In mlx5 parse_tunnel_attr() function dispatch on encap IP address type
is performed by directly checking flow_rule_match_key() on
FLOW_DISSECTOR_KEY_ENC_IPV4_ADDRS, and then on
FLOW_DISSECTOR_KEY_ENC_IPV6_ADDRS. However, since those are stored in
union, first check is always true if any type of encap address is set,
which leads to IPv6 tunnel encap address being parsed as IPv4 by mlx5.
Determine correct IP address type by checking control key first and if
it set, take address type from match.key->addr_type.

Before this patch, when adding multiple ethtool steering rules with
identical classification, the driver used to append the new destination
to the already existing hw rule, which caused the hw to forward the
traffic to all destinations (rx queues).
Here we avoid this by setting the "no append" mlx5 fs core flag when
adding a new ethtool rule.

In case source_eswitch_owner_vhca_id is given as a match,
the source_vport (vhca_id) will be set in case vhca_id_valid.
This will allow matching on peer vports, vports that belong
to the other pf.

When we free an STE and the STE is in the middle of collision
list, the prev_ste was obtained incorrectly from the list.
To avoid such issues list_entry calls replaced with standard list API.

After firmware has been downloaded, driver should send
some information to it through H2C commands. Those H2C
commands are transmitted through TX path.
But before HCI has been started, the TX path is not
working completely. Such as PCI interfaces, the interrupts
are not enabled, hence TX interrupts will not be issued
after H2C skb has been DMAed to the device. And the H2C
skbs will not be released until the device is powered off.

With the current implementation of wmi init command,
there is no provision for the host driver to provide mem
chunks addresses with more than 32-bit, to the firmware.
WCN3990 is a 35-bit target and can accept mem chunks addresses
which are above 32-bit.
If firmware supports address range more than 32 bit, it
advertises the support by setting the WMI_SERVICE_EXTEND_ADDRESS
service. Based on this service fill the upper bits of paddr while
providing the mem chunks in the wmi init command.

The peer param id for PEER_PARAM_USE_FIXED_PWR
is different for tlv and non-tlv firmware. This
causes incorrect peer param to be set by the driver
to the firmware(tlv/non-tlv).
Create seperate peer param map for tlv and non-tlv
firmware and attach the peer param id based on the
firmware type during the init.

According to the DP83865 datasheet "the 10 Mbps HDX loopback can be
disabled in the expanded memory register 0x1C0.1". The driver erroneously
used bit 0 instead of bit 1.

Endpoints with zero wMaxPacketSize are not usable for transferring
data. Ignore such endpoints when looking for valid in, out and
status pipes, to make the drivers more robust against invalid and
meaningless descriptors.
The wMaxPacketSize of these endpoints are used for memory allocations
and as divisors in many usbnet minidrivers. Avoiding zero is therefore
critical.

The wMaxPacketSize of the out pipe is used as divisor. So this change
fixes a divide-by-zero bug.

MSA memory region caries the hw descriptors information.
Dump MSA region in core dump as this is very helpful in debugging
hw issues.

PMIC XO is the clock source for wifi rf clock in integrated wifi
chipset ex: WCN3990. Due to board layout errors XO frequency drifts
can cause wifi rf clock inaccuracy.
XO calibration test tree in Factory Test Mode is used to find the
best frequency offset(for example +/-2KHz )by programming XO trim
register. This ensure system clock stays within required 20 ppm
WLAN rf clock.
Retrieve the xo trim offset via system firmware (e.g., device tree),
especially in the case where the device doesn't have a useful EEPROM
on which to store the calibrated XO offset (e.g., for integrated Wifi).
Calibrated XO offset is sent to fw, which compensate the clock drift
by programing the XO trim register.

Interrupt is disabled to stop PCI, which means the skbs
queued for each TX ring will not be released via DMA
interrupt. To avoid those skbs remained being left in
the skb queue until PCI has been removed, driver needs
to release skbs by itself.

With commit 0655f9943df2 ("net/ibmvnic: Update carrier state after link
state change") we are now able to detect when the carrier is properly
present in the device, so only report an unexpected unknown speed when it
is properly detected. Unknown speed is expected to be seen by the device
in case the backing device has no link detected.

Without CONFIG_THERMAL, the driver fails to link as it calls
iwl_mvm_send_temp_report_ths_cmd() unconditionally. Fix this
by making that function available, but do almost nothing but
send the empty firmware command to enable CT-kill reporting.
While at it, also fix that function itself to not error out
when the thermal zone hasn't been initialized, but instead
just send the empty firmware command in this case as well.

After a reset packet sizes and device mtu can change and need
to be reevaluated to calculate queue sizes.
Malicious devices can set this to zero and we divide by it.
Introduce sanity checking.

sorting out LED naming issues. Besides that there are many changes
scattered among various LED class drivers and triggers.
LED naming related improvements:
- add new 'function' and 'color' fwnode properties and deprecate
'label' property which has been frequently abused for conveying
vendor specific names that have been available in sysfs anyway
- introduce a set of standard LED_FUNCTION* definitions
- introduce a set of standard LED_COLOR_ID* definitions
- add a new {devm_}led_classdev_register_ext() API with the
capability of automatic LED name composition basing on the
properties available in the passed fwnode; the function is

Bad latency is found on QCA988x, the issue was introduced by
commit 4504f0e5b571 ("ath10k: sdio: workaround firmware UART
pin configuration bug"). If uart_pin_workaround is false, this
change will set uart pin even if uart_print is false.

If 'sta->tdls' is false, no cleanup is executed, leading to memory/resource
leaks, e.g., 'arsta->tx_stats'. To fix this issue, perform cleanup before
go to the 'exit' label.

driver sends QMI_WLFW_MSA_INFO_REQ_V01 QMI request to firmware
and in response expects range of addresses and size to be mapped.
Add condition to check whether addresses in response falls
under valid range otherwise return failure.
Testing: Tested on WCN3990 HW

Use ath10k_pci_soc_read32 / ath10k_pci_soc_write32 functions for
the rest of warm_reset functions. Until now these have been used
only for ath10k_pci_warm_reset_si0, but since they already exist
it makes sense to simplify code a bit.
Runtime tested with QCA9862.

ath10k_bss_info_changed() handles various events from the upper layers. It
parses the changed bitfield and then configures the driver/firmware
accordingly. Each detected event is handled in a separate scope which is
independent of each other - but in the same function.
The commit f279294e9ee2 ("ath10k: add support for configuring management
packet rate") changed this behavior by returning from this function
prematurely when some precondition was not fulfilled. All new event
handlers added after the BSS_CHANGED_BASIC_RATES event handler would then
also be skipped.

No frequency is currently specified for the single clock defined in the
snoc driver, so the clock wrappers reimplements the standard bulk API
provided by the clock framework. Change to this.
The single clock defined is marked as optional so this version of the
get API is used, but might need to be reconsidered in the future.

The regulator_get_optional() exists for cases where the driver needs do
behave differently depending on some regulator supply being present or
not, as we don't use this we can use the standard regulator_get() and
rely on its handling of unspecified regulators.
While the driver currently doesn't specify any loads the regulator
framework was updated last year to only account for load of enabled
regulators, so should the need appear it's better to apply load numbers
during initialization that dynamically.
With this the regulator wrappers have been reduced the become identical
to the standard bulk API provided by the regulator framework, so use
these instead of rolling our own.
