The function declarations in plat/s3c64xx-spi.h rely on struct
platform_device but it's not declared by the header causing compiler
warnings if it is included prior to another header which does that.

On MIPS the generic PCI code has always defaulted to L1_CACHE_BYTES
because the architecutre PCI code did not provide a better default.
In particular on systems with S-caches or T-caches this was suboptimal.
Provide a better default by setting pci_dfl_cache_line_size based on
the size of the line size of the lowest level of the cache hierarchy.

When flushing TLB, if @vma is backed by huge page, we could flush huge
TLB, due to that huge page is defined to be far from normal page.

lib: use generic pci_iomap on all architectures
Many architectures don't want to pull in iomap.c,
so they ended up duplicating pci_iomap from that file.
That function isn't trivial, and we are going to modify it

so the duplication hurts.
This reduces the scope of the problem significantly,
by moving pci_iomap to a separate file and
referencing that from all architectures.

Unpaired calling of __trace_hcall_entry and __trace_hcall_exit could
cause incorrect preempt count. And it might happen as the global
variable hcall_tracepoint_refcount is checked separately before calling
them.
Instead, store the value that was used on entry in the stack frame
and retreive it from there after the call

Tracepoints should not be called inside an rcu_idle_enter/rcu_idle_exit
region. Since pSeries calls H_CEDE in the idle loop, we were violating
this rule.
commit a7b152d5342c (powerpc: Tell RCU about idle after hcall tracing)
tried to work around it by delaying the rcu_idle_enter until after we
called the hcall tracepoint, but there are a number of issues with it.
The hcall tracepoint trampoline code is called conditionally when the
tracepoint is enabled. If the tracepoint is not enabled we never call
rcu_idle_enter. The idle_uses_rcu check was also done at compile time
which breaks multiplatform builds.
The simple fix is to avoid tracing H_CEDE and rely on other tracepoints
and the hypervisor dispatch trace log to work out if we called H_CEDE.
This fixes a hang during boot on pSeries.

Abstract the code sequence for adding a signal handler's sa_mask to
current->blocked because the sequence is identical for all architectures.
Furthermore, in the past some architectures actually got this code wrong,
so introduce a wrapper that all architectures can use.

Unlike other architectures, sparc currently has no SA_NODEFER definition
but only the older SA_NOMASK. Since SA_NOMASK is the historical name for
SA_NODEFER, add SA_NODEFER and copy what other architectures do by making
SA_NOMASK a synonym for SA_NODEFER.

Randomization of PIE load address is hard coded in binfmt_elf.c for X86
and ARM. Create a new Kconfig variable
(CONFIG_ARCH_BINFMT_ELF_RANDOMIZE_PIE) for this and use it instead. Thus
architecture specific policy is pushed out of the generic binfmt_elf.c and
into the architecture Kconfig files.
X86 and ARM Kconfigs are modified to select the new variable so there is
no change in behavior. A follow on patch will select it for MIPS too.

SUN4M per-cpu timers have two modes of work. These are timer mode and
counter mode. Kernel doesn't write anything to the register, which is
connected with mode choice.
So, the mode is chosen by bootloader. This patch forces to use timer
mode from the kernel and to be independent of bootloader.
I had this problem with OpenBIOS. Timers don't tick and kernel fails on
QEMU, when it's compiled with SMP support. The patch fixes problem.

Add power domain control support for the r8a7779 SoC V2.
This adds support for 4 power domains for I/O Devices
together with code that can be used for CPU cores as well.
The only out of the ordinary experience is the need for
ioremap() of SYSC registers. Because of that we need to
execute some init function before setting up the domains.

do_notify_resume() can trigger the freezer via the try_to_freeze() path
(both explicitly through a redundant call in do_signal() or via
get_signal_to_deliver()). That IRQs were disabled across this callsite
became apparent with the might_sleep() introduction in try_to_freeze() by
Tejun in a0acae0e886d44bd5ce6d2f173c1ace0fcf0d9f6, resulting in:

atomic64_read() doesn't actually write anything (as far as the C
environment is concerned... the CPU does actually write but that's an
implementation quirk), so it should take a const pointer.
This does NOT mean that it is safe to use atomic64_read() on an object
in readonly storage (it will trap!)

As described in e6fa16ab ("signal: sigprocmask() should do
retarget_shared_pending()") the modification of current->blocked is
incorrect as we need to check whether the signal we're about to block
is pending in the shared queue.

For the commit <f1ecc69838a2d7c8a3e1909f637d4083c071777d> has changed
xlate_dev_mem_ptr definition in asm-generic/io.h for the systems with
an MMU, so delete it from unicore32 specified io.h.

All other ports use "Kernel code" to identify the Kernel text segment
in /proc/iomem. Change the unicore32 resources to do the same.
