
Tested on Trats board (Exynos4210), Trats2 board (Exynos4412) and
Samsung Gear 1 (Exynos4212).

The VVAR area can, obviously, be read; that is kind of the point.
AFAIK this has no effect whatsoever unless x86 suddenly turns into a
nommu architecture. Nonetheless, not setting it is suspicious.

qcom clock changes for 3.17
These patches add support for a handful of Qualcomm's SoC clock
controllers: APQ8084 gcc and mmcc, IPQ8064 gcc, and APQ8064.
There's also a small collection of bug fixes that aren't critical
-rc worthy regressions because the consumer drivers aren't present
or using the buggy clocks and one optimization for HDMI.
