GVT may receive partial write on one guest PTE update. Validate gfn
not to translate incomplete gfn. This avoids some unnecessary error
messages incurred by the incomplete gfn translating. Also fix the
bug that the whole PPGTT shadow page update is aborted on any invalid
gfn entry.
gfn validation relys on hypervisor's help. Add one MPT module function
to provide the function.

Running 4.15 Linux kernel in VM will cause host GVT reports
'untrack mmio 0x701a0' errror, which identifies the PLANE_KEYMAX
registers. Add them to track list.

while(mmio++) increase mmio to next, mmio[0] never take effect

Currently, rocker user may experience following null pointer
derefence bug:

The problem is uninitialized rocker->wops pointer that is initialized
only with the first initialized port. So move the port initialization

Variable head is initialized to a value that is never read and is
being updated to a new value a few lines later, hence this
initialization is redundant and can be safely removed as well
as the now unused pointer txq.

If a bnx2x card is passed a GSO packet with a gso_size larger than
~9700 bytes, it will cause a firmware error that will bring the card
down:

In order to make caller do a simple cleanup, we split device_register
into device_initialize and device_add. device_initialize always succeeds,
so the caller can always use put_device when register_virtio_device faild.

In commit ea5d404655ba ("vhost: fix release path lockdep checks"),
Michael added a flag to check whether we should hold a lock in
vhost_dev_cleanup(), however, in commit 47283bef7ed3 ("vhost: move
memory pointer to VQs"), RCU operations have been replaced by
mutex, we can remove the no-longer-used `locked' parameter now.

Print the capacity of the block device when the driver is probed. Many
users expect this since SCSI disks (sd) do it. Moreover, kernel dmesg
output is the primary source of troubleshooting information so it's
helpful to include the disk size there.
The capacity is already printed by virtio_blk when a resize event
occurs. Extract the code and reuse it from virtblk_probe().
This patch also adds the block device name to the message so it can be
correlated with a specific device:
virtio_blk virtio0: [vda] 20971520 512-byte logical blocks (10.7 GB/10.0 GiB)

No need to get into the submenu to disable all VIRTIO-related
config entries.
This makes it easier to disable all VIRTIO config options
without entering the submenu. It will also enable one
to see that en/dis-abled state from the outside menu.
This is only intended to change menuconfig UI, not change
the config dependencies.

On some laptop like the Dell Inspiron 7000 series tablet mode switch
implemented in Intel ACPI, the events to enter and exit the tablet mode
are 0xCC and 0xCD
This initializes the tablet/laptop mode at the correct value
if the system booted in tablet mode (or the intel-vbtn module
loaded with the device in tablet mode)

There is no longer a need for the buffer to be defined in
first 4GB physical address space.
Furthermore there may be race conditions with multiple different functions
working on a module wide buffer causing incorrect results.

Undo loop condition on the error path would cause the i counter

With software A-MPDU reordering in place, frames that notify mac80211 of
powersave changes are reordered as well, which can cause connection
stalls. Fix this by implementing powersave state processing in the
driver.

Commit 4d4bbd8526a8 ("mm, oom_reaper: skip mm structs with mmu
notifiers") prevented the oom reaper from unmapping private anonymous
memory with the oom reaper when the oom victim mm had mmu notifiers
registered.
The rationale is that doing mmu_notifier_invalidate_range_{start,end}()
around the unmap_page_range(), which is needed, can block and the oom
killer will stall forever waiting for the victim to exit, which may not
be possible without reaping.
That concern is real, but only true for mmu notifiers that have
blockable invalidate_range_{start,end}() callbacks. This patch adds a
"flags" field to mmu notifier ops that can set a bit to indicate that
these callbacks do not block.
The implementation is steered toward an expensive slowpath, such as
after the oom reaper has grabbed mm->mmap_sem of a still alive oom
victim.

Use touchscreen_properties structure instead of implementing all
properties by our own. It allows us to reuse generic code for parsing
device-tree properties (which was implemented manually in the driver for
now). Additionally, it allows us to report events using generic
touchscreen_report_pos(), which automatically handles inverted and
swapped axes.
This fixes the issue with the custom code incorrectly handling case where
ts->inverted_x and ts->swapped_x_y were true, but ts->inverted_y was
false. Assuming we have 720x1280 touch panel, ts->abs_x_max == 1279 and
ts->abs_y_max == 719 (because we inverted that in goodix_read_config()).
Now let's assume that we received event from (0:0) position (in touch
panel original coordinates). In function goodix_ts_report_touch() we
calculate input_x as 1279, but after swapping input_y takes that value
(which is more that maximum 719 value reported during initialization).
Note that since touchscreen coordinates are 0-indexed, we now report
touchscreen range as (0:size-1).
Developed and tested on custom DT-based device with gt1151 touch
panel.

If there is ever any error while creating srq->umem, we return that
error, we don't store it in srq->umem, so any check of srq->umem for
IS_ERR is pointless. Further, checking udata is unnecessary as
srq->umem is always either NULL or valid, without respect to udata.
