Some firmware leaves the Interrupt Disable bit set even if the device uses
INTx interrupts. Clear Interrupt Disable so we get those interrupts.
Based on the report mentioned below, if the user selects the "EHCI only"
option in the Intel Baytrail BIOS, the EHCI device is handed off to the OS
with the PCI_COMMAND_INTX_DISABLE bit set.

The struct driver_info ax88178_info is assigned the function
asix_rx_fixup_common as it's rx_fixup callback. This means that
FLAG_MULTI_PACKET must be set as this function is cloning the
data and calling usbnet_skb_return. Not setting this flag leads
to usbnet_skb_return beeing called a second time from within
the rx_process function in the usbnet module.

A flash may support N read retry voltage threshold modes, numbered 0
through N-1 (where mode 0 represents the initial state). However,
nand_do_read_ops() tries to use mode 0 through N.
This off-by-one error shows up, for instance, when using nanddump, and
we have cycled through available modes:

There have been reports of EFI crashes since -rc1. The following two
commits fix known issues.

You're surely wondering why the patches are not based on an rc. Well,
Andrew sent you 79040cad3f82 ("drivers/edac/edac_mc_sysfs.c: poll
timeout cannot be zero sent you") already (it got in in -rc2) but it
is not enough as a fix because for one, setting too low polling
intervals (< 1sec) don't make any sense and cause unnecessary polling
load on the system.
Then, even if we set some interval, we explode with
[ 4143.094342] WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 0 at kernel/workqueue.c:1393 __queue_work+0x1d7/0x340()
because the workqueue setup path is used also for the timeout period
resetting and we're doing INIT_DELAYED_WORK() on an already active
workqueue. Which is total bollocks. So this is taken care of by the
second patch.

can happen if the target disconnected/rejected the connection request,

Tommi noticed a 'funny' lock class name: "%s#5" from a lock acquired in
process_one_work().
Maybe #fmt plus #args could be used as the lock_name to give some more
information for some fmt string like the above.
__builtin_constant_p() check is removed (as there seems no good way to
check all the variables in args list). However, by removing the check,
it only adds two additional "s for those constants.

There are two checks for CONFIG_NET_CLS_ROUTE, but the corresponding
Kconfig symbol was dropped in v2.6.39. Since the code guards access to
dst_entry.tclassid it seems CONFIG_IP_ROUTE_CLASSID should be used
instead.

This fixes the build breakage introduced by
c07a0191ef2de1f9510f12d1f88e3b0b5cd8d66f and adds support for the device
control API and save/restore of the VGIC state for ARMv8.
The defines were simply missing from the arm64 header files and
uaccess.h must be implicitly imported from somewhere else on arm.

This is caused because the layout of the ACPI BGRT header on this system
doesn't match the definition from the ACPI spec, and so we get a bogus
physical address when dereferencing ->image_address in efi_bgrt_init().
Luckily the status field in the BGRT header clearly marks it as invalid,
so we can check that field and skip BGRT initialisation.

We're using edac_mc_workq_setup() both on the init path, when
we load an edac driver and when we change the polling period
(edac_mc_reset_delay_period) through /sys/.../edac_mc_poll_msec.
On that second path we don't need to init the workqueue which has been
initialized already.

Sanitize code even more to accept unsigned longs only and to not allow
polling intervals below 1 second as this is unnecessary and doesn't make

Without that patch, a user can't select the imxfb driver when the i.MX25
and/or the i.MX27 device tree board are selected and that no boards that

This patch adds support for configuring the port multiplexer hardware
which resides in front of the GENET Ethernet MAC controller. This allows
us to support:
- internal PHYs (using drivers/net/phy/bcm7xxx.c)
- MoCA PHYs which are an entirely separate hardware block not covered
here
- external PHYs and switches
Note that MoCA and switches are currently supported using the emulated

This patch adds the BCMGENET main driver file which supports the
following:
- GENET hardware from V1 to V4
- support for reading the UniMAC MIB counters statistics
- support for the 5 transmit queues
- support for RX/TX checksum offload and SG

This patchs adds the bcmgenet.h header file which contains all the
hardware definitions for the GENETv1 to v4 hardware blocks as well as
the driver private structure and MIB counters.

This patch adds support for the Broadcom BCM7xxx Set Top Box SoCs
internal PHYs. This driver supports the following generation of SoCs:
- BCM7366, BCM7439, BCM7445 (28nm process)
- all 40nm and 65nm (older MIPS-based SoCs)
The PHYs on these SoCs require a bunch of workarounds to operate
correctly, both during configuration time and at suspend/resume time,
the driver handles that for us.

The Broadcom BCM54xx register definitions are shared between BCM54xx and
BCM7xx internal PHYs for which we are adding support. Extract these
register definitions and put them in include/linux/brcmphy.h for use by
the BCM7xxx internal PHY driver.

Some Ethernet MACs are connected to a MoCA PHY which will handle the
low-level job of sending Ethernet frames on the coaxial cable, these
Ethernet MACs need to know about it to be properly configured.
Add a new PHY mode "moca" and update the Device Tree parsing logic to
look for it.
