Skip useless priority bumping on adding a new dependency by making sure
that we do update the priority if we would have rescheduled the active
cotnext.

Since the semaphore fence may be signaled from inside an interrupt
handler from inside a request holding its request->lock, we cannot then
enter into the engine->active.lock for processing the semaphore priority
bump as we may traverse our call tree and end up on another held
request.

When qeth's napi poll code fails to refill an entirely empty RX ring, it
kicks off buffer_reclaim_work to try again later.
Make sure that this worker is cancelled when setting the qeth device
offline. Otherwise a RX refill action can unexpectedly end up running
concurrently to bigger re-configurations (eg. resizing the buffer pool),
without any locking.

qeth_init_qdio_queues() fills the RX ring with an initial set of
RX buffers. If qeth_init_input_buffer() fails to back one of the RX
buffers with memory, we need to bail out and report the error.

When an OSA device in prio-queue setup is reduced to 1 TX queue due to
HW restrictions, we reset its the default_out_queue to 0.
In the old code this was needed so that qeth_get_priority_queue() gets
the queue selection right. But with proper multiqueue support we already
reduced dev->real_num_tx_queues to 1, and so the stack puts all traffic
on txq 0 without even calling .ndo_select_queue.
Thus we can preserve the user's configuration, and apply it if the OSA
device later re-gains support for multiple TX queues.

The ibmvnic driver does not check the device state when the device
is removed. If the device is removed while a device reset is being
processed, the remove may free structures needed by the reset,
causing an oops.
Fix this by checking the device state before processing device remove.

Rafał found an issue that for non-Ethernet interface, if we down and up
frequently, the memory will be consumed slowly.
The reason is we add allnodes/allrouters addressed in multicast list in
ipv6_add_dev(). When link down, we call ipv6_mc_down(), store all multicast
addresses via mld_add_delrec(). But when link up, we don't call ipv6_mc_up()
for non-Ethernet interface to remove the addresses. This makes idev->mc_tomb
getting bigger and bigger. The call stack looks like:

After investigating, I can't found a rule to disable multicast on
non-Ethernet interface. In RFC2460, the link could be Ethernet, PPP, ATM,
tunnels, etc. In IPv4, it doesn't check the dev type when calls ip_mc_up()
in inetdev_event(). Even for IPv6, we don't check the dev type and call
ipv6_add_dev(), ipv6_dev_mc_inc() after register device.
So I think it's OK to fix this memory consumer by calling ipv6_mc_up() for
non-Ethernet interface.
v2: Also check IFF_MULTICAST flag to make sure the interface supports
multicast

If a TCP socket is allocated in IRQ context or cloned from unassociated
(i.e. not associated to a memcg) in IRQ context then it will remain
unassociated for its whole life. Almost half of the TCPs created on the
system are created in IRQ context, so, memory used by such sockets will
not be accounted by the memcg.
This issue is more widespread in cgroup v1 where network memory
accounting is opt-in but it can happen in cgroup v2 if the source socket
for the cloning was created in root memcg.
To fix the issue, just do the association of the sockets at the accept()
time in the process context and then force charge the memory buffer
already used and reserved by the socket.

We are testing network memory accounting in our setup and noticed
inconsistent network memory usage and often unrelated cgroups network
usage correlates with testing workload. On further inspection, it
seems like mem_cgroup_sk_alloc() and cgroup_sk_alloc() are broken in
irq context specially for cgroup v1.
mem_cgroup_sk_alloc() and cgroup_sk_alloc() can be called in irq context
and kind of assumes that this can only happen from sk_clone_lock()
and the source sock object has already associated cgroup. However in
cgroup v1, where network memory accounting is opt-in, the source sock
can be unassociated with any cgroup and the new cloned sock can get
associated with unrelated interrupted cgroup.
Cgroup v2 can also suffer if the source sock object was created by
process in the root cgroup or if sk_alloc() is called in irq context.
The fix is to just do nothing in interrupt.
WARNING: Please note that about half of the TCP sockets are allocated
from the IRQ context, so, memory used by such sockets will not be
accouted by the memcg.

Most of the kms_frontbuffer_tracking tests disables the feature being
tested, draw, get the CRC then enable the feature, draw again, get the
CRC and check if it matches.
Some times it is able to do that with a fastset, so
intel_pre_plane_update() is executed but intel_fbc_can_flip_nuke() was
not checking if FBC is now enabled in this CRTC leaving FBC active and
causing the warning bellow in __intel_fbc_disable()

The dpio irqs must be registered when you can actually
receive interrupts, ie when the dpios are created.
Kernel goes through NULL pointer dereference errors
followed by kernel panic [1] because the dpio irqs are
enabled before the dpio is created.

i915 can enable aux device nodes for DP MST by calling
drm_dp_mst_connector_late_register()/
drm_dp_mst_connector_early_unregister(),
so let's hook that up.

ALLOC_MEM_FLAGS_* used are the same as the KFD_IOC_ALLOC_MEM_FLAGS_*,
but they are interweavedly used in kernel driver, resulting in bad
readability. For example, KFD_IOC_ALLOC_MEM_FLAGS_COHERENT is not
referenced in kernel, and it functions implicitly in kernel through
ALLOC_MEM_FLAGS_COHERENT, causing unnecessary confusion.
Replace all occurrences of ALLOC_MEM_FLAGS_* with
KFD_IOC_ALLOC_MEM_FLAGS_* to solve the problem.

We actually expect this to return a 0 on success, or negative error code
on failure. In order to do that, we check whether or not we managed to
write the whole GUID and then return 0 if so, otherwise return a
negative error code. Also, let's add an error message here so it's a
little more obvious when this fails in the middle of a link address
probe.
This should fix issues with certain MST hubs seemingly stopping for no
reason in the middle of the link address probe process.

Noticed this while having some problems with hubs sometimes not being
detected on the first plug. Every single dpcd read or write function
returns the number of bytes transferred on success or a negative error
code, except apparently for drm_dp_mst_dpcd_write() - which returns 0 on
success.
There's not really any good reason for this difference that I can tell,
and having the two functions give differing behavior means that
drm_dp_dpcd_write() will end up returning 0 on success for MST devices,
but the number of bytes transferred for everything else.
So, fix that and update the kernel doc.

The currently listed dotclock disagrees with the currently
listed vrefresh rate. Change the dotclock to match the vrefresh.
There are two variants of the COM37H3M panel.
The older one's COM37H3M05DTC data sheet specifies:

The newer one's COM37H3M99DTC data sheet says:

So we choose a parameter set that lies within the specs
of both variants. We start at .vrefresh = 60,
choose .htotal = 570 and .vtotal = 650 and end up
in a clock of 22.230 MHz.

vtimes may wrap and time_before/after64() should be used to determine
whether a given vtime is before or after another. iocg_is_idle() was
incorrectly using plain "<" comparison do determine whether done_vtime
is before vtime. Here, the only thing we're interested in is whether
done_vtime matches vtime which indicates that there's nothing in
flight. Let's test for inequality instead.

When we read the global counter and there's any dynamic counter allocated,
the value of a hwcounter is the sum of the default counter and all dynamic
counters. So the number of hwcounters of a dynamically allocated counter
must be same as of the default counter, otherwise there will be read
violations.

The tgid used to be part of ib_umem_free_notifier(), when it was reworked
it got moved to release, but it should have been unconditional as all umem
alloc paths get the tgid.
As is, creating an implicit ODP will leak the tgid reference.

The related issue was previously fixed by the commit 9eea98497951 ("bpf:
fix BTF verification of enums"). On the other hand, this series fixes
this issue as well, and adds a selftest program for it.

btf_enum_check_member() was currently sure to recognize the size of
"enum" type members in struct/union as the size of "int" even if
its size was packed.
This patch fixes BTF enum verification to use the correct size
of member in BPF programs.

This controller timeouts during suspend (S3) with
[ 240.521724] xhci_hcd 0000:30:00.3: WARN: xHC save state timeout
[ 240.521729] xhci_hcd 0000:30:00.3: ERROR mismatched command completion event
thus preventing the system from entering S3.
Moreover it remains in an undefined state where some connected devices stop
working until a reboot.
Apply the XHCI_SUSPEND_DELAY quirk to make it suspend properly.

libtraceevent (used by perf and trace-cmd) failed to parse the
xhci_urb_dequeue trace event. This is because the user space trace
event format parsing is not a full C compiler. It can handle some basic
logic, but is not meant to be able to handle everything C can do.
In cases where a trace event field needs to be converted from a number
to a string, there's the __print_symbolic() macro that should be used:

Some xhci trace events open coded the __print_symbolic() causing the
user spaces tools to fail to parse it. This has to be replaced with
__print_symbolic() instead.
