routing exceptions were policed by the same policer towards the CPU. In
certain situations this can prevent VRRP packets from reaching the CPU.

Currently, VRRP packets and packets that hit exceptions during routing
(e.g., MTU error) are policed using the same policer towards the CPU.
This means, for example, that misconfiguration of the MTU on a routed
interface can prevent VRRP packets from reaching the CPU, which in turn
can cause the VRRP daemon to assume it is the Master router.
Fix this by using a dedicated policer for VRRP packets.

When a router interface (RIF) is created the MAC address of the backing
netdev is verified to have the same MSBs as existing RIFs. This is
required in order to avoid changing existing RIF MAC addresses that all
share the same MSBs.
Loopback RIFs are special in this regard as they do not have a MAC
address, given they are only used to loop packets from the overlay to
the underlay.
Without this change, an error is returned when trying to create a RIF
after the creation of a GRE tunnel that is represented by a loopback
RIF. 'rif->dev->dev_addr' points to the GRE device's local IP, which
does not share the same MSBs as physical interfaces. Adding an IP
address to any physical interface results in:
Error: mlxsw_spectrum: All router interface MAC addresses must have the
same prefix.
Fix this by skipping loopback RIFs during MAC validation.

There is no evidence of officially registered ACPI IDs for these devices.
Thus, revert ACPI support from the driver. All authors of the respective
changes are being informed here:

Above seems a cargo cult without paying attention to how ACPI IDs

It is implied that 'read' will read the first n bytes and not e.g. bytes
only from offsets within the buffer that are a prime number.
This change is non-functional, mostly just a rename.
A secondary intent with this patch is to make room later to add a write
callback.

The dmaengine buffer has some length alignment requirements that can differ
from platform to platform. If the length alignment requirements are not met
unexpected behavior like dropping of samples can occur.
Currently these requirements are not reported and applications need to know
the requirements of the platform by some out-of-band means.
Add a new buffer attribute that reports the length alignment requirements
called `length_align_bytes`. The reported length alignment is in bytes that
means the buffer length alignment in sample sets depends on the number of
enabled channels and the bytes per channel. Applications using this
attribute to determine the buffer size requirements need to consider this.

All Sensors DLH is series of low voltage digital pressure sensors.
Additionally to pressure value sensors deliver a temperature value.
Sensors can be accessed over I2C and SPI, this driver supports
only I2C access.

Since the orginal scope of the driver was to only support
the pH product from Atlas it has evolved to other sensors.
Rename the file, driver name, and regmap to atlas-sensor which
reflects this, although keep CONFIG_ATLAS_PH_SENSOR to not cause
regressions with current configurations.

Add a IIO driver for the Bosch BMA400 3-axes ultra-low power accelerometer.
The driver supports reading from the acceleration and temperature
registers. The driver also supports reading and configuring the output data
rate, oversampling ratio, and scale.

Jia-Ju Bai reported a possible sleep-in-atomic scenario in the ice1724
driver with Infrasonic Quartet support code: namely, ice->set_rate
callback gets called inside ice->reg_lock spinlock, while the callback
in quartet.c holds ice->gpio_mutex.
This patch fixes the invalid call: it simply moves the calls of
ice->set_rate and ice->set_mclk callbacks outside the spinlock.

When smu version is larger than 0x41e2b, it will load
raven_kicker_rlc.bin.To enable gfxoff for raven_kicker_rlc.bin,it
needs to avoid adev->pm.pp_feature &= ~PP_GFXOFF_MASK when it loads
raven_kicker_rlc.bin.
