Add support to register Nest In-Memory Collection PMU counters.
Patch adds a new device file called "imc-pmu.c" under powerpc/perf
folder to contain all the device PMU functions.
Device tree parser code added to parse the PMU events information
and create sysfs event attributes for the PMU.
Cpumask attribute added along with Cpu hotplug online/offline functions
specific for nest PMU. A new state "CPUHP_AP_PERF_POWERPC_NEST_IMC_ONLINE"
added for the cpu hotplug callbacks. Error handle path frees the memory
and unregisters the CPU hotplug callbacks.

Code to create platform device for the In-Memory Collection (IMC)
counters. Platform devices are created based on the IMC compatibility.
New header file created to contain the data structures and macros
needed for In-Memory Collection (IMC) counter pmu devices.
The device tree for IMC counters starts at the node "imc-counters".
This node contains all the IMC PMU nodes and event nodes for these IMC
PMUs. Device probe() parses the device to locate three possible IMC
device types (Nest/Core/Thread). Function then branch to parse each
unit nodes to populate vital information such as device memory sizes,
event nodes information, base address for reserve memory access (if
any) and so on. Simple bare-minimum shutdown function added which only
"stops" the engines.

When EFI runtime services are disabled, for example by the "noefi"
kernel cmdline parameter, the reboot_type could still be set to
BOOT_EFI causing reboot to fail.
Fix this by checking if EFI runtime services are enabled.

verify_and_add_patch() allocates memory for a microcode patch and hands
it down to be added to the cache of patches. However, if the cache
already has the latest patch, the newly allocated one needs to be freed
before returning. Do that.
This issue has been found by kmemleak:

KASAN fills kernel page tables with repeated values to map several
TBs of the virtual memory to the single kasan_zero_page:
kasan_zero_p4d ->
kasan_zero_pud ->
kasan_zero_pmd->
kasan_zero_pte->
kasan_zero_page
Walking the whole KASAN shadow range takes a lot of time, especially
with 5-level page tables. Since we already know that all kasan page tables
eventually point to the kasan_zero_page we could call note_page()
right and avoid walking lower levels of the page tables.
This will not affect the output of the kernel_page_tables file,
but let us avoid spending time in page table walkers:

In the future we would use dynamic allocation for IRQ which brings
non-1:1 mapping for IOAPIC domain. Thus, we need to respect return value
of mp_map_gsi_to_irq() and assign it back to the device structure.
Besides that we need to read GSI from interrupt pin register to avoid
cases when some drivers will try to initialize PCI device twice in a row
which will call pcibios_enable_irq() twice as well.

The coming x86 refcount protection needs to be able to add trailing
instructions to the GEN_*_RMWcc() operations. This extracts the
difference between the goto/non-goto cases so the helper macros
can be defined outside the #ifdef cases. Additionally adds argument
naming to the resulting asm for referencing from suffixed
instructions, and adds clobbers for "cc", and "cx" to let suffixes
use _ASM_CX, and retain any set flags.

using PCID
PCID is a "process context ID" -- it's what other architectures call
an address space ID. Every non-global TLB entry is tagged with a
PCID, only TLB entries that match the currently selected PCID are
used, and we can switch PGDs without flushing the TLB. x86's
PCID is 12 bits.
This is an unorthodox approach to using PCID. x86's PCID is far too
short to uniquely identify a process, and we can't even really
uniquely identify a running process because there are monster
systems with over 4096 CPUs. To make matters worse, past attempts
to use all 12 PCID bits have resulted in slowdowns instead of
speedups.
This patch uses PCID differently. We use a PCID to identify a
recently-used mm on a per-cpu basis. An mm has no fixed PCID
binding at all; instead, we give it a fresh PCID each time it's
loaded except in cases where we want to preserve the TLB, in which
case we reuse a recent value.
Here are some benchmark results, done on a Skylake laptop at 2.3 GHz
(turbo off, intel_pstate requesting max performance) under KVM with
the guest using idle=poll (to avoid artifacts when bouncing between
CPUs). I haven't done any real statistics here -- I just ran them
in a loop and picked the fastest results that didn't look like
outliers. Unpatched means commit a4eb8b993554, so all the
bookkeeping overhead is gone.
ping-pong between two mms on the same CPU using eventfd:
patched: 1.22µs
patched, nopcid: 1.33µs
unpatched: 1.34µs
Same ping-pong, but now touch 512 pages (all zero-page to minimize
cache misses) each iteration. dTLB misses are measured by
dtlb_load_misses.miss_causes_a_walk:
patched: 1.8µs 11M dTLB misses
patched, nopcid: 6.2µs, 207M dTLB misses
unpatched: 6.1µs, 190M dTLB misses

undef memcpy() and friends in boot/string.c so that the functions
defined here will have the correct names, otherwise we end up
up trying to redefine __builtin_memcpy() etc.
Surprisingly, GCC allows this (and, helpfully, discards the
__builtin_ prefix from the function name when compiling it),
but clang does not.
Adding these #undef's appears to preserve what I assume was
the original intent of the code.

The Marvell switch has its interrupt pin connected to a GPIO
line. Wire this up in the device tree. This then allows us to use
interrupts from the embedded Ethernet PHYs in the switch. Also wire
them up in device tree.

The RDU2 has a Marvell 88E6352 switch. Both the FEC and the i210
Ethernet interfaces are connected to the switch. Make the FEC the DSA
"CPU" port, and the i210 as a regular port on the switch.

The optional prefetch instructions in the copy_page() routine are
inconsistent: at the start of the function, two cachelines are
prefetched beyond the one being loaded in the first iteration, but
in the loop, the prefetch is one more line ahead. This appears to
be unintentional, so let's fix it.
While at it, fix the comment style and white space.

Currently the LCD is turned on thanks to the bootloader initialization.
In order to make the kernel to turn on the LCD on is own, pass the
'enable-gpios' and 'power-supply' properties.
Also, the GPIO1_IO01 is not used as PWM functionality on this board. It is
connected to the PWREN pin of connector J14 and has a GPIO function, so
remove the PWM1 node and change the GPIO1_IO01 IOMUX to GPIO function.

Enable i.MX v4l2 media staging driver. For video capture on i.MX, the
video multiplexer subdev is required. On the SabreAuto, the ADV7180
video decoder is required along with i2c-mux-gpio. The Sabrelite
and SabreSD require the OV5640 and the SabreLite requires PWM clocks
for the OV5640.
Increase max zoneorder to allow larger video buffer allocations.

The 'uart-has-rtscts' property should be used when the board exposes the
native RTS and CTS UART pins.
On the imx6qdl-gw5xxx boards such pins are not used, so remove the
'uart-has-rtscts' property to make the hardware description correct.
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/serial/serial.txt states that
'uart-has-rtscts' and 'rts-gpios' properties are mutually exclusive.

The ESSA instruction has a new option that allows to tag pages that
are not used as a page table. Without the tag the hypervisor has to
assume that any guest page could be used in a page table inside the
guest. This forces the hypervisor to flush all guest TLB entries
whenever a host page table entry is invalidated. With the tag
the host can skip the TLB flush if the page is tagged as normal page.

struct siginfo is a union and the kernel since 2.4 has been hiding a union
tag in the high 16bits of si_code using the values:
__SI_KILL
__SI_TIMER
__SI_POLL
__SI_FAULT
__SI_CHLD
__SI_RT
__SI_MESGQ
__SI_SYS
While this looks plausible on the surface, in practice this situation has
not worked well.
- Injected positive signals are not copied to user space properly
unless they have these magic high bits set.
- Injected positive signals are not reported properly by signalfd
unless they have these magic high bits set.
- These kernel internal values leaked to userspace via ptrace_peek_siginfo
- It was possible to inject these kernel internal values and cause the
the kernel to misbehave.
- Kernel developers got confused and expected these kernel internal values
in userspace in kernel self tests.
- Kernel developers got confused and set si_code to __SI_FAULT which
is SI_USER in userspace which causes userspace to think an ordinary user
sent the signal and that it was not kernel generated.
- The values make it impossible to reorganize the code to transform
siginfo_copy_to_user into a plain copy_to_user. As si_code must
be massaged before being passed to userspace.
So remove these kernel internal si codes and make the kernel code simpler
and more maintainable.
To replace these kernel internal magic si_codes introduce the helper
function siginfo_layout, that takes a signal number and an si_code and
computes which union member of siginfo is being used. Have
siginfo_layout return an enumeration so that gcc will have enough
information to warn if a switch statement does not handle all of union
members.
A couple of architectures have a messed up ABI that defines signal
specific duplications of SI_USER which causes more special cases in
siginfo_layout than I would like. The good news is only problem
architectures pay the cost.
Update all of the code that used the previous magic __SI_ values to
use the new SIL_ values and to call siginfo_layout to get those
values. Escept where not all of the cases are handled remove the
defaults in the switch statements so that if a new case is missed in
the future the lack will show up at compile time.
Modify the code that copies siginfo si_code to userspace to just copy
the value and not cast si_code to a short first. The high bits are no
longer used to hold a magic union member.
Fixup the siginfo header files to stop including the __SI_ values in
their constants and for the headers that were missing it to properly
update the number of si_codes for each signal type.
The fixes to copy_siginfo_from_user32 implementations has the
interesting property that several of them perviously should never have
worked as the __SI_ values they depended up where kernel internal.
With that dependency gone those implementations should work much
better.
The idea of not passing the __SI_ values out to userspace and then
not reinserting them has been tested with criu and criu worked without
changes.

In kernels with CONFIG_IWMMXT=y running on non-iWMMXt hardware, the
signal frame can be left partially uninitialised in such a way
that userspace cannot parse uc_regspace[] safely. In particular,
this means that the VFP registers cannot be located reliably in the
signal frame when a multi_v7_defconfig kernel is run on the
majority of platforms.
The cause is that the uc_regspace[] is laid out statically based on
the kernel config, but the decision of whether to save/restore the
iWMMXt registers must be a runtime decision.
To minimise breakage of software that may assume a fixed layout,
this patch emits a dummy block of the same size as iwmmxt_sigframe,
for non-iWMMXt threads. However, the magic and size of this block
are now filled in to help parsers skip over it. A new DUMMY_MAGIC
is defined for this purpose.
It is probably legitimate (if non-portable) for userspace to
manufacture its own sigframe for sigreturn, and there is no obvious
reason why userspace should be required to insert a DUMMY_MAGIC
block when running on non-iWMMXt hardware, when omitting it has
worked just fine forever in other configurations. So in this case,
sigreturn does not require this block to be present.

preserve_iwmmxt_context() and restore_iwmmxt_context() lack __user
accessors on their arguments pointing to the user signal frame.
There does not be appear to be a bug here, but this omission is
inconsistent with the crunch and vfp sigframe access functions.
This patch adds the annotations, for consistency.

In-Memory Collection (IMC) counters are performance monitoring
infrastructure. These counters need special sequence of SCOMs to
init/start/stop which is handled by OPAL. And OPAL provides three APIs
to init and control these IMC engines.

External IRQ0 (index 48) has the same capabilities as the other IRQ1-7
and is handled by the same register IPIC_SEPNR. When this register is
not specified for "ack" in "ipic_info", you cannot configure this IRQ
as IRQ_TYPE_EDGE_FALLING. This oversight was probably due to the
non-contiguous hwirq numbering of IRQ0 in the IPIC.

This allows building powerpc with the GENERIC_MSI_IRQ_DOMAIN
Kconfig by enabling the asm-generic msi.h in Kbuild. Without
this, there's a compilation error [1] because powerpc, as most
arches, doesn't provide an asm/msi.h.

AXP20X_POWER depends on IIO. Even though it does not depend on AXP20X_ADC,

Despite the following commit:
93093d099e5d ("x86: provide readq()/writeq() on 32-bit too, complete")
which says:
...Also, map all the APIs to the strongest ordering variant. It's way
too easy to mess such details up in drivers and the difference between
"memory" and "" constrained asm() constructs is in the noise range.
... we have for now only one user of this API (i.e. writeq_relaxed() in
drivers/hwtracing/intel_th/sth.c) on x86 and it does care about
"relaxed" part of it.
Moreover 32-bit support has been removed from that header, though appeared
later in specific headers that emphasizes its non-atomic context.
The rest should keep in mind a consistent picture of the __raw_IO() vs. IO()
vs. IO_relaxed() API.
