The Linux SDHCI driver core reads 'sdhci-caps' and 'sdhci-caps-mask'
properties and few devices already use it (e.g. Qualcomm SM8450), so add
them to a shared SDHCI bindings.

The current comment on wakeup-source is a little confusing because
the word deprecated can be interpreted at first glance to mean that
wakeup-source is deprecated. Also mentioning the obsolete property
confuses more than it helps. Therefore, the comment should be removed
completely because the enable-sdio-wakeup property is not used in
any current DTs. Also remove enable-sdio-wakeup reference in
wakeup-source.txt

The binding was describing a single clock list for all platforms, but
that's not really suitable:
Most platforms using at least 2 clocks (source, hclk), some of them
a third "source_cg". Mt2712 requires an extra 'bus_clk' on some of
its controllers, while mt8192 requires 8 clocks.
Move the clock definitions inside if blocks that match on the
compatibles.
I used Patch from Nícolas F. R. A. Prado and modified it to not using
"not" statement.

The entries in arrays must have fixed order, so the bindings and Linux

actually conforming to guidelines.
The 'core' reg entry is valid only for SDCC v4 and lower, so disallow it

the qcom,sdhci-msm-v4 compatible is used also for earlier SoCs with SDCC

Convert the Samsung SoC SDHCI Controller bindings to DT schema.
The original bindings were quite old and incomplete, so add during
conversion typical (already used) properties like reg, clocks,
interrupts.
The bindings were not precising the clocks, although the upstream DTS

order. Document the status quo even though it is not a proper approach

Despite the name, R-Car V3U is the first member of the R-Car Gen4
family. Hence move its compatible value to the R-Car Gen4 section.

The 72116B0 has improved SDIO controllers that allow the max clock
rate to be increased from a max of 100MHz to a max of 150MHz.
Optional "sdio_freq" clock is used to drive the bus clock if present
optional property "clock-frequency" specifies a base clock frequency
in Hz that overrides the base clock frequency in the CAPS registers.

Rob pointed some remaining issues in the sdhci-msm yaml
bindings (via [1]).
Fix the same by first using the 'mmc-controller.yaml' as
'ref' and thereafter also fix the issues reported by
'make dtbs_check' check.
