The hdmi output in rcar-du uses the i2c slave encoder interface to link
to the adv7511 encoder chip. The kms driver creates encoder and connector
entities that internally uses the drm_encoder_slave_funcs ops provided by
the slave encoder driver.
Change the driver such that it expects a bridge entity instead of a slave
encoder. The hdmi connector code isn't needed anymore as we expect the
adv7511 bridge driver to create/manage the connector.
Note that the kms driver still expects a connector node for hdmi to be
present in DT. This node has no connection to the connector created
by the bridge driver.

Arbitrary X.509 certificates without authority key identifiers (AKIs)
can be added to "trusted" keyrings, including IMA or EVM certs loaded
from the filesystem. Signature verification is currently bypassed for
certs without AKIs.
Trusted keys were recently refactored, and this bug is not present in
4.6.
restrict_link_by_signature should return -ENOKEY (no matching parent
certificate found) if the certificate being evaluated has no AKIs,
instead of bypassing signature checks and returning 0 (new certificate
accepted).

Make Sphinx happy with v4l2-framework.rst by putting all C
code inside code-block.
Please note that this is a poor man ReST conversion, as several
of those blocks should actually be converted to use :cpp:func:,
pointing to the kAPI auto-generated documentation.
The problem is that we currently lack kernel-doc documentation
for most of the stuff described there.
So, let's do a poor man's conversion. We should later address
this.

If the driver indicates that the watchdog is running, the framework
should feed it until userspace opens the device, regardless of whether
the driver has set max_hw_heartbeat_ms.
This patch only affects the case where wdd->max_hw_heartbeat_ms is
zero, wdd->timeout is non-zero, the watchdog is not active and the
hardware device is running (*):
- If wdd->timeout is zero, watchdog_need_worker() returns false both
before and after this patch, and watchdog_next_keepalive() is not
called.
- If watchdog_active(wdd), the return value from watchdog_need_worker
is also the same as before (namely, hm && t > hm). Hence in that case,
watchdog_next_keepalive() is only called if hm == max_hw_heartbeat_ms
is non-zero, so the change to min_not_zero there is a no-op.
- If the watchdog is not active and the device is not running, we
return false from watchdog_need_worker just as before.
That leaves the watchdog_hw_running(wdd) && !watchdog_active(wdd) &&
wdd->timeout case. Again, it's easy to see that if
wdd->max_hw_heartbeat_ms is non-zero, we return true from
watchdog_need_worker with and without this patch, and the logic in
watchdog_next_keepalive is unchanged. Finally, if
wdd->max_hw_heartbeat_ms is 0, we used to end up in the
cancel_delayed_work branch, whereas with this patch we end up
scheduling a ping timeout_ms/2 from now.
(*) This should imply that no current kernel drivers are affected,
since the only drivers which explicitly set WDOG_HW_RUNNING are
imx2_wdt.c and dw_wdt.c, both of which also provide a non-zero value
for max_hw_heartbeat_ms. The watchdog core also sets WDOG_HW_RUNNING,
but only when the driver doesn't provide ->stop, in which case it
must, according to Documentation/watchdog/watchdog-kernel-api.txt, set
max_hw_heartbeat_ms.

Commit 0dfd582e026a ("watchdog: qcom: use timer devicetree
binding") moved to use the watchdog as a subset timer
register block. Some devices have the watchdog completely
standalone with slightly different register offsets as
well so let's account for the differences here.
The existing "kpss-standalone" compatible string doesn't
make it entirely clear exactly what the device is so
rename to "kpss-wdt" to reflect watchdog timer
functionality. Also update ipq4019 DTS with an SoC
specific compatible.
