i.MX 7ULP has three IOMUXC instances: IOMUXC0 for M4 ports,
IOMUXC1 for A7 ports and IOMUXC DDR for DDR interface.
This patch adds the IOMUXC1 support for A7.

If tracing is enabled and you get into xmon, the tracing buffer
continues to be updated, causing possible loss of data and unnecessary
tracing information coming from xmon functions.
This patch simple disables tracing when entering xmon, and re-enables it
if the kernel is resumed (with 'x').

Current xmon 'dt' command dumps the tracing buffer for all the CPUs,
which makes it very hard to read due to the fact that most of
powerpc machines currently have many CPUs. Other than that, the CPU
lines are interleaved in the ftrace log.
This new option just dumps the ftrace buffer for the current CPU.

This function is not called with the nest_init_lock held, and it also
unlocks the nest_init_lock immediately below, so it's fairly clear
that this is a typo and should be locking the lock.

Currently we have pqr_state and rdt_default_state which store the cached
CLOSID/RMIDs and the user configured cpu default values respectively. We
touch both of these during context switch. Put all of them in one
structure so that we can spare a cache line.

The user configured per cpu default RMID is not cleared during cpu
hotplug. This may lead to incorrect RMID values after a cpu goes offline
and again comes back online. Clear the per cpu default RMID during cpu
offline and online handling.

The Allwinner A64 SoC is paired with the X-Powers AXP803 PMIC over the
Reduced Serial Bus (RSB). The regulators of this PMIC supply all power
rails of the SoC and many external peripherals.
Enable the driver for the regulators of this PMIC.

The pin controller of H5 has three IRQs at the chip's GIC, which
represents three banks of pinctrl IRQs. However, the device tree used to
miss the third IRQ of the pin controller, which makes the PG bank IRQ
not usable.
Add the missing IRQ to the pinctrl node.

The default I2S0 parent clock AUDIO_24M can not be divided into required
sample rate in some cases, for example when 48KHz is needed. Change the
parent clock to AUDIO_99M which works for most sample rates.

Migrate to using functionally-reduced I2C master contained in the DWC
HDMI. Therefore drop the GPIO bitbanging based i2cddc definition and
modify resp. pinctrl.
While at it re-order the I2C aliases to start with the generic, followed
by the camera and concluded by the power I2C one.

Split the pinctrl property for usdhc1 into a 4-bit SD interface
and an extension to 8-bit. This is required to support both 8-bit
and 4-bit interface on usdhc1 as per the carrier board.

The SD1 pinctrl-0 property is overridden but only the card detect pin
is muxed, the control and data signals are not referenced at all.
It worked because the bootloader muxed them to a sensible state though.
Fix this.

"Another round of MIPS fixes:
- compressed boot: Ignore a generated .c file
- VDSO: Fix a register clobber list
- DECstation: Fix an int-handler.S CPU_DADDI_WORKAROUNDS regression
- Octeon: Fix recent cleanups that cleaned away a bit too much thus
breaking the arch side of the EDAC and USB drivers.
- uasm: Fix duplicate const in "const struct foo const bar[]" which
GCC 7.1 no longer accepts.
- Fix race on setting and getting cpu_online_mask
- Fix preemption issue. To do so cleanly introduce macro to get the
size of L3 cache line.
- Revert include cleanup that sometimes results in build error
- MicroMIPS uses bit 0 of the PC to indicate microMIPS mode. Make
sure this bit is set for kernel entry as well.
- Prevent configuring the kernel for both microMIPS and MT. There are
no such CPUs currently and thus the combination is unsupported and
results in build errors.
This has been sitting in linux-next for a few days and has survived
automated testing by Imagination's test farm. No known regressions
pending except a number of issues that crept up due to lots of people
switching to GCC 7.1"

We are planning to share more code between different NAND based
devices (SPI NAND, OneNAND and raw NANDs), but before doing that
we need to move the existing include/linux/mtd/nand.h file into
include/linux/mtd/rawnand.h so we can later create a nand.h header
containing all common structure and function prototypes.

A CMA memory pool reserved memory node is added, and is attached
to the DSP node through the 'memory-region' property on the K2G
ICE board. This area will be used for allocating virtio rings and
buffers. This node allows the DSP Memory Protection and Address
Extension (MPAX) module to be configured properly for the DSP
processor, and matches the values used on the other Keystone 2
boards for software compatibility.
The reserved memory node and the user DSP node are also marked
okay to enable the DSP on the K2G ICE board.

The Keystone 2 66AK2G SoC has a single TMS320C66x DSP Core
Subsystem (C66x CorePac), containing a C66x Fixed/Floating-Point
DSP Core, and 32 KB of L1P & L1D SRAMs and a 1 MB L2 SRAM. Add
the DT node for this DSP processor sub-system.
The DT node has a new property 'power-domains' and no 'clocks'
properties, and uses slightly different property values for
'resets' compared to other Keystone 2 SoCs. The processor does
not have an MMU, and uses various IPC Generation registers and
shared memory for inter-processor communication. The alias with
a stem 'rproc' has also been added for the DSP, it provides a
fixed remoteproc id for the DSP processor.
