This commit adds SHAMPO bit to hca_cap and SHAMPO capabilities structure,
SHAMPO related HW spec hardware fields and enumerations.
SHAMPO stands for: split headers and merge payload offload.
SHAMPO new fields:
WQ:
- headers_mkey: mkey that represents the headers buffer, where the packets
headers will be written by the HW.
- shampo_enable: flag to verify if the WQ supports SHAMPO feature.
- log_reservation_size: the log of the reservation size where the data of
the packet will be written by the HW.
- log_max_num_of_packets_per_reservation: log of the maximum number of
packets that can be written to the same reservation.
- log_headers_entry_size: log of the header entry size of the headers buffer.
- log_headers_buffer_entry_num: log of the entries number of the headers buffer.
RQ:
- shampo_no_match_alignment_granularity: the HW alignment granularity
in case the received packet doesn't match the current session.
- shampo_match_criteria_type: the type of match criteria.
- reservation_timeout: the maximum time that the HW will hold the
reservation.
mlx5_ifc_shampo_cap_bits, the capabilities of the SHAMPO feature:
- shampo_log_max_reservation_size: the maximum allowed value of the field
WQ.log_reservation_size.
- log_reservation_size: the minimum allowed value of the field
WQ.log_reservation_size.
- shampo_min_mss_size: the minimum payload size of packet that can open
a new session or be merged to a session.
- shampo_max_log_headers_entry_size: the maximum allowed value of the field
WQ.log_headers_entry_size

TIR stands for transport interface receive, the TIR object is
responsible for performing all transport related operations on
the receive side like packet processing, demultiplexing the packets
to different RQ's, etc.
lro_timeout is a field in the TIR that is used to set the timeout for lro
session, this series introduces new packet merge type, therefore rename
lro_timeout to packet_merge_timeout for all packet merge types.

In case clock flags contains CLK_GET_RATE_NOCACHE the clk_rate_get()
will return the cached rate. Thus, use clk_core_get_rate_recalc() which
takes proper action when clock flags contains CLK_GET_RATE_NOCACHE.

On SAMA7G5 the prescaler part of master clock has been implemented as a
changeable one. Everytime the prescaler is changed the PMC_SR.MCKRDY bit
must be polled. Value 1 for PMC_SR.MCKRDY means the prescaler update is
done. Driver polls for this bit until it becomes 1. On SAMA7G5 it has
been discovered that in some conditions the PMC_SR.MCKRDY is not rising
but the rate it provides it's stable. The workaround is to add a timeout
when polling for PMC_SR.MCKRDY. At the moment, for SAMA7G5, the prescaler
will be removed from Linux clock tree as all the frequencies for CPU could
be obtained from PLL and also there will be less overhead when changing
frequency via DVFS.

SAMA7G5 supports DVFS by changing cpuck. On SAMA7G5 mck0 shares the same
parent with cpuck as seen in the following clock tree:

FRAC PLL ---> DIV PLL -+-> DIV ---> mck0
mck0 could go b/w 32KHz and 200MHz on SAMA7G5. To avoid mck0 overclocking
while changing FRAC PLL or DIV PLL the commit implements a notifier for
mck0 which applies a safe divider to register (maximum value of the divider
which is 5) on PRE_RATE_CHANGE events (such that changes on PLL to not
overclock mck0) and sets the maximum allowed rate on POST_RATE_CHANGE
events.

SAM9X60's PLL which is also part of SAMA7G5 is composed of 2 parts:
one fractional part and one divider. On SAMA7G5 the CPU PLL could be
changed at run-time to implement DVFS. The hardware clock tree on
SAMA7G5 for CPU PLL is as follows:

FRAC PLL ---> DIV PLL -+-> prescaler ---> div0 ---> mck0
The div1 block is not implemented in Linux; on prescaler block it has
been discovered a bug on some scenarios and will be removed from Linux
in next commits. Thus, the final clock tree that will be used in Linux
will be as follows:

FRAC PLL ---> DIV PLL -+-> div0 ---> mck0
It has been proposed in [1] to not introduce a new CPUFreq driver but
to overload the proper clock drivers with proper operation such that
cpufreq-dt to be used. To accomplish this DIV PLL and div0 implement
clock notifiers which applies safe dividers before FRAC PLL is changed.
The current commit treats only the DIV PLL by adding a notifier that
sets a safe divider on PRE_RATE_CHANGE events. The safe divider is
provided by initialization clock code (sama7g5.c). The div0 is treated
in next commits (to keep the changes as clean as possible).

When prescaler value read from register is MASTER_PRES_MAX it means
that the input clock will be divided by 3. Fix the code to reflect
this.

Check if div or pres is zero before using it as argument for ffs().
In case div is zero ffs() will return 0 and thus substracting from
zero will lead to invalid values to be setup in registers.

SAMA7G5 has 4 master clocks (MCK1..4) which are controlled though the
register at offset 0x30 (relative to PMC). In the last/first phase of
suspend/resume procedure (which is architecture specific) the parent
of master clocks are changed (via assembly code) for more power saving
(see file arch/arm/mach-at91/pm_suspend.S, macros at91_mckx_ps_enable
and at91_mckx_ps_restore). Thus the macros corresponding to register
at offset 0x30 need to be shared b/w clk-master.c and pm_suspend.S.
commit ec03f18cc222 ("clk: at91: add register definition for sama7g5's
master clock") introduced the proper macros but didn't adapted the
clk-master.c as well. Thus, this commit adapt the clk-master.c to use
the macros introduced in commit ec03f18cc222 ("clk: at91: add register
definition for sama7g5's master clock").

Before going to backup mode architecture specific PM code sets the first
word in securam (file arch/arm/mach-at91/pm.c, function at91_pm_begin()).
Thus take this into account when suspending/resuming clocks. This will
avoid executing unnecessary instructions when suspending to non backup
modes.

SAMA5D2 and SAMA7G5 have a special power saving mode (backup mode) where
most of the SoC's components are powered off (including PMC). Resuming
from this mode is done with the help of bootloader. Peripherals are not
aware of the power saving mode thus most of them are disabling clocks in
proper suspend API and re-enable them in resume API without taking into
account the previously setup rate. Moreover some of the peripherals are
acting as wakeup sources and are not disabling the clocks in this
scenario, when suspending. Since backup mode cuts the power for
peripherals, in resume part these clocks needs to be re-configured.
The initial PMC suspend/resume code was designed only for SAMA5D2's PMC
(as it was the only one supporting backup mode). SAMA7G supports also
backup mode and its PMC is different (few new functionalities, different
registers offsets, different offsets in registers for each
functionalities). To address both SAMA5D2 and SAMA7G5 PMC add
.save_context()/.resume_context() support to each clocks driver and call
this from PMC driver.

The Ux500 PRCC (peripheral reset and clock controller) can also
control reset of the IP blocks, not just clocks. As the PRCC is probed
as a clock controller and we have other platforms implementing combined
clock and reset controllers, follow this pattern and implement the PRCC
rest controller as part of the clock driver.
The reset controller needs to be selected from the machine as Ux500 has
traditionally selected its mandatory subsystem prerequisites from there.

The core gpiolib code is able to deal with multiple interrupt parents
for a single gpio irqchip. It however only allows a single piece
of data to be conveyed to all flow handlers (either the gpio_chip
or some other, driver-specific data).
This means that drivers have to go through some interesting dance
to find the correct context, something that isn't great in interrupt
context (see aebdc8abc9db86e2bd33070fc2f961012fff74b4 for a prime
example).
Instead, offer an optional way for a pinctrl/gpio driver to provide
an array of pointers which gets used to provide the correct context
to the flow handler.

should be completed for the Tegra SPI driver. Otherwise SPI clock won't
be disabled ever again because clk refcount will become unbalanced.
Enforce runtime PM suspension to put device into expected state before
driver is unbound and device's RPM state is reset by driver's core.

TI's implementation does not service the watchdog even if the kernel
command line parameter omap_wdt.early_enable is set to 1. This patch

SBSA says of the generic watchdog:
All registers are 32 bits in size and should be accessed using 32-bit
reads and writes. If an access size other than 32 bits is used then
the results are IMPLEMENTATION DEFINED.
and for qemu, the implementation will only allow 32-bit accesses
resulting in a synchronous external abort when configuring the watchdog.
Use lo_hi_* accessors rather than a readq/writeq.

This reverts commit cb011044e34c ("watchdog: iTCO_wdt: Account for
rebooting on second timeout") and commit aec42642d91f ("watchdog: iTCO_wdt:
Fix detection of SMI-off case") since those patches cause a regression
on certain boards (https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213809).
While this revert may result in some boards to only reset after twice
the configured timeout value, that is still better than a watchdog reset
after half the configured value.

other architectures, but this causes a Kconfig warning

Data may be stored in DMA RX buffer, when suspending. The data needs
to be pushed to the upper layer. We can't rely on the timeout IRQ (RTOR)
that can't be triggered into low power state. So safely clear DMA request
(DMAR), force the DMA reception routines to push RX buffer content, before
disabling RX DMA. This way, handover to pio mode is safe.
Only call tty_flip_buffer_push() when there is RX data to handle.
Move the locking outside of stm32_usart_receive_chars() to prevent a race
condition, when disabling DMA request upon suspend / pm_runtime_suspend.
Data may be received under IRQ and pushed before
stm32_usart_receive_chars() has pushed older data from DMA rx_buf upon
suspend.
The sequence in suspend routine needs proper locking to avoid this.

DMA prevents the system to suspend when an UART RX wake-up source is
using DMA. DMA can't suspend while DMA channels are still active.
Terminate DMA transfer at suspend, and restart a new DMA transfer at
resume. Create stm32_usart_start_rx_dma_cyclic function to factorize
dma RX initialization. Move RX DMA code related to wakeup into
stm32_usart_serial_en_wakeup() routine to ease further improvements
on wakeup from low power modes.
Don't enable/disable wakeup on uninitialized port.
There may be data residue in the RX FIFO while suspending. Flush it at
suspend time. Receiver timeout interrupt won't trigger later in low power
mode, so call stm32_usart_receive_chars() in case there's data to handle.

The RX DMA channel is kept active forever (from the probe). That prevents
going to low power mode when it is used. This change moves the
DMA configuration and enabling procedures to startup routine to allow
transition to low power mode.
The DMA disabling procedure is implemented in stop_rx routine as this
ops has to stop characters reception, and DMA transation in shutdown.
Clean useless dma_async_tx_descriptor initialization to NULL value.

The last param for "max_macs" is probably fine but the documentation

xilinx_uartps .start_tx() clears TXEMPTY when enabling TXEMPTY to avoid
any previous TXEVENT event asserting the UART interrupt. This clear
operation is done immediately after filling the TX FIFO.
However, if the bytes inserted by cdns_uart_handle_tx() are consumed by
the UART before the TXEMPTY is cleared, the clear operation eats the new
TXEMPTY event as well, causing cdns_uart_isr() to never receive the
TXEMPTY event. If there are bytes still queued in circbuf, TX will get
stuck as they will never get transferred to FIFO (unless new bytes are
queued to circbuf in which case .start_tx() is called again).
While the racy missed TXEMPTY occurs fairly often with short data
sequences (e.g. write 1 byte), in those cases circbuf is usually empty
so no action on TXEMPTY would have been needed anyway. On the other
hand, longer data sequences make the race much more unlikely as UART
takes longer to consume the TX FIFO. Therefore it is rare for this race
to cause visible issues in general.
Fix the race by clearing the TXEMPTY bit in ISR *before* filling the
FIFO.
The TXEMPTY bit in ISR will only get asserted at the exact moment the
TX FIFO *becomes* empty, so clearing the bit before filling FIFO does
not cause an extra immediate assertion even if the FIFO is initially
empty.
This is hard to reproduce directly on a normal system, but inserting
e.g. udelay(200) after cdns_uart_handle_tx(port), setting 4000000 baud,
and then running "dd if=/dev/zero bs=128 of=/dev/ttyPS0 count=50"
reliably reproduces the issue on my ZynqMP test system unless this fix
is applied.
