This chip is used by a lot of embedded devices and also by the Raspberry
Pi 1, 2 & 3 which were created to promote the study of computer
sciences. Students wanting to learn kernel / network device driver
programming through those devices can only rely on the Linux kernel
driver source to make their own.
This commit adds a lot of comments to the registers definition to expand
the register names.

Add support for the net stats64 counters to the usbnet core. With that
in place put the hooks into every usbnet driver to use it.
This is a strait forward addition of 64bit counters for RX and TX packet
and byte counts. It is done in the same style as for the other net drivers
that support stats64. Note that the other stats fields remain as 32bit
sized values (error counts, etc).
The motivation to add this is that it is not particularly difficult to
get the RX and TX byte counts to wrap on 32bit platforms.

There is an include loop between netdevice.h, dsa.h, devlink.h because
of NETDEV_ALIGN, making it impossible to use devlink structures in
dsa.h.
Break this loop by taking dsa.h out of netdevice.h, add a forward
declaration of dsa_switch_tree and netdev_set_default_ethtool_ops()
function, which is what netdevice.h requires.
No longer having dsa.h in netdevice.h means the includes in dsa.h no
longer get included. This breaks a few other files which depend on
these includes. Add these directly in the affected file.

This patch adds support for qmap mux protocol available in recent
Qualcomm based modems.
The qmap mux protocol can be used for multiplexing data packets in
order to have multiple ip streams through the same physical device.
Two new sysfs files are added for adding/removing the qmap mux based
interfaces (named qmimux):
- /sys/class/net/<iface>/qmi/add_mux
- /sys/class/net/<iface>/qmi/del_mux

The linking status may be changed when autosuspend. And, after
autoresume, the driver may try to transmit packets when the device
is carrier off, because the interrupt transfer doesn't update the
linking status, yet. And, if the device is in ALDPS mode, the device
would stop working.
The another similar case is
1. unplug the cable.
2. interrupt transfer queue a work_queue for linking change.
3. device enters the ALDPS mode.
4. a tx occurs before the work_queue is called.

including to the Clause 45 registers. As the indirect MMD accessors are

The ethtool api {get|set}_settings is deprecated.
We move this driver to new api {get|set}_link_ksettings.
As I don't have the hardware, I'd be very pleased if
someone may test this patch.

The list rx_done would be initialized when the linking on occurs.
Therefore, if a napi is scheduled without any linking on before,
the following kernel panic would happen.
