Switch to napi_consume_skb() to take advantage of bulk free, and skb
reuse through skb cache in conjunction with napi_build_skb().
When parameter 'budget' = 0, indicating non-NAPI context,
dev_consume_skb_any() is called internally.

The kunit_action_platform_driver_unregister is added with

Mark Blakeney reported that when suspending system with a Thunderbolt
dock connected and then unplugging the dock before resume (which is
pretty normal flow with laptops), resuming takes long time.
What happens is that the PCIe link from the root port to the PCIe switch
inside the Thunderbolt device does not train (as expected, the link is
unplugged):

pcieport 0000:00:07.0: waiting 100 ms for downstream link
pcieport 0000:01:00.0: not ready 1023ms after resume; giving up
However, at this point we still try to resume the devices below that
unplugged link:
pcieport 0000:01:00.0: Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible
...
pcieport 0000:01:00.0: restoring config space at offset 0x38 (was 0xffffffff, writing 0x0)
...
pcieport 0000:02:02.0: waiting 100 ms for downstream link, after activation
And this is the link from PCIe switch downstream port to the xHCI on the
dock:
xhci_hcd 0000:03:00.0: not ready 65535ms after resume; giving up
xhci_hcd 0000:03:00.0: Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible
xhci_hcd 0000:03:00.0: restoring config space at offset 0x3c (was 0xffffffff, writing 0x1ff)
This ends up slowing down the resume time considerably. For this reason
mark these devices as disconnected if the link above them did not train
properly.

Previously of_pci_make_dev_node() leaked a cset if it failed to create a
device node for the PCI device with of_changeset_create_node().
Destroy the cset if of_changeset_create_node() fails.

of_pci_prop_intr_map() uses uninitialized addr_sz[] values if
of_irq_parse_raw() fails, which leads to intermittent crashes.
Clear addr_sz[] before use so we never use uninitialized elements.
If no valid IRQs are parsed, don't bother adding the interrupt-map
property.

PARF_SLV_ADDR_SPACE_SIZE_2_3_3 is used by qcom_pcie_post_init_2_3_3().
This PCIe slave address space size register offset is 0x358 but was
incorrectly changed to 0x16c by 39171b33f652 ("PCI: qcom: Remove PCIE20_
prefix from register definitions").
This prevented access to slave address space registers like iATU, etc.,
so the IPQ8074 PCIe controller was not enumerated.
Revert back to the correct 0x358 offset and remove the unused
PARF_SLV_ADDR_SPACE_SIZE_2_3_3.

- Many patches from me to address suspend/resume issues, and in
particular a potential deadlock on resume due to the SCSI disk
driver resume operation not being synchronized with libata EH port

This is addressed by changing the scsi disk driver disk start/stop
control to allow libata to execute disk suspend (spin down) and
resume (spin up) on its own during system suspend/resume. Runtime
suspend/resume control remains with the SCSI disk driver.
Other fixes include:
- Fix libata power management request issuing to avoid races
- Establish a link between ATA ports and SCSI devices to order PM
operations
- Fix device removal to avoid issues with driver rmmod removal
- Fix synchronization of libata device rescan and SCSI disk resume
operation
- Remove libsas PM operations as suspend/resume is handled
directly by the sas controller resume
- Fix the SCSI disk driver to not issue commands to suspended
disks, thus avoiding potential system lock-up on resume"

The register por_dt_pmovsr Bits[7:0] indicates overflow from counters 7
to 0. But in arm_cmn_handle_irq(), only handled the overflow status of
Bits[3:0] which results in unhandled overflow status of counters 4 to 7.
So let the overflow status of DTC counters 4 to 7 to be handled.

Since 'u8' comparison against zero is always false, drop the
corresponding branches of AMPDU_MIN_SPACE adjustment within
'rtlxxxx_set_hw_reg()' for rtl8188ee, rtl8192ce, rtl8192de,
rtl8723ae, rtl8723be, and rtl8821ae. Compile tested only.
Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

MCC (multi-channel concurrency) supports two combinations as below.
* P2P-GO + STA
* P2P-GC + STA
We add the corresponding ieee80211_iface_limit for it into
ieee80211_iface_combination.
Besides, for multiple channels, it must run with mac80211 chanctx.
So, only with it, ieee80211_iface_combination can allow MCC case.

During (TDMA-based) MCC (multi-channel concurrency), the below two
cases might not have a good behavior on channel usage.
* ROC (remain on channel)
* HW scan
So, we tend to separate them from MCC.
The two cases would expect to operate the channel to which they want.
However, during MCC, channels are scheduled by FW MCC state mechanism.
So, channels cannot be controlled explicitly. To avoid the two cases
from operating wrong channels with chance, we pause MCC (essentially
stop FW MCC) once the two cases are coming. And then, we proceed MCC
again (essentially restart FW MCC) once the two cases finish.

Under TDMA-based MCC (multi-channel concurrency), there are two roles,
reference and auxiliary. We arrange MCC timeline based on time domain
of reference role. Then, we calculate NoA start time according to MCC
timeline.
Besides, when MCC runs GO+STA mode, we plan an offset between GO time
domain and STA time domain to make their TBTTs have a time gap.
However, if GO is auxiliary role instead of reference role, NoA start
time is described by STA time domain instead of GO time domain. To fix
this, we apply the offset mentioned above to NoA start time to convert
time domain from STA to GO.

WCN7850 and QCN9274 currently use the same structure rx_msdu_end_qcn9274
for msdu_end. But content of msdu_end on WCN7850 is different from that of
QCN9274. Need to update it for WCN7850, otherwise will get the wrong
values when using it.
For example, TID is no longer in WCN7850's msdu_end. But
ath12k_dp_rx_process_err() and ath12k_dp_rx_process_wbm_err() still get
TID from msdu_end. So an uncertain value will be used in these two
functions on WCN7850.
Therefore, add new structure rx_msdu_end_wcn7850 for WCN7850.

Currently, firmware does not like when beacon mode is set as staggered
mode for more than one beaconing vifs. Beacon mode for multiple
beaconing (transmitted) vifs are expected to be in burst mode. So set
beacon mode to burst mode by default.

Mac80211 does not set flags BSS_CHANGED_FILS_DISCOVERY and
BSS_CHANGED_UNSOL_BCAST_PROBE_RESP if there are no updates to
FILS discovery and unsolicited broadcast probe response transmission
configurations respectively. For BSS change operations such as channel
switch, this results in the transmissions getting stopped because the
driver does not send WMI command to firmware if the flags are not set.
Remove the checks for the flags to always send the existing
configuration to firmware.

Currently mac80211 will send 3 scan request for each scan of WCN7850, they
are 2.4 GHz/5 GHz/6 GHz band scan. Firmware of WCN7850 will cache the RNR
IE(Reduced Neighbor Report element) which exist in the beacon of 2.4 GHz/5
GHz of the AP which is co-located with 6 GHz, and then use the cache to
scan in 6 GHz band scan if the 6 GHz scan is in the same scan with the 2.4
GHz/5 GHz band, this will helpful to search more AP of 6 GHz. Also it will
decrease the time cost of scan because firmware will use dual-band scan
for the 2.4 GHz/5 GHz, it means the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz scans are doing
simultaneously.
Set the flag IEEE80211_HW_SINGLE_SCAN_ON_ALL_BANDS for WCN7850 since it
supports 2.4 GHz/5 GHz/6 GHz in a single wiphy/ieee80211_hw.
This does not impact QCN9274, because it is not single_phy, so does not
have 2.4 GHz/5 GHz/6 GHz in the same wiphy, then it does not match the
condition and then IEEE80211_HW_SINGLE_SCAN_ON_ALL_BANDS will not set for
QCN9274.

Some firmware versions for WCN7850 report the default regdomain with
alpha code "na" by default when load as a world wide regdomain,
ath12k should treat it as a world wide alpha code.

ath12k prints "Received scan event for unknown vdev" when doing the
following test:
1. trigger scan
2. wait 0.2 second
3. iw reg set is issued or 11d scan complete event is sent from firmware
Reason is:
When iw reg set is issues or the 11d scan complete event is received, the
new country code will be set to the firmware, and the new regdomain info
indicated to ath12k, then the new channel list will be sent to the firmware.
The firmware will cancel the current scan after receiving WMI_SCAN_CHAN_LIST_CMDID
which is used for the new channel list, and the state of ath12k is
ATH12K_SCAN_RUNNING, then ath12k_get_ar_on_scan_abort() returns NULL and
ath12k_scan_event() returns at this point and does not indicate scan
completion to mac80211.
Indicate scan completion to mac80211 and get rid of the "Received scan
event for unknown vdev" print for the above case.

ATH12K_SCAN_STARTING state
Scan failure can not be recovered from when running a loop of the
following steps:
1. run scan: "iw wlan scan".
2. run command: echo assert > /sys/kernel/debug/ath12k/wcn7850\ hw2.0/simulate_fw_crash
immediately after step 1.
result:
scan failed and can not recover even when wlan recovery succeeds:
command failed: Device or resource busy (-16)
reason:
When scan arrives, WMI_START_SCAN_CMDID is sent to the firmware and
function ath12k_mac_op_hw_scan() returns, then simulate_fw_crash arrives
and the scan started event does not arrive, and then it starts to do
recovery of wlan. __ath12k_mac_scan_finish() which is called from
ath12k_core_halt() is one step of recovery, it will not call
ieee80211_scan_completed() by logic currently because the scan state is
ATH12K_SCAN_STARTING. Thus it leads the scan not being completed in
mac80211, and leads all consecutive scans failing with -EBUSY in
nl80211_trigger_scan even after wlan recovery success.
Indicate scan complete with aborted flag to mac80211 for
ATH12K_SCAN_STARTING to allow recovery from scan failed with "Device or
resource busy (-16)" after wlan recovery.

When firmware crashed while channel switch running, recovery starts in
ath12k. Then ieee80211_sta_connection_lost() will be called by function
ieee80211_restart_work() in mac80211. And then many WMI command timeout
because firmware is crashed. Each WMI command cost 3 seconds, then the
total time will be large and leads recovery fail.
Hence change to set value ATH12K_FLAG_CRASH_FLUSH early and then
ath12k_wmi_cmd_send() will not wait 3 seconds, then recovery will be
started quickly and success.

When hardware rfkill is enabled in the firmware, it will report the
capability using WMI_SYS_CAP_INFO_RFKILL bit in the WMI_SERVICE_READY event
to the host. Currently ath12k does not process this service capability. In
order to support this, update ath12k to check if the capability is enabled,
if so, send the GPIO information to firmware. When the firmware detects
hardware rfkill is enabled by the user, it will report it using
WMI_RFKILL_STATE_CHANGE_EVENTID. When ath12k receive the event, it will set
the value of rfkill_radio_on based on whether radio_state is equal to
WMI_RFKILL_RADIO_STATE_ON, then send WMI_PDEV_PARAM_RFKILL_ENABLE to
firmware.

If an error occurs when resuming a host adapter before the devices
attached to the adapter are resumed, the adapter low level driver may
remove the scsi host, resulting in a call to sd_remove() for the
disks of the host. This in turn results in a call to sd_shutdown() which
will issue a synchronize cache command and a start stop unit command to
spindown the disk. sd_shutdown() issues the commands only if the device
is not already runtime suspended but does not check the power state for
system-wide suspend/resume. That is, the commands may be issued with the
device in a suspended state, which causes PM resume to hang, forcing a
reset of the machine to recover.
Fix this by tracking the suspended state of a disk by introducing the
suspended boolean field in the scsi_disk structure. This flag is set to
true when the disk is suspended is sd_suspend_common() and resumed with
sd_resume(). When suspended is true, sd_shutdown() is not executed from
sd_remove().

libsas does its own domain based power management of ports. For such
ports, libata should not use a device type defining power management
operations as executing these operations for suspend/resume in addition
to libsas calls to ata_sas_port_suspend() and ata_sas_port_resume() is
not necessary (and likely dangerous to do, even though problems are not
seen currently).
Introduce the new ata_port_sas_type device_type for ports managed by
libsas. This new device type is used in ata_tport_add() and is defined
without power management operations.

Commit 6aa0365a3c85 ("ata: libata-scsi: Avoid deadlock on rescan after
device resume") modified ata_scsi_dev_rescan() to check the scsi device
"is_suspended" power field to ensure that the scsi device associated
with an ATA device is fully resumed when scsi_rescan_device() is
executed. However, this fix is problematic as:
1) It relies on a PM internal field that should not be used without PM
device locking protection.
2) The check for is_suspended and the call to scsi_rescan_device() are
not atomic and a suspend PM event may be triggered between them,
casuing scsi_rescan_device() to be called on a suspended device and
in that function blocking while holding the scsi device lock. This
would deadlock a following resume operation.
These problems can trigger PM deadlocks on resume, especially with
resume operations triggered quickly after or during suspend operations.
E.g., a simple bash script like:

echo mem > /sys/power/state
done
that triggers a resume 2 seconds after starting suspending a system can
quickly lead to a PM deadlock preventing the system from correctly
resuming.
Fix this by replacing the check on is_suspended with a check on the
return value given by scsi_rescan_device() as that function will fail if
called against a suspended device. Also make sure rescan tasks already
scheduled are first cancelled before suspending an ata port.

scsi_rescan_device() takes a scsi device lock before executing a device
handler and device driver rescan methods. Waiting for the completion of
any command issued to the device by these methods will thus be done with
the device lock held. As a result, there is a risk of deadlocking within
the power management code if scsi_rescan_device() is called to handle a
device resume with the associated scsi device not yet resumed.
Avoid such situation by checking that the target scsi device is in the
running state, that is, fully capable of executing commands, before
proceeding with the rescan and bailout returning -EWOULDBLOCK otherwise.
With this error return, the caller can retry rescaning the device after
a delay.
The state check is done with the device lock held and is thus safe
against incoming suspend power management operations.

The introduction of a device link to create a consumer/supplier
relationship between the scsi device of an ATA device and the ATA port
of that ATA device fixes the ordering of system suspend and resume
operations. For suspend, the scsi device is suspended first and the ata
port after it. This is fine as this allows the synchronize cache and
START STOP UNIT commands issued by the scsi disk driver to be executed
before the ata port is disabled.
For resume operations, the ata port is resumed first, followed
by the scsi device. This allows having the request queue of the scsi
device to be unfrozen after the ata port resume is scheduled in EH,
thus avoiding to see new requests prematurely issued to the ATA device.
Since libata sets manage_system_start_stop to 1, the scsi disk resume
operation also results in issuing a START STOP UNIT command to the
device being resumed so that the device exits standby power mode.
However, restoring the ATA device to the active power mode must be
synchronized with libata EH processing of the port resume operation to
avoid either 1) seeing the start stop unit command being received too
early when the port is not yet resumed and ready to accept commands, or
after the port resume process issues commands such as IDENTIFY to
revalidate the device. In this last case, the risk is that the device
revalidation fails with timeout errors as the drive is still spun down.
Commit 0a8589055936 ("ata,scsi: do not issue START STOP UNIT on resume")
disabled issuing the START STOP UNIT command to avoid issues with it.
But this is incorrect as transitioning a device to the active power
mode from the standby power mode set on suspend requires a media access
command. The IDENTIFY, READ LOG and SET FEATURES commands executed in
libata EH context triggered by the ata port resume operation may thus
fail.
Fix these synchronization issues is by handling a device power mode
transitions for system suspend and resume directly in libata EH context,
without relying on the scsi disk driver management triggered with the
manage_system_start_stop flag.
To do this, the following libata helper functions are introduced:
1) ata_dev_power_set_standby():
This function issues a STANDBY IMMEDIATE command to transitiom a device
to the standby power mode. For HDDs, this spins down the disks. This
function applies only to ATA and ZAC devices and does nothing otherwise.
This function also does nothing for devices that have the
ATA_FLAG_NO_POWEROFF_SPINDOWN or ATA_FLAG_NO_HIBERNATE_SPINDOWN flag
set.
For suspend, call ata_dev_power_set_standby() in
ata_eh_handle_port_suspend() before the port is disabled and frozen.
ata_eh_unload() is also modified to transition all enabled devices to
the standby power mode when the system is shutdown or devices removed.
2) ata_dev_power_set_active() and
This function applies to ATA or ZAC devices and issues a VERIFY command
for 1 sector at LBA 0 to transition the device to the active power mode.
For HDDs, since this function will complete only once the disk spin up.
Its execution uses the same timeouts as for reset, to give the drive
enough time to complete spinup without triggering a command timeout.
For resume, call ata_dev_power_set_active() in
ata_eh_revalidate_and_attach() after the port has been enabled and
before any other command is issued to the device.
With these changes, the manage_system_start_stop and no_start_on_resume
scsi device flags do not need to be set in ata_scsi_dev_config(). The
flag manage_runtime_start_stop is still set to allow the sd driver to
spinup/spindown a disk through the sd runtime operations.

The underlying device and driver of a SCSI disk may have different
system and runtime power mode control requirements. This is because
runtime power management affects only the SCSI disk, while system level
power management affects all devices, including the controller for the
SCSI disk.
For instance, issuing a START STOP UNIT command when a SCSI disk is
runtime suspended and resumed is fine: the command is translated to a
STANDBY IMMEDIATE command to spin down the ATA disk and to a VERIFY
command to wake it up. The SCSI disk runtime operations have no effect
on the ata port device used to connect the ATA disk. However, for
system suspend/resume operations, the ATA port used to connect the
device will also be suspended and resumed, with the resume operation
requiring re-validating the device link and the device itself. In this
case, issuing a VERIFY command to spinup the disk must be done before
starting to revalidate the device, when the ata port is being resumed.
In such case, we must not allow the SCSI disk driver to issue START STOP
UNIT commands.
Allow a low level driver to refine the SCSI disk start/stop management
by differentiating system and runtime cases with two new SCSI device
flags: manage_system_start_stop and manage_runtime_start_stop. These new
flags replace the current manage_start_stop flag. Drivers setting the
manage_start_stop are modifed to set both new flags, thus preserving the
existing start/stop management behavior. For backward compatibility, the
old manage_start_stop sysfs device attribute is kept as a read-only
attribute showing a value of 1 for devices enabling both new flags and 0
otherwise.
