This patch set makes a number of changes to test_progs selftest, which is
a collection of many other tests (and sometimes sub-tests as well), to provide
better testing experience and allow to start convering many individual test
programs under selftests/bpf into a single and convenient test runner.
Patch #1 fixes issue with Makefile, which makes prog_tests/test.h compiled as
a C code. This fix allows to change how test.h is generated, providing ability
to have more control on what and how tests are run.
Patch #2 changes how test.h is auto-generated, which allows to have test
definitions, instead of just running test functions. This gives ability to do
more complicated test run policies.
Patch #3 adds `-t <test-name>` and `-n <test-num>` selectors to run only
subset of tests.
Patch #4 changes libbpf_set_print() to return previously set print callback,
allowing to temporarily replace current print callback and then set it back.
This is necessary for some tests that want more control over libbpf logging.
Patch #5 sets up and takes over libbpf logging from individual tests to
test_prog runner, adding -vv verbosity to capture debug output from libbpf.
This is useful when debugging failing tests.
Patch #6 furthers test output management and buffers it by default, emitting
log output only if test fails. This give succinct and clean default test
output. It's possible to bypass this behavior with -v flag, which will turn
off test output buffering.
Patch #7 adds support for sub-tests. It also enhances -t and -n selectors to
both support ability to specify sub-test selectors, as well as enhancing
number selector to accept sets of test, instead of just individual test
number.
Patch #8 converts bpf_verif_scale.c test to use sub-test APIs.
Patch #9 converts send_signal.c tests to use sub-test APIs.

Expose each BPF verifier scale test as individual sub-test to allow
independent results output and test selection.

Allow tests to have their own set of sub-tests. Also add ability to do
test/subtest selection using `-t <test-name>/<subtest-name>` and `-n
<test-nums-set>/<subtest-nums-set>`, as an extension of existing -t/-n
selector options. For the <test-num-set> format: it's a comma-separated
list of either individual test numbers (1-based), or range of test
numbers. E.g., all of the following are valid sets of test numbers:
- 10
- 1,2,3
- 1-3
- 5-10,1,3-4
'/<subtest' part is optional, but has the same format. E.g., to select
test #3 and its sub-tests #10 through #15, use: -t 3/10-15.
Similarly, to select tests by name, use `-t verif/strobe`:
$ sudo ./test_progs -t verif/strobe
#3/12 strobemeta.o:OK
#3/13 strobemeta_nounroll1.o:OK

This patch changes how test output is printed out. By default, if test
had no errors, the only output will be a single line with test number,
name, and verdict at the end, e.g.:
#31 xdp:OK
If test had any errors, all log output captured during test execution
will be output after test completes.
It's possible to force output of log with `-v` (`--verbose`) option, in
which case output won't be buffered and will be output immediately.
To support this, individual tests are required to use helper methods for
logging: `test__printf()` and `test__vprintf()`.

Make test_progs test runner own libbpf logging. Also introduce two
levels of verbosity: -v and -vv. First one will be used in subsequent
patches to enable test log output always. Second one increases verbosity
level of libbpf logging further to include debug output as well.

By returning previously set print callback from libbpf_set_print, it's
possible to restore it, eventually. This is useful when running many
independent test with one default print function, but overriding log
verbosity for particular subset of tests.

Apprently listing header as a normal dependency for a binary output
makes it go through compilation as if it was C code. This currently
works without a problem, but in subsequent commits causes problems for
differently generated test.h for test_progs. Marking those headers as
order-only dependency solves the issue.

Patches #1-#2 make mlxsw reject unsupported egress filters. These
include filters that match on VLAN and filters associated with a
redirect action. Patch #1 rejects such filters when they are configured
on egress and patch #2 rejects such filters when they are configured in
a shared block that user tries to bind to egress.
Patch #3 forbids matching on reserved TCP flags as this is not supported
by the current keys that mlxsw uses.

Matching on reserved TCP flags bits is only supported using custom
parser. Since the usecase for that is not known now, just forbid to
offload rules that match on these bits.

Some matches and actions are not supported on egress. Track such rules
and forbid a bind of block which contains them to egress.
With this patch, the kernel tells the user he cannot do that:
$ tc qdisc add dev ens16np1 ingress_block 22 clsact
$ tc filter add block 22 protocol 802.1q pref 2 handle 101 flower vlan_id 100 skip_sw action pass
$ tc qdisc add dev ens16np2 egress_block 22 clsact

insert such flows:

It was reported that after resuming from suspend network fails with
error "do_IRQ: 3.38 No irq handler for vector", see [0]. Enabling WoL
can work around the issue, but the only actual fix is to disable MSI.
So let's mimic the behavior of the vendor driver and disable MSI on
all chip versions before RTL8168d.

This reverts commit a6851c613fd7fccc5d1f28d5d8a0cbe9b0f4e8cc.
It was reported that RTL8111b successfully finishes 1000/Full autoneg
but no data flows. Reverting the original patch fixes the issue.
It seems to be a HW issue with the integrated RTL8211B PHY. This PHY
version used also e.g. on RTL8168d, so better revert the original patch.

In phylink_parse_fixedlink() the pl->link_config.advertising bits are AND
with pl->supported, pl->supported is zeroed and only the speed/duplex
modes and MII bits are set.
So pl->link_config.advertising always loses the flow control/pause bits.
By setting Pause and Asym_Pause bits in pl->supported, the flow control
work again when devicetree "pause" is set in fixes-link node and the MAC
advertise that is supports pause.
Results with this patch.

The Dutch consumer grade ISDN network will be shut down on September 1,
2019. This means I'll be converted to some sort of VOIP shortly. At that
point it would be unwise to try to maintain the gigaset driver, even for
odd fixes as I do. So I'll stop maintaining it as a seperate driver and
bump support to CAPI in staging. De facto this means the driver will be
unmaintained, since no-one seems to be working on CAPI.
I've lighty tested the hardware specific modules of this driver (bas-gigaset,
ser-gigaset, and usb-gigaset) for v5.3-rc1. The basic functionality appears to
be working. It's unclear whether anyone still cares. I'm aware of only one
person sort of using the driver a few years ago.
Thanks to Karsten Keil for the ISDN subsystems gigaset was using (I4L and
CAPI). And many thanks to Hansjoerg Lipp and Tilman Schmidt for writing and
upstreaming this driver.

The loop in r8169_csum_workaround is called only if in
msdn_giant_send_check a copy of the skb header needs to be made and
we don't have enough memory. Let's simply drop the packet in that case
so that we can remove r8169_csum_workaround.

Implement callback ndo_features_check and move all feature checks there.
This will allow us to get rid of r8169_csum_workaround() completely in
a subsequent step. Like in the vendor driver disable HW csum for short

ipv6_find_hdr() prints a non-rate limited error message
when it cannot find an ipv6 header at a specific offset.
This could be used as a DoS, so just remove it.

Align setting PME with the vendor driver. PMEnable is writable on
RTL8169 only, on later chip versions it's read-only. PME_SIGNAL is
used on chip versions from RTL8168evl with the exception of the
RTL8168f family.

ConnectX-3 Pro can offload transmission of VLAN packets with VXLAN inside:
enable tunnel offloads in dev->vlan_features, like it's done with other
NIC drivers (e.g. be2net and ixgbe).
It's no more necessary to change dev->hw_enc_features when VXLAN are added
or removed, since .ndo_features_check() already checks for VXLAN packet
where the UDP destination port matches the configured value. Just set
dev->hw_enc_features when the NIC is initialized, so that overlying VLAN
can correctly inherit the tunnel offload capabilities.

rds_rdma_cm_event_handler_cmn()
In rds_rdma_cm_event_handler_cmn(), there are some if statements to
check whether conn is NULL, such as on lines 65, 96 and 112.
But conn is not checked before being used on line 108:

The stmmaceth clock is specified by the slave_bus and apb_pclk clocks in
the device tree bindings for snps,dwc-qos-ethernet-4.10 compatible nodes
of this IP.
The subdrivers for these bindings will be requesting the stmmac clock
correctly at a later point, so there is no need to request it here and
cause an error message to be printed to the kernel log.

The Tegra EQOS driver already resets the MDIO bus at probe time via the
reset GPIO specified in the phy-reset-gpios device tree property. There
is no need to reset the bus again later on.
This avoids the need to query the device tree for the snps,reset GPIO,
which is not part of the Tegra EQOS device tree bindings. This quiesces
an error message from the generic bus reset code if it doesn't find the
snps,reset related delays.

start_isoc_chain()
In start_isoc_chain(), usb_alloc_urb() on line 1392 may fail
and return NULL. At this time, fifo->iso[i].urb is assigned to NULL.
Then, fifo->iso[i].urb is used at some places, such as:
LINE 1405: fill_isoc_urb(fifo->iso[i].urb, ...)
urb->number_of_packets = num_packets;
urb->transfer_flags = URB_ISO_ASAP;
urb->actual_length = 0;
urb->interval = interval;
LINE 1416: fifo->iso[i].urb->...
LINE 1419: fifo->iso[i].urb->...
Thus, possible null-pointer dereferences may occur.
To fix these bugs, "continue" is added to avoid using fifo->iso[i].urb
when it is NULL.
These bugs are found by a static analysis tool STCheck written by us.

Pull libnvdimm fixes from Dan Williams:
"A collection of locking and async operations fixes for v5.3-rc2. These
had been soaking in a branch targeting the merge window, but missed
due to a regression hunt. This fixed up version has otherwise been in
-next this past week with no reported issues.
In order to gain confidence in the locking changes the pull also
includes a debug / instrumentation patch to enable lockdep coverage
for libnvdimm subsystem operations that depend on the device_lock for
exclusion. As mentioned in the changelog it is a hack, but it works
and documents the locking expectations of the sub-system in a way that
others can use lockdep to verify. The driver core touches got an ack
from Greg.
Summary:
- Fix duplicate device_unregister() calls (multiple threads competing
to do unregister work when scheduling device removal from a sysfs
attribute of the self-same device).
- Fix badblocks registration order bug. Ensure region badblocks are
initialized in advance of namespace registration.
- Fix a deadlock between the bus lock and probe operations.
- Export device-core infrastructure to coordinate async operations

Distribution installation images such as Debian include different sets
of modules which can be downloaded dynamically. Such images may notably
include the hda sound modules but not the i915 DRM module, even if the
latter was enabled at build time, as reported on
https://bugs.debian.org/931507
In such a case hdac_i915 would be linked in and try to load the i915
module, fail since it is not there, but still wait for a whole minute
before giving up binding with it.
This fixes such as case by only waiting for the binding if the module
was properly loaded (or module support is disabled, in which case i915
is already compiled-in anyway).

This file is used by clangd to use language server protocol.
It can be generated at each compile using scripts/gen_compile_commands.py.
Therefore it is different depending on the environment and should be
ignored.

f2fs_allocate_data_block() invalidates old block address and enable new block
address. Then, if we try to read old block by f2fs_submit_page_bio(), it will
give WARN due to reading invalid blocks.
Let's make the order sanely back.
