This patch changes the code for handling clocks. Now clocks are defined
per each device variant, what is a preparation for adding support for
Exynos 5433 MFC V8, which has more clocks than all previous versions.
Also use devm_clk_get() to simplify cleanup path.

This patch moves preparation of clocks from s5p_mfc_init_pm()

After commit "s5p-mfc: Fix clock management in s5p_mfc_release function"

available, so there is no additional check needed for NULL
gate clocks. This patch simplifies the code and kills IS_ERR_OR_NULL

We do video allocation all the time and we need it to be fast. Plus TLB
efficiency isn't terribly important for video.
That means we want to set DMA_ATTR_ALLOC_SINGLE_PAGES.

DMA_ATTR_ALLOC_SINGLE_PAGES hint to optimize allocation").

Export the module alias information using the MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() macro.

Function klsi_105_open() calls usb_control_msg() (to "enable read") and
checks its return value. When the return value is unexpected, it only
assigns the error code to the return variable retval, but does not
terminate the exception path. This patch fixes the bug by inserting
"goto err_generic_close;" when the call to usb_control_msg() fails.

Rename CONFIG_SCHED_ITMT for Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0
to CONFIG_SCHED_MC_PRIO. This makes the configuration extensible
in future to other architectures that wish to similarly establish
CPU core priorities support in the scheduler.
The description in Kconfig is updated to reflect this change with
added details for better clarity. The configuration is explicitly
default-y, to enable the feature on CPUs that have this feature.
It has no effect on non-TBM3 CPUs.
